Speaker 1 (00:00):
Okay, So here's what's going on behind the scenes of
the Billy and Lisa Morning Show. At least we'd like
to share with our listeners everything that's going on behind
the scenes, right.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
That's really where the story is.

Speaker 3 (00:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
So the Bachelor finale was last night on ABC, and
Lisa son Riley, who covers the show for The Billy
and Lisa Morning Show, predicted that Juliana from Newton, Massachusetts,
would in fact whin and she did. I guess win
the right word. Yeah, she got engaged and the proposal
and now they're engaged. So they're having an engagement party

(00:30):
in some place in Los Angeles. And very early this morning,
before we even went on the air, we were talking
to Mikey V from the v Bros On Kiss in
the afternoon, right we were he's in the place. He
was at a viewing party with Grant and Juliana.

Speaker 4 (00:48):
And he was posting pictures on his Instagram. They're also
on Kisses Instagram all night.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
Yeah, and he vowed to come on the show. We
could hear Grant in the background, you know, and they
were both pretty loaded, but he vowed to come on
the show. At a ten I'm looking through the glass.
Now at Justin, who's frantically dialing the phone, and as
it happens, mikey passed out.

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Yeah, he promised us he would be on.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
I mean he was hammered, and he admitted it was
at one point where Grant was saying something in the
background and Mike he just said, you know whatever.

Speaker 5 (01:19):
He just said, Well, I don't think we're gonna get him. No,
that's okay, Okay, Justin's still trying. I think he is
a glimmer pope.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
Well, you know why Justin's pissed.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
Why he's pissed because Mike's not there.

Speaker 5 (01:33):
Oh, I mean it's five o'clock there, he's been up
all night drinking. I mean, we had to be I
guess somewhat realistic here.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
Well, Grant and Juliana are scheduled. No, they pre taped
the Good Morning America segment for this morning.

Speaker 4 (01:47):
They did it after they were on the show last night.
Then they did the same.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
Yeah, because I was saying, how on earth is Grant
going to go on Good Morning America Because in the
office early this morning we saw the promotion. Oh, the
Bachelor and Juliana are on Good Morning America this morning.
But they pretaped that last night before they got hammered.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
Yeah, so I mean, yeah, listen, I talked him at
five am and he was going to sleep for a nap, yeah,
and that he was setting his alarm and I'm like,
are you to get up? And he said, yeah, he
probably said.

Speaker 5 (02:16):
It for eight am our time. No, I bet he
said it for eight am his time, no, remembering the
time difference. He was that drunk, likely so he didn't
send it for five. He said it for eight.

Speaker 3 (02:26):
Because you said he.

Speaker 1 (02:27):
Just passed out on the kitchen floor.

Speaker 3 (02:29):
But I have Riley calling him over and over again. Yeah,
just keep if.

Speaker 5 (02:32):
You're that drunk and you say eight eight eight eight,
he's not thinking about the time zone. Yeah, the time change.

Speaker 3 (02:37):
To be honest, it's probably for the best. I don't
think he couldn't even talk. Yeah, he wouldn't make the
family proud.

Speaker 5 (02:43):
Yeah, I mean he is employed by this company, So.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
I still would have loved to have talked to him.

Speaker 1 (02:48):
Oh God, Like I wouldn't care if he was straight,
you know, like if he weren't drunk. But yeah, I
mean yeah, to have him on loaded at the party
would have been ideal.

Speaker 3 (02:59):
Well, because he at Grant's house. Yes, you know what
I mean, that's where he's sleeping. Yeah, okay, so there
he is. So no drunk Mikey today. Okay, yeah we
have drunk Bill.

Speaker 1 (03:09):
Well, I just had a couple of chips of wine
and at least said down them and pointed out I'm
already loopy.

Speaker 3 (03:17):
Yeah, I'm sorry.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
That's just who I am.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
That's what you get.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
That's fake.

Speaker 3 (03:25):
No, that's you had a little bit too much you
need did the news drunk? Remember that?

Speaker 1 (03:33):
Good morning, it's gonna be bloody. We'll get some showers today.

Speaker 3 (03:38):
No, you can't do this.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
Mostly in the southeast about fifty degrees today. Yeah, this
is like, you know, you can't do this because people
listening to the show who don't know. I think that's
really what happens.

Speaker 5 (03:56):
I'm kind of annoyed. I missed that time in the
in radio where they would always like, you know, hook
up your mic to some weird sound Chipmunk one or whatever.

Speaker 3 (04:06):
Yeah, yeah, I missed that. Yeah, I can do whatever.

Speaker 1 (04:09):
Let's not give him any ideas to do it.

Speaker 3 (04:11):
Do it, do whatever I want.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Sorry, Okay, so we'll just change the topic. Okay, if
you're just waking up. The finale was last night, and
Juliana is the woman and she's from Newton, Massachusetts. And
there we'll let it go.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
We'll just let it go. I'm just done with it now.

Speaker 5 (04:28):
I mean they won't really last anyways. Will it give
him six months coming?

Speaker 3 (04:31):
Yeah? Yeah, and you never know.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
Well, my son Rolling thinks they'll make it a couple
of years.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (04:37):
Well, he's also fourteen.

Speaker 6 (04:39):
I know.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
Well, I love that he loves love right to some extent.

Speaker 1 (04:45):
And here's the way where now they're not allowed on
the show. Yeah, I know, you know, no, you shut
the door.

Speaker 5 (04:50):
I want to say to listening to Letia who was
the runner up, talk to him about everything he said
to her, probably on and off screen. I don't know
about this. I don't really like how he let her on.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
I mean, well she didn't like it either.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (05:02):
Good, you know, I appreciate her standing up for herself.
He didn't do all that.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
Anyway quickly like Oxygen, okay, love is a many splendid things.

Speaker 3 (05:15):
From the show. They didn't do anything.

Speaker 1 (05:18):
Well, we planned the whole thing around.

Speaker 3 (05:20):
Mikey, not them, So Grant and Juliana they are welcome.
Mikey V banned for life from the Billion Lee show.
Just kidding anyway, we had stories coming up next Happy
Tuesday Kids.

Speaker 4 (05:29):
One wait with the Billy and Lisa's weird stories. All right,
This one comes from the beautiful state of South Carolina,
where my son Riley is it with my parents right now.
Cops in South Carolina caught someone's pet kangaroo that got
loose over the weekend, and then they posted a video
after they got a leash on it.

Speaker 6 (05:49):
Here a knock on our door.

Speaker 1 (05:50):
It was our neighbor.

Speaker 6 (05:51):
Homeboy said he was just sitting in his barn outside,
minding his own business, and.

Speaker 5 (05:56):
Kangaroo comes hop it up.

Speaker 1 (05:59):
So he was born.

Speaker 6 (06:00):
Luckily he knew exactly whose it was. So I take
my happy behind up there, sit there and chase him
down for like thirty minutes, maybe six police cars up here,
and I'm out here in my field pink pajama pants
and camoufloor a shirt and wrangling a kangaroo. One of
the cops like, well, how did he get out? I

(06:21):
said my goat and he said no to kangaroo. I
said my goat, my goat unlatched gate.

Speaker 3 (06:26):
Was that Victoria right left?

Speaker 4 (06:28):
Yeah, Sunami, that was my favorite piece of audio we've
played in a long time.

Speaker 1 (06:33):
Oh yeah, well your mom and dad have been down
there for a while. They don't have an accent.

Speaker 4 (06:38):
No, no, no, no, no, they're from Pennsylvania. No, it's South
Carolina's beautiful. But the fact that someone has a pet
kangaroo is how does that even happen?

Speaker 1 (06:46):
Well, by the way he can punch you right in
the face, very aggressive.

Speaker 3 (06:50):
You see those videos in Australia of the kangaroo's it's
so so bad.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
No, alright, let's go to Phoenix, Arizona. Sixth grade teacher
arrested for exposing himself in class. Oh god, because he
decided to pee in a can in the classroom.

Speaker 7 (07:11):
Now.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
He said he didn't know what to do because he
didn't have anyone to cover the class for him so
he could go to the bathroom, So he just whipped
out a can and peede in the can in front
of all the kids.

Speaker 5 (07:21):
This will be shocking, I guess, especially when my brother
comes to the.

Speaker 8 (07:25):
School upsetting mad because I just to find out that
it was one of our schools.

Speaker 2 (07:30):
That's pretty sad and upsetting.

Speaker 9 (07:32):
I'm proud of them for doing the right choice and
not keeping it to themselves because at the end of
the day, there's still children.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
It's kind of crazy to think about it.

Speaker 5 (07:41):
Okay, at sixth grade, they're like eleven and twelve, so
they can be left in the room for two minutes
while you go pee, which makes me feel like he's
lying because that's disgusting.

Speaker 4 (07:51):
I just don't understand this story at all. And I
think you're right. I think there's more to the story.

Speaker 1 (07:55):
Yeah, I think he.

Speaker 3 (07:56):
Felt the need. Well, now he's going to lose everything. Yeah,
lose his job.

Speaker 1 (08:00):
Oh yeah, he's a creation.

Speaker 5 (08:01):
Its loser. If you lose your pension, you're a loser.

Speaker 3 (08:05):
Yeah, pension. God, it is just the common sense thing
that I don't know what happens to people, you.

Speaker 5 (08:10):
Know, Yeah, it's I don't But do you think he
was that's really the reasoning he could be.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
He could have issues, could be a skin dog.

Speaker 5 (08:17):
I don't know, because I'm just saying eleven and twelve,
you can run to the bathroom.

Speaker 1 (08:20):
Well, we learned on this show yesterday the pension rule.
If if you violate something while on the job, you
lose the pension. If you violate outside outside.

Speaker 3 (08:31):
I had to pee in a bottle on vacation in
the car you did, yeah, because we couldn't stop. It's
all bad. Why couldn't you stop because there was traffic
so there were tons of cars around and I couldn't.
I went towards the back.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
And it's like very old school my grandpa.

Speaker 3 (08:48):
To do what we're gonna do, but not in front
of kids.

Speaker 5 (08:50):
No, I mean you did it in front of your
own kids. It's different.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (08:52):
I was still faced away now because of all the
squats you do. You can't even pee.

Speaker 3 (08:59):
No, that's not me. I don't have whatever. That person
that has did the squads. Billy had a story earlier,
this person that did two thousand squats, and they basically
have kidney failure, which, by the way, is called it's
called rab dough. Yeah, breakdown.

Speaker 2 (09:13):
Remember that story in Tough Yeah, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (09:16):
It happens when you work out too much excessively. I'm
just waiting for the call. You want me to have
brown yarroin from the gym.

Speaker 5 (09:22):
I don't know this bill's.

Speaker 3 (09:26):
Wrong with you?

Speaker 1 (09:26):
With one hundred thousand squats, he's.

Speaker 5 (09:29):
More likely to fry in a you know, sauna than
to not be able to pay.

Speaker 3 (09:34):
No, I'll be fine. The only weird thing with squats
is my partner. When I'm going for a one rep Max,
He'll blow on my neck.

Speaker 2 (09:42):
Oh, is that like that sexual?

Speaker 3 (09:44):
It's not sexual.

Speaker 2 (09:46):
You are motivating. What is it supposed to be motivating?

Speaker 3 (09:49):
It is the cooling does something to you to give
you that.

Speaker 1 (09:53):
I think I saw the white lotus.

Speaker 3 (10:00):
When I sail blow.

Speaker 10 (10:02):
Never heard anybody in the back of the NCI.

Speaker 3 (10:07):
What are you coming up here?

Speaker 1 (10:09):
So much in entertainment, By the way, the good news
Celtics won again last night. They've got a six game
winning streak going. But they lost Jason Tatum in that game.
We've got that more coming up. It's Nick, what's up Boston?

Speaker 11 (10:20):
It's Serena Carpenter and you're waking up with Billy and
Lisa in the morning on Kiss one O eight.

Speaker 8 (10:25):
Now the entertainment update with the Billy constuff.

Speaker 1 (10:29):
Okay, so if you're just waking up, Juliana from Newton,
Massachusetts was chosen last night. You got the final rose
and the proposal from Graham.

Speaker 12 (10:37):
Can I just want you to know.

Speaker 2 (10:38):
That I love you and you and Nick me the luckiest.

Speaker 3 (10:41):
Girl in the world.

Speaker 13 (10:43):
If I could send the rest of my life with you,
because that's what I want so badly, And.

Speaker 2 (10:47):
When you're going through the toughest times in your life,
I want you to know this.

Speaker 3 (10:50):
You don't have to go through it on all.

Speaker 11 (10:53):
That I'll be there for you as your man, as
your friend, as your partner.

Speaker 13 (11:06):
Will you marry me?

Speaker 3 (11:12):
What happened?

Speaker 1 (11:15):
We do know from personal experience that well, they've been
celebrating all night in Los Angeles. In fact, our buddy
mikey Vee has been with them all night and now
they're all sleeping.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
Well as they should.

Speaker 1 (11:26):
They should have celebrate direction. They're sleeping it off.

Speaker 3 (11:28):
Yeah, they're at Grant's house. They had a long night.

Speaker 14 (11:32):
I know that.

Speaker 2 (11:32):
Our local. Yeah, Juliana from Newton.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
I'm sure her family celebrating in Newton as well. Meantime,
the other finalist, Litilla, was blindsided. It says Grant told
her they were going to spend the rest of their
lives together.

Speaker 13 (11:46):
You were scared that if you didn't tell me how
you felt, that I was going to leave, and you
couldn't stand to lose me. So every week you continue
to raise the stakes, and.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
You went out of bound.

Speaker 3 (12:02):
In Madrid.

Speaker 13 (12:02):
You gave me a journal, telling me to write all
my thoughts and feelings so we could read through it together.

Speaker 2 (12:07):
At the end, you told me I was.

Speaker 13 (12:11):
Your number one connection, that from the first group date
you knew I was your wife. Those aren't things that
you say when you're conflicted.

Speaker 1 (12:24):
I actually had a whole section of the show last
night that was on the set in the studio, and
they had some of the past bachelors and bachelorettes and whatever.
I couldn't believe they had.

Speaker 2 (12:34):
Gary, who I can't believe that babe.

Speaker 1 (12:38):
Sank the franchisee. You know, talking to it's got to
be hard, right, I mean, everything is so perfect when
you're on the Bachelor, and the dates are beautiful, and
you can get caught up in the moment and think
you love everybody, right.

Speaker 4 (12:49):
But again, the stuff that he was saying to her
was like really about commitments, and she really believed him. So,
you know, if I was herd i'd feel duped too.
But like my son Riley said, he was on, I
think Grant needed her. He needed that for himself right,
to guide him through the process.

Speaker 1 (13:07):
I got to tell you ABC should hire ri Riley
Donovan because he has such.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
Insight on him.

Speaker 1 (13:12):
They show long before anybody realized.

Speaker 4 (13:14):
Yeah, he has a lot of emotional intelligence, more than
you know.

Speaker 2 (13:18):
He's like what you would expect from a fourteen year old.

Speaker 1 (13:20):
He's like our Benny Blonco.

Speaker 5 (13:21):
Yeah, very Yeah.

Speaker 1 (13:24):
He's suggesting that Letilla would become the next bachelorette.

Speaker 5 (13:27):
I hope so, because she's you know, in her she's
thirty one, she's ready to settle down.

Speaker 2 (13:31):
So her religion, though, I mean, that could have been
an issue too for Grant.

Speaker 4 (13:34):
You know that she was wanting to have children very
soon and that could have played into his Yeah.

Speaker 1 (13:39):
The one episode that I watched was about going to
her family's house and the Mormon you know, all the
woman's family were there, and I thought right away, not
knowing much about the show, oh, this could be a challenge,
this could be a challenge. They were very nice, they were,
but anyway, meantime, the other hot show right now, of course,
The White Lotus has a new episode this coming Sunday night.
I think there are only two left, right, yeah, this

(14:00):
and then the finale. On the most recent episode, there
was a scene involving sibling sex that got viewers buzzing,
especially on social Patrick Schwarzenegger and his younger brother on
the show, played by Sam Novola. Well, Sam and the
girl who plays his sister were on the show talking

(14:20):
about this awkward.

Speaker 15 (14:21):
See, Lachlan is a really insecure character and he, you know,
he just wants to do whatever you can to get
in anyone's good books. He's a people pleaser, and you know,
for for Saxon, I feel like he's just like, I
want to just go along with whatever you're doing. Like
he's Saxon's the sex guy, you know what I mean.
He likes sex, so like.

Speaker 5 (14:42):
He's always talking.

Speaker 15 (14:43):
He's always talking about sex. All he's talking about you
gotta get lad, you got to get late. And he's like,
well that that'd be a great thing for us to
do together. But I think it it really comes from
a sort of primal place of insecurity and sort of twistedness.

Speaker 3 (14:58):
You know happened?

Speaker 5 (15:02):
Oh yeah, can I just say now?

Speaker 1 (15:08):
It all happened on a yacht owned by another guy
who don't give it away.

Speaker 5 (15:12):
I haven't watched it yet.

Speaker 3 (15:14):
He's not going.

Speaker 5 (15:15):
I just did. But this is the third season? Is
it just me? Does every season they have to have one,
they have to one up themselves. The first season was
The Manager and the bell Boy doing weird things in
the office. Then it was the Fake Uncle and the
Fake Nephew and season two and now we have this incest.

Speaker 3 (15:33):
Yeah, that's Mike White, he's the writer. Yeah, just like
there's a lot of there's a lot of full frontal
nudity too.

Speaker 5 (15:39):
Three three penises, this, this and what two weeks I've
seen a long time.

Speaker 1 (15:49):
Anyway, we move on and look forward to the new
episode Sunday Night. Okay, Kesher's new song with Tea Pain
comes out this Friday. It's called Yippie Kaye Right. Speaking
of Kesha, Betty Blanco created a lot of Kesha's songs,
and he breaks down the process. Ksha's we Are Who
We Are?

Speaker 3 (16:08):
This song was great.

Speaker 16 (16:08):
We made the song and they were like, we need
to put that song out. Then we have like one
day to finish the song. Oh my god, I go
back and I finished the song. So if you realize,
let me see if I have it. So if you notice,
we had so little time that we didn't have time
to record her on a bridge. So I had thirty
minutes to finish the song. So if you listen to
the second verse of this song, Okay didn't have time

(16:33):
to finish the song. So the bridge is literally just
DJ turn it up a million times in a row listen,
but you never noticed.

Speaker 1 (16:48):
That thirty minutes less, I had no time. You had
to turn the thing in.

Speaker 3 (16:51):
I was like, what can we put there?

Speaker 1 (16:52):
We have no more.

Speaker 16 (16:53):
Vocals from her, And then I was like, DJ, turn
it up and it just worked and people loved it
and people have no because you pumped up.

Speaker 3 (17:02):
Yeah, is that crazy? That is insane. Yeah. I love
the behind the scenes of the producers. Yeah, these songs,
oh yeah, it reminds me of you know, the Biber
song where are You Now? Yeslis and Diplo. It has
that sound effect in it, which is like a dolphin sound.
It doesn't sound like anything, but it's actually a biaber
vocal that Diplo took and he changed it to make
it sound like that.

Speaker 14 (17:22):
We took a lot of his vocals and did different
things to it.

Speaker 5 (17:24):
Like.

Speaker 8 (17:36):
The most the most.

Speaker 5 (17:44):
Oh my god, that sounds like.

Speaker 3 (17:47):
They just pitched it all the way down and used
that on the hook and you would never know that.
That's actually I didn't know the vocal at all.

Speaker 5 (17:54):
It sounds like an instrument you learn.

Speaker 4 (17:56):
I want you to know that the Grant and Juliana
are on the Batch are on Good Morning America.

Speaker 2 (18:01):
Oh yeah yeah the interview.

Speaker 1 (18:02):
Yep, okay. Sissy went on the Jennifer Hudson Show and
talked about some amazing advice she got from Kendrick Lamar
on time.

Speaker 10 (18:11):
He gave me the pointer of pretending to watch myself
from above and he sees himself while he's performing, and
that actually changed a lot for me. It was weird
because when I was watching myself from afar, I was like,
this is not what I want to see.

Speaker 5 (18:23):
I want to see something I want to turn up.

Speaker 10 (18:25):
And then I just started, like in booking, just like
a completely different energy and spirit within myself.

Speaker 2 (18:30):
That third person.

Speaker 10 (18:31):
He's also a Gemini, so you never know.

Speaker 5 (18:33):
That's what it is.

Speaker 1 (18:35):
Kendrick Lamarn Siss are coming to Joe. Let's stay dum
May twelfth. We've heard a lot about Drake's gambling habit.
How about this He wants won forty million dollars in
one night.

Speaker 12 (18:47):
The biggest one I ever had. I was actually in
David Busters. This is a testament to playing in a
brick and mortar casino or real casino versus playing on State.
I was getting this random or to call roulette numbers
for me. I hit like eight out of ten numbers.
I think by the end of the night we had
won like thirty eight million, forty million. The craziest night ever.

(19:09):
Gambling for sure.

Speaker 2 (19:10):
Well, it takes money to make money.

Speaker 1 (19:12):
That's yeah, you have enough. You have to have enough
money to stay in the game until things turn your way.

Speaker 5 (19:18):
How much did he give that girl that was calling
those numbers?

Speaker 3 (19:22):
Oh, hopefully broke her off. Yeah, I hope, I hope. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (19:26):
Remember the show MTV Cribs. Yeah, I love that show.
Nellie says when he did Cribs and almost ruined his life,
he had to move.

Speaker 17 (19:32):
The worst thing I did for the house being on
MTV Cribs. Well, they showed a plate because I had
my name engraved on it. When we did it, I'm
thinking this is my end all.

Speaker 3 (19:41):
Be all.

Speaker 17 (19:42):
Now I'm not knowing that we're just.

Speaker 3 (19:43):
Getting started as a group.

Speaker 17 (19:45):
When I did it, there was no gate on the
house and people were pulling their boats up to the dock.
My mom is out by the pool, walk up the dock,
and y'all don't know my mom, but my mom is
off the chain and she started Yo, what the get
your you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (19:58):
I had the we moved, we got gates after that.
So there's a there's a big story with Nelly from
a while ago that he abandoned a mansion. I wonder
if that was.

Speaker 5 (20:08):
It, the one in Saint Louis.

Speaker 1 (20:09):
Yeah, yeah, you abandoned.

Speaker 3 (20:10):
It, like just walked away. Wow. And now it's in total,
total disarray and they're trying to sell it. Wow.

Speaker 1 (20:16):
Hey quickly. Seltz did win last night, but Jason Tatum
injured the ankle again he had to leave the game.

Bye, brother, Hey Justin, Let's take a.

Speaker 1 (20:49):
Look back at eight o'clock. It was pretty wild this morning.

Speaker 3 (20:52):
Really, I mean, we teased mikey V. Yeah, he's Doug,
Juliana and Grant he DJ the after party, the engagement party,
he was there, Yeah, and then he partied all night
with them. Then he was going to Grant's house and
he was supposed to be on at eight ten, and
he didn't show up unfortunately.

Speaker 1 (21:11):
Hold on, is Mikey V at a hotel?

Speaker 5 (21:14):
Why can't you call the front desk and have them
go wake him up?

Speaker 3 (21:17):
I wish we could, but he is actually at Grant
the bachelor's house. Yeah, yeah, drinking.

Speaker 5 (21:22):
They're all dead asleep right now.

Speaker 3 (21:23):
Yeah, so maybe we'll check in with him whenever he
wakes up. We think that he set his alarm for
eight ten specific Yeah, it.

Speaker 5 (21:29):
Makes Yeah, I'm convinced when you said eight ten, he's drunk.
He's like, okay, I'll put it in for eight o'clock.

Speaker 3 (21:34):
Yeah. The other v bro that would be Frankie. Yeah,
was texting me a little while ago. I was listening
to our show. Oh good for you listen because he's
in San Diego, and he's saying there's no chance Mikey
would wake up. Yeah, he's completely plastered. So yeah, yeah,
and then there were also some questions about him being
on GMA this morning as well.

Speaker 7 (21:51):
Wait, so I'm gonna do that.

Speaker 5 (21:53):
They're in LA because Juliana and Grant were on Good
Morning America this morning, according to Juliana's Instagram story.

Speaker 6 (22:03):
So.

Speaker 4 (22:05):
What they prechap Yeah, Magic of TV.

Speaker 1 (22:09):
Yeah, they did the interview last night. They were all
dressed schelus.

Speaker 3 (22:13):
We thought we saw the tea. Well, Billy and Lisa
saw it and thought, oh, well, how is Grant going
to be on GMA? So then we talked to Mikey
off the air at around three o'clock this morning and
he's with Grant and Mikey goes, Grant, are you going
to be on GM AN.

Speaker 4 (22:26):
Grant's like, I don't know because People magazine.

Speaker 1 (22:31):
He was done with that.

Speaker 3 (22:32):
They did. The interview was right after the show. Yeah. Crazy,
same time our weird stories, which we do abound eight
twenty every morning, we had a kangaroo story in South Carolina.
Basically a pet kangaroo escaped from somebody's house. They luckily
they got it, but we were like, what the hell
a pet kangaroo?

Speaker 8 (22:47):
Good morning from sunny South Carolina. I was just listening
to the story about the kangaroo getting loose, and I
am in South Carolina and have a friend who has
a kangaroo. So I wonder if it's the same story.
I can't imagine there's too many kangaroos in South Carolina.
But he's told us on multiple occasions that the kangaroo

(23:11):
has gotten loose, so kind of a crazy story to hear.

Speaker 3 (23:16):
Well, call you a friend to let us know, right,
give us an update.

Speaker 4 (23:20):
And like she said, I can't imagine there'd be that
many kangaroos.

Speaker 3 (23:24):
I know.

Speaker 1 (23:24):
Well, I don't think it's even legal.

Speaker 4 (23:28):
There's gotta be, yeah, for a specific reason. But again,
it's really weird.

Speaker 3 (23:32):
Yeah, that is weird. And earlier we had a piece
of audio of Benny Blanco talking about Selena Gomez and
his love for her and how he listens and pays
attention to what she wants. Basically, you know, he definitely
is emotionally intelligent, as we took away you know from
that sound clip.

Speaker 1 (23:47):
O m G.

Speaker 14 (23:49):
I never ever thought a million billion years that I
would ever say that, I think we need to clone
Benny Blanco, Like I mean, I want them. I'm probably
gonna have to drink like a whole case of beard
to suck up with them. It might be worth it.

Speaker 5 (24:09):
Honestly, when someone shoots you that. Well, I think you're like,
there's an attraction level that you don't even care what
they look like.

Speaker 2 (24:15):
Absolutely, you fall in love with them for the whole person.

Speaker 5 (24:18):
And honestly, the more here I'm talking if I squldn't right.

Speaker 1 (24:21):
He's cute.

Speaker 2 (24:21):
I think he's actually. I like his vibe.

Speaker 4 (24:24):
He's got like that sort of he wears really cool
clothes and I like his hairs kind of.

Speaker 2 (24:29):
Yeah, I like him.

Speaker 3 (24:29):
It's cute.

Speaker 2 (24:30):
Yeah, I think he's cute.

Speaker 3 (24:31):
It's cute. Okay, thanks Bill for your take on that.

Speaker 1 (24:34):
Well, at some point you become cute, right, it's his
whole essences, not just one thing.

Speaker 3 (24:41):
Bill and I called him a beaver or a chipmunk
every every week on the Contown for the last five years.

Speaker 2 (24:46):
Why are you guys doing that?

Speaker 3 (24:47):
Well, because it's playful. Okay, he's a little chipmunk.

Speaker 5 (24:50):
Yeah you know, heyst you know we were working with
like you know, Brad Pitt and George Clooney. I didn't know.

Speaker 6 (24:56):
I didn't.

Speaker 5 (24:56):
I didn't know.

Speaker 1 (24:57):
Yeah, you gotta know Benny like we do. Okay, he
knows the deal man.

Speaker 2 (25:01):
No, he Oh he's self aware he is, yes, Okay, No,
he's our friend.

Speaker 3 (25:07):
Don't worry, yo, what's up?

Speaker 16 (25:08):
This is Bennie Blanco and you're waking up with Billy
and Lisa in the morning on Kiss one oh eight.

Speaker 1 (25:13):
See you soon, we hope.

Speaker 6 (25:15):
So there we go.

Speaker 8 (25:17):
From the Planet Fitness Kiss one o eight studios. We're
back with Billy and Lisa in.

Speaker 2 (25:22):
The morning on Kiss.

Speaker 1 (25:24):
Hey, everybody, welcome back to Billy and Lisa Morning Show.
Let me ask you something. Are you ready for a
feel good story? Justin you ready for feel good?

Speaker 3 (25:34):
I love a feel good story.

Speaker 1 (25:36):
When are you ready for feld?

Speaker 5 (25:37):
I really am?

Speaker 1 (25:38):
Lisa? You ready for feel good?

Speaker 2 (25:39):

Speaker 1 (25:40):
And how weird is this? We have our old our
old friend Anissa Sabbi George in studio with us. Good morning,
and welcome back to the show. Good morning, so happy

Eastern mass Yeah. And I said this was going to
be a feel good story. And interestingly, the minute that
I started introducing you, Whennie opened the shades and the
sun came in.

Speaker 5 (26:15):
Let's bringing the light.

Speaker 1 (26:17):
It's not bringing the light, okay, So now the merger
with big Brother, Big Sister, right, okay. And for some reason,
you walked in studio this morning, and again, great to
see you in It's always a pleasure. But you came
in with a couple of floral arrangements that are, by
the way, beautiful. What's going on?

Speaker 9 (26:37):
Nothing said spring like flowers? And I am here today
these flowers, three bouquets.

Speaker 3 (26:44):
Is this an announcement?

Speaker 1 (26:45):
Hold on, you're just gonna be breaking news. E's breaking news.

Speaker 9 (26:49):
Big announcement is big, big announcement, breaking news.

Speaker 1 (26:52):
So bouquets of flowers? What's going on?

Speaker 9 (26:57):
I'm a big believer in women empowerment, girls in power.

Hell wow, why why did you guys make it crazy?

Speaker 5 (28:18):
Crazy?

Speaker 9 (28:19):
And I'm so excited to be a part of Doulah
this year as a former club member. But when we
think about the message that we're looking to send to
the girls and young women of the club, but the
girls and young women of everywhere, it is about leadership.
It is about embracing womanhood and the sisterhood. But it's
also about all you do to lift up the women

(28:41):
around you every single day here in the studio, but
through the book club, through the way that you're engaging
in recognizing others and making an impact in everyone's life.
So I am thrilled to be bringing flowers. I'm thrilled
to be on this journey alongside you and everyone else.
It's really cool.

Speaker 2 (28:59):
I love this. I don't even know what to say.

end up at some point in the gymnasium. And when
I was asked to share this event, I was over

(29:29):
the moon just for sharing it, which means I get
to do things like this. But I thought about my
seven year old self in that gym playing low rim hoop,
and the impact that that club has had on my life,
on my children's lives, on my brother and my sisters.

Speaker 18 (33:11):
Morning crew. Welcome back Cape Cod Carol checking in Lisa
your vacation.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
You look amazing.

Speaker 15 (33:18):
In that bikini.

Speaker 5 (33:19):
You rock girl.

Speaker 18 (33:21):
Keep it going, Billy, wherever you stayed in Mexico should
probably be the next place with a film white lotus,
because that's what it looked like.

Speaker 1 (33:28):
It should be, just cinemony.

Speaker 18 (33:30):
I'm glad you guys had a great time in your
places and welcome.

Speaker 1 (33:34):
Back than you.

Speaker 5 (33:35):
Thanks.

Speaker 3 (33:36):
It's funny.

Speaker 1 (33:37):
I saw Lisa's post the picture of her with family
in New Mexico, and I think I responded. I commented, yaoso.

Speaker 5 (33:46):
You when you do it's weird, you know.

Speaker 3 (33:56):
Yeah, we were off on vacation, but we're back.

Speaker 19 (33:58):
I just woke up and I'm so excited because I
remembered you guys are back from vacation.

Speaker 1 (34:04):
Woo, welcome back. I definitely missed you guys last week.

Speaker 5 (34:10):
We missed you.

Speaker 3 (34:10):
Yeah, yeah we did. I did miss everybody miss it
when we go away. Yeah, you know, because it's something
we do every single day, talking to our listeners, talking
to each other, covering all the stories. Do you guys
do this too when you're on vacation. You see stories
and you're like, oh man, I wish we were on
the tame. Yes.

Speaker 2 (34:28):
I usually screenshot and I'm like, I hope we can
still talk about this.

Speaker 3 (34:31):
I know.

Speaker 1 (34:31):
Every day is like damn, I wish we were on
the air.

Speaker 3 (34:33):
Yeah, sometimes we do, and but yeah, lots went down
this morning. We did talk about Matt and Tiffany went
on the Love is Blind date that got strange. Yeah,
we'll cover that along with some other bad date first
stories in the wrap up what you do every morning
at nine forty before we say goodbye, and that is
next I'm kissing kids.

Speaker 11 (34:52):
It's the morning wrap up on Billy and Lisa in
the Morning.

Speaker 3 (34:55):
Okay, busy Tuesday show, so much to cover, Let's get
right into it. First of all, the Love Is Blind
date that we set up before vacation. It went down.
Matt and Tiffany both auditioned for the Love Is Blind Show.
They did not make it, so we sent them both
on a date together. We had Tiffany on first to
give her side. She said it didn't go too well.
They didn't mesh well. He brought up politics and she

(35:15):
just basically wanted to get.

Speaker 12 (35:16):
Out of there.

Speaker 3 (35:17):
I gave a little side hug.

Speaker 4 (35:18):
And ran into my uber and started calling my friends.

Speaker 3 (35:23):
So then we had Matt, who was listening, who called
in to give his side, and he is saying that
she brought up the politics a little bit of he said,
she said.

Speaker 1 (35:30):
One of the first things she said to me was
you're a Republican, right. Oh.

Speaker 3 (35:34):
So it wasn't like I sat down and was like, oh,
we need to talk about all this political stuff.

Speaker 10 (35:39):
He brought it up, and then we talked about all
this stuff and we kind of agreed on almost everything.

Speaker 1 (35:44):
Both Republicans.

Speaker 5 (35:47):
I want to clear it up because she did DM
me after saying that he was lying and that she
only agreed in nodding because she was uncomfortable, so she
didn't say that she actually that was I just want.

Speaker 2 (35:56):
To put that out there, all right, So it just
it didn't work out.

Speaker 3 (35:57):
It didn't work out. That's it, you know. And then
that transitioned to our topic time, which we do at
seven forty about bad first dates and we got so
many of these.

Speaker 19 (36:07):
That's with this guy on Tinder or bumble, and we
talked for two months before we went on our first date.
And when we finally did conversation, I didner was great
up until I asked him if he was having a
good time. He looked at me into a taleness. I'm
not sexually attracted to you. My response. It was my
time of the month. So I started crying hysterically. He
walked me in my car and he still tried to

(36:29):
kiss me.

Speaker 5 (36:31):
Make it makes sense, Oh, guys are so gross.

Speaker 4 (36:34):
Okay, what he wasn't getting that she wasn't into him?

Speaker 3 (36:38):
Yeah, yeah, he kept pursuing.

Speaker 2 (36:40):
Yeah, he wasn't getting it.

Speaker 20 (36:41):
Yeah, good morning guys, So happier back I missed you.
So first worst date story. I met a gentleman at
a Mexican bar, ordered a margarita. Happened to look over
and someone forgot to take their wedding ring off, so I,
you know, may just fake casual conversation, ordered another margarita,

(37:03):
ordered some good food. I ate and then I said,
pointed out his ring and I said, tell you wife,
I said, hello, and thanks for dinner.

Speaker 6 (37:11):
I love.

Speaker 3 (37:12):
That's good.

Speaker 1 (37:14):
Got to free a lot of it, right as well, Right,
hang in for the meal and the drinks.

Speaker 3 (37:19):
You got to take the ring off. If you're doing that, hey,
be smarter.

Speaker 16 (37:22):
Hi.

Speaker 11 (37:23):
So when it comes to bad dates, I showed up
for a date with a guy. We were going to
walk around like a park and then go get some dinner.
And I knew he had a child. I did not
know he was bringing her, and he handed her to
me within the first five minutes to hold Oh.

Speaker 1 (37:42):
Sometimes I just can't believe how crazy out there. Crazy.

Speaker 3 (37:47):
Yeah, it's a crazy world. Also, this morning we were
going to have mikey v on but he fell asleep. Well,
he was you know, he was partying with The Bachelor,
The Bachelor and Grant and Juliana who he picked and
proposed to last night, but we did not get him.
So the update is there's no update. Yea, he's still
sleeping nothing dead silence. Yeah. Well, he went to BET
at five am and then we tried to wake him

(38:09):
up at eight am, so he had only been sleeping
for three hours. And we think that he set it
for eleven ten.

Speaker 1 (38:14):
So is this like a slumber party? Like I don't know,
so they all just went to sleep.

Speaker 3 (38:20):
Yeah, he's really good friends, him and Kelsey, his wife
with Juliana, So Mikey went out there and he DJ
the after party, but he went to the finale and
then I think he DJ the engagement party too, And
now he's at Grant's house. The Bachelor. He's at his
house right now sleeping. Yeah, so maybe tomorrow will catch
up with him when he solders up a little bit. Yeah,
but that's the update on that. Also, this hour ification

(38:42):
missed it. We had Ansa Sabi Georgeohn with the big
announcement for Lisa. Lisa the award is the Woman's Leadership
of the Year.

Speaker 2 (38:50):
Yeah, for boys, and Girls Clubs of Dorchester.

Speaker 9 (38:52):
I'm here bringing flowers. Flowers are for Winny, for Riley,
because every woman deserves thank you. But I'm here to
announce that your own, our collective, own Lisa Dunovan will
be receiving ANULA Award this year for the Boys and
Girls Clubs of Dorchester.

Speaker 3 (39:10):
Yeah, wow, are you going to be honored at a
gala in May? Right least?

Speaker 2 (39:14):
Yeah? May thirteenth. I can't wait.

Speaker 4 (39:16):
I'll be there for you. Guys will be there too.
We'll figure out tickets and stuff like that. But you
can go to their website, the Boys and Girls Clubs
of Dorchester website and get all the information for the
gala if you want to purchase tickets or if you
want to do a sponsorship, because it's such a great organization,
like we were saying, they help thousands and thousands of
kids for only five dollars. These kids had things to

(39:37):
do all the time, so many activities, so many support programs.

Speaker 1 (39:41):
And somebody dm us' is donating five hundred Yeah, bonsoring
five hundred kids.

Speaker 5 (39:46):
Listener, Scot call Lonisa is still here and he's don't
sponsor five hundred kids.

Speaker 3 (39:50):
It's amazing that really is amazing. Yeah, yeah, it's amazing work.

Speaker 7 (39:54):
Oh, good morning everyone, welcome back from vacation. It's great
