After watching I became so interested in Kendrick Lamar because
the choreography and the symbolism of his show was just amazing.
He has a Pulitzer Prize, he has twenty two Grammys.
He doesn't drink, he doesn't do drugs. He graduated high
school with the four point zero. He he love's poetry.

it and said I will never do drugs, So highly
recommend it.

Somebody, as somebody who obviously I've struggled with with addiction
in my life. Zendia put on one of the best

A sad donkey named e Yoor is doing much better
after getting a new home in Canada. He is living
in a sanctuary home called Home for Hoofs and they
gave him a yoga ball to play with at the home,
but then he popped it and then social media got involved.

The excitement was just like pure joy for him. He
just had the time of his life. It was like
so much fun and his ball was deflate in and
he was trying to play with it. It was like
a kid in the candy store. This was like the
greatest thing ever. It's just nice for him to be
part of a family and they can do donkey things together.
So that's really exciting. This is the life we want
him to have and now he has.

People on social media are sending yoga balls, so they
have like a lot of yoga balls for all the donkeys.

Not good, not good. So there are times in my
house where I cook pasta for my kids. So I
boil water, and I always use hot water. I turned
the sink to hot, and I boil the hot water,
not cold. Apparently, now that's bad. Oh oh yeah, you
can't do that. It actually is bad.

When you use water to cook. You're not supposed to
use hot water from the tap. Hot water is more
likely to contain lead particles. The hot water tank is
made out of metals, and those metals can start to
corrode and break off, ending up with heavy metal in
your hot water. Not to mention that while the water
sits in your tank, it can start to stagnate and
grow bacteria and other microorganisms. The solution here is you
just have to cook with cold water from the tap

and let the stove or the oven.

Do the heating for you.

One more idea, you can use an electric kettle, starting
with cold water, heating it up and then pouring it
into your pot.

my mom and dad to use cold water because it
boils faster, not because really of anything with lead. So
I've always used cold water to boil because theoil faster.

Scarlett Johansson, and they're all going to be there Sunday

It's going to be a three hour show eight o'clock
Sunday night on NBC and also Sunday Night the new
season of The White Lotus. Finally, how many years has

My kids, who were teenagers when it was out, watched
it and said I will never do drugs, So highly
recommend it.

deep into drug use as.

Somebody, as somebody who obviously I've struggled with with addiction
in my life. Zendia put on one of the best
performances of an addict playing an addict that I've ever seen. Yeah,

after getting a new home in Canada. He is living
in a sanctuary home called Home for Hoofs and they
gave him a yoga ball to play with at the home,
but then he popped it and then social media got involved.

The excitement was just like pure joy for him. He
just had the time of his life. It was like
so much fun and his ball was deflate in and
he was trying to play with it. It was like
a kid in the candy store. This was like the
greatest thing ever. It's just nice for him to be
part of a family and they can do donkey things together.
So that's really exciting. This is the life we want
him to have and now he has.

house where I cook pasta for my kids. So I
boil water, and I always use hot water. I turned
the sink to hot, and I boil the hot water,
not cold. Apparently, now that's bad. Oh oh yeah, you
can't do that. It actually is bad.

When you use water to cook. You're not supposed to
use hot water from the tap. Hot water is more
likely to contain lead particles. The hot water tank is
made out of metals, and those metals can start to
corrode and break off, ending up with heavy metal in
your hot water. Not to mention that while the water
sits in your tank, it can start to stagnate and
grow bacteria and other microorganisms. The solution here is you
just have to cook with cold water from the tap

and let the stove or the oven.

Do the heating for you.

One more idea, you can use an electric kettle, starting
with cold water, heating it up and then pouring it
into your pot.

my mom and dad to use cold water because it
boils faster, not because really of anything with lead. So
I've always used cold water to boil because theoil faster.

them overseas. I did the Upstate New York tour with them.
It was like traveling with the Beatles when the Beatles
were at their prime, maybe even crazier. Instid. You remember
