PJ Walker, Seahawks QB sits down with Ian and discusses his experience in Seattle so far, his family and the process they've gone through in coming out here with a new baby. He breaks down the Seahawks QB room, the wide receiving group and tells us why DK Metcalf is as good as he is.  The Blue Angels just never get old, no matter how many times we see them. Mitch Garver has not been good this year, but the fan feedback is clearly weighing on him. We hear what he had to say after the game last night. People hide behind screens to say vile things, and while absolutely not condoning it, Ian's advice is to look away. The fans are going to get behind him now.  Corbin Smith, Locked on Seahawks tells Ian what he could see from yesterday's unique walkthrough. He looks at fringe guys by position groups, as well as depth in the defensive backfield. Bold declaration: Corbin thinks the wide receiver room is done and Dee Eskridge is the one on the outside looking in.  We get back to Mitch Garver's comments from last night, where he says he won't let his play on the field dictate who he is as a person. While his offense is unacceptable, he's a more a more than adequate backup catcher. Regardless of his play, he doesn't deserve the vitriol he's seen.  Geno Smith is out of practice again today. The Canadian men's and women's ice hockey teams got docked 6 points for flying a drone over their opponents' practices. When coaches and administrators make mistakes, it's the players that end up paying the price.  Brandon Funston, The Athletic joins to launch the unofficial start to the weekend! He tells us what the new super flex rule does to leagues and why it makes quarterbacks the most important players. Plus, what does he look for in a keeper?
