He adds his own experiences in making tough termination decisions. Coach remains with us to talk about the style of offense that would help a quarterback. He shares his own experience and while he very much likes Mike Macdonald and appreciates the compliment he gave him, he still doesn't agree with the decision to part ways with Grubb.
