Как сделать терапию эффективной? А как понять, что терапия эффективна? Или того хуже - что вообще такое эффективность психотерапии, и кто ее определяет?
На эти вопросы нет однозначных ответов, но это еще не значит, что тут не о чем говорить. Напротив, если мы хотим повысить осознанность (нашу ли, клиента ли), то стоит время от времени задумываться о том, что же такое эффект терапии, каким он может быть, зачем он нужен, и как на него влиять. И мало задумываться, нужно это обсуждать. Обсуждать с клиентами, с супервизором, ну и - как в сегодняшнем эпизоде - с дорогими сердцу коллегами.
