TikTok how to get into a hotel and steal the
free breakfast.

Here are some tips on how to get your breakfast.
It's key to research beforehand. Know the layout of the
first floor of the hotel that you're going into, and
go to the elevators first. Look like you belong there,
but also look like you don't need to be there,
like it's an inconvenience for you to be there.

Just look so busy, be on the phone. The clipboard
goes a long way.

I've done it when my son Dylan was playing like
little league ball, Etlite baseball and had tournaments like in
Connecticut and places like that, Princeton, New Jersey. We were
in Connecticut staying in a nice hotel. But I happened
to know that one of the Embassy suites or whatever,
you know, yeah and garden in or something was right
down the street. And I said, you know, they served

free breakfast, a full buffet right down the street. We
walked into the hotel, nobody stopped us, went to the buffet,
had a great breakfast, and left.

Just look like you're supposed to be there.

Like I've done it.

I've used pools for free.

You got to own it.

My mom always taught me, you got to wear the bathroom.

Look for hotel because they had the nicest bathrooms and
no one's using them because they have their bathrooms upstairs
in their rooms. So use their bathrooms, use their pools
if you can, and you get there for.

You now that you think of it. I was just
in New York, New Jersey.

Speaker 3 (04:46):
The hotel had free breakfast every morning, a full spread,
and it was right in the front there.

Anyone could walk.

Nobody was checking in, No one check And if you're
a front desk person. They have shifts, so if you
checked in it five, the morning person doesn't know who
checked in out five.

But you don't even have to worry about the front desk.
You just go in like you're staying there, like you
own the hotel. And then, you know, spend a couple
of minutes, walk right into the buffet, grab some food
and go.

It's good breakfast too.

Oh oh they've got Belgian waffles. Oh yeah, yeah, they've
got sausage bacon.

And it's kind of a pet peeve of mine. You
stay in a really expensive hotel, you get nothing, nothing
for free. Yeah, I stay in an inexpensive hotel. The
breakfast is enormous, Maria.

It was nothing fancy and the breakfast was amazing.

Good, especially with kids.

Oh, you even take food to go.

Oh I did you know the cereal cops they got
fruit milk on the cart juice.

How about this? Three teenage sisters arrested for trying to
kill their mom after she turned off the Wi Fi.
They're known for that in this neighborhood.

and it's very sad for them.

Yeah, the sisters grabbed the kitchen knives and chased their
mom out onto the street, looking to stabber because she
turned off the Wi Fi. It's horrid.

This is horrible.

It's so funny though, how kids that grew up with
only the Internet, always having Wi Fi if we if
we go out of the house. Sometimes my son or
daughter will say, I can't get on my iPad.

Having one daughter that wants to kill you, but three I.

Think they I think they have bigger issues.

because we didn't get to this earlier this week.

of the Mac. He got busted on a battery charge
in Florida. Did you see this. He allegedly beat up
the manager of a swanky restaurant. He was upset about
some kind of event that he was planning there, and
he like shoved the manager of the restaurant and got arrested. Wow,
Mark Morrison, you know he had the big nineties. Yeah, Abs,

Sharon was on Fallon last night. I had a lot
to say, especially about this city of Boston and his
visit to the North Shore of this weekend. But in
the meantime, justin you're expanding your family today.

One could say that, yeah, yeah, what's going on.

Well, my wife, who I love to death, she's the
love of my life, woke up Sunday morning and says
to me, I want chickens.

I want to get baby chicks.

Speaker 3 (08:57):
I think it would be a therapeutic for me and
for their children as well to raise these chickens.

Speaker 4 (09:03):
And so I didn't put much of a fight up.

Speaker 3 (09:05):
I just said okay, and she didn't say anything else
about it, and I just got the word that they
got shipped to the post office where she has to
pick them up.

Speaker 4 (09:14):
There are ten of them.

Speaker 3 (09:16):
They're baby chicks, and apparently we have to incubate them
in my garage with a heater. She's using my old
ice bath that's in the back of the garage for
six weeks and then.

Speaker 4 (09:28):
We have to build it. Hold on, we have to
build a chicken coop in my backyard.

Speaker 9 (09:33):
Yeah, my friend has chickens. You'll like it.

Speaker 2 (09:35):
The kids will like it. I'll you'll love the eggs
and everything. But it's just like it's a lot of work.

Speaker 3 (09:41):
Right for who that's the question. That's what I mean.
They're gonna be cool. The kids are gonna be into
it for like a month, right, a month, and then
she's gonna be like, I'm working, I'm tired. I can't
do it today. You get a handle the chickens and
here I come.

Speaker 6 (09:56):
Oh my god, you have a vast wooded area part
of mine. Leave it open, leave.

Speaker 5 (10:05):
The door or actually, or once a week, just let
one go back there.

Speaker 9 (10:11):
Now we're not saying that, but this is going to
be all yeah, yes.

And also we had we knew somebody that had chickens.
They still do. They have a little farm, and they
made the mistake of naming the chickens when they got them.
And what happened was a predator got in. She slaughtered
the chickens. And it was heartbreaking because they had built
a connection through naming them. So I said to her,
we're not naming them, and she said, oh, yes we are.

Oh we are, so okay.

Speaker 4 (10:37):
So that's what's going on at my house.

Speaker 1 (10:39):
Get to call about the slaughter.

Speaker 4 (10:41):
I don't know. I don't do well with them.

There's no way that these are going to last. One
in like a couple months now.

You said she's taking over your ice bath. What is
she using that for.

Speaker 4 (10:50):
To incubate them?

Speaker 3 (10:51):
So they have to go on pine in you know,
in my garage with a heater, they can't be outside,
and the incubation period is around six weeks. So we're
not going to get eggs until end of summer, right.

Speaker 9 (11:03):
But you know the fascinating thing about this is that
they ship them through the mail.

Speaker 4 (11:07):
Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (11:08):
When I heard post office, I was like what, Yeah,
so the place that that sells them actually gets them
shipped to the post office and they go pick them up.

Speaker 1 (11:15):
There are they alive?

There, chicks?

But I believe they're un sexed, meaning if they're male,
we don't want them. So we're going to give them
to a farm and if their female will keep them
because the females lay eggs.

Yeah, because it won't it won't be a hen and
also might be a rooster for the guy, which are
illegal where I live. Well, I don't understand how this works.
How can it be shipped as a live thing.

Speaker 4 (11:39):
I'm not sure how that works.

Well, they ship bees like they they'll if you have
a hive, you can get bees shipped to you.

Speaker 3 (11:46):

definitely gets the buzz this week. He's coming to Ipswich, Massachusetts,
and a couple of other towns on the North Shore.
His advanced teams have been in and out all week,
and he broke it down on Fallon last night. It
turns out he's building a mock pub and he's shooting

You know what's interesting about this pub is it it
will stand for two days we're building. It's like a
working pub.

But if you go right, it's going to fall down.

It's like you shut it down.

Yeah, it's this idea of the music video is basically
the build of the pub with everyone locally. And then
to get entry to it, you have to go on
your old phone and find an old message that means
a lot to you or a video that means it
means a lot to you and send it in and
then afterwards.

We're going to project them on the walls and stuff.

It's going to be cool, serving serving guinness and like,

That's how Yeah, I said, he's going to be happening
around the region over the weekend, and apparently it's because
he's shooting a music video for his new song old Phone.

I had a song on my record. I you know,
I was in a lawsuit a couple of years ago.

In the lawsuit, they ordered you to give up all
your old devices. So I handed everything in, but I
haven't used I moved to a tablet in twenty fifteen,
just on email, and so I switched my phone off
twenty fifteen and left it in a box. And then
when I went through that lawsuit, I got my phone
out again and had to go through like all the
voice notes and the pictures and all that stuff for

the lawyers, and I switched on and it was like
going into a time machine. Like the first text was
my friend that had passed away the year before. The
second text was like an argument with an ex girlfriend.
The third text was a family member I hadn't spoken
to him ten years. Vortext was another mate that died
and I was kind of like scrolling down. It really
really spun me out. And that day I wrote in
my notes like I found my old phone today and

then finished this as a song. And then I ended
up writing it into a song that that that's the
music video for.

I found my phone today in a box that I
had hidden away. This style is trying to lead me

really great songs. So as songwriters, you know, within the
songwriting community, you're always writing songs to pitch to Rihanna.
Like every single album that I've ever done, I've always

song that we can pitch to Rihanna, and it always

Biber was originally a Rihanna in mind, like, oh we
should do something for her and way yeah, And sometimes
I promise you there'll be so many songwriters out there
that the bed came from trying to write a Rihanna song.

about her plastic surgery.

No regrets, though I think it's a wise investment, you know,

face work or like investing in your beauty and doing
all these procedures, and there is like maybe a little
bit of a sadness to it, But I kind of also,
I'm like, well, it makes my life better.

It's she's unrecognizable.

shout out your new steakhouse, yes, called Mason's. Is it
right in the heart of Quincy.

Yes, we are right across the street from the Quinney
Center tes station, so we're right in the middle of everything.
We're within a minute of walking distance to city Hall. Yeah,
right across the street is the John Hancock Library pretty
corner to it. So it's it's an amazing location, the

city of Quinsy. It's the finest city there there is,
and you know, it's in my hometown and I love it.
And it's a historical building was built in nineteen twelve,
and but unfortunately I went through a bit of a
fire when I got there.

So you're opening a new restaurant while at the same
time you're revitalizing the city because it was a burned
down historical building.

Speaker 12 (27:26):
Yeah, and it and and it. It took a lot
of tact So Fox Rock is my landlord. They did
an amazing, amazing job in restoring the exterior. And then
when I got there, it was just it was completely empty,
just completely to the boards. There wasn't much else I
could do in terms of saving anything, because when I
first got there, I was like, oh my gosh, I

love this stuff, all the old wood. Oh I can't wait,
you know, to restore as much as I could.

Before you say another word, I've got a gift card

Talk about the menu a little bit for everybody.

The menu, it's very exciting.

It's it's a modern American steakhouse. Obviously, we serve a
lot of steaks. One of my favorites is the grass fed,
amazing steaks all USDA Prime. And then you have fun
stuff like we have a coal coal fight prawn. We
use a Jospa grill, which is this really nice piece

of grill where you use a mixture of chocoal as
well as wood.

I don't think, yeah, I don't think I've ever familiarized
myself enough with the prawn, you know what I mean.
It's just one of those things that pops up on
the menu occasionally and say, oh, maybe the prawns. Yeah,
describe your dish.

Speaker 12 (28:50):
It's these these giant prawns about this big. We slice
them down in half and we we add a bunch
of spices to it. Heresa is one of them, and
we just we marinated for a little while and then
we throw it on the on the grill and just
give it a quick sare and you've got super good.
Some of the other stuff that's really good. It's the octopus.

I love that.

That's when I might go to, Yeah, a salmon is good.
There is seriously not one thing on the menu that
I would not recommend.

Wow. And it's a beautiful facility inside and out right.
You go two levels for the dining, two.

Levels of dining, three levels of kitchen. And but this
whole entire thing is it's really about the chefs. So
during COVID, I I had a bunch of friends that
I know, it's weird. It's five years later, I'm still
talking about this. Yeah, But during COVID, a lot of
my friends lost their businesses.

It was tough.

Speaker 12 (29:47):
It was tough, and a lot of them are, like,
you know, in their fifties or sixties, and you know
that these guys, they're not going to come back out
and say, hey, look, I'm gonna start another restaurant and
start it's very hot, especially at that age, right, And
so I started thinking about some of my friends and
I was like, you know what I'm I'm I should
do something like this with a bunch of my friends.
Let's make it fun, Let's make it nice, Let's make
