That's one of the thingsthat I work with a lot.
I was looking at some of my oldervideos and one was about Ascension

and the fifth dimension, what it is.
And I thought, things aren't exactly thesame as they were back in 2019 or 2020,
when I made the video.
Things have changed.
We know more about Ascension now.
We are way.
farther on the path of ascension.
And most people do know what it is.
However, we could be updated on thedefinitions of it on, talking about it

so that it's easier for you to actuallyexplain it to your own clients, or
your own friends or anyone else whois wanting to know, what is this?
What is ascension?
What is the fifth dimension?
I want to hear your questions.
What kind of questions doyou have about Ascension?

want to think of it, being, who ismy partner guide, Alpar-a-Be-am.
I brought him forth to talkabout where we are in Ascension.
And, that was really helpful.
Where we are now, what's happening now.
But today I just wanted totalk about what is Ascension?
What is the fifth dimension?
Like for those who have Conflictinginformation or confused or maybe

just don't even know how toexplain it yourself to others.
So I do have a group on Facebook.
It's called 5D daily spiritualhealers and higher dimensions.
it's for lightworkers who are working inhigher dimensions, who are channels, who
are readers, who are oracles, who arehealers, and those who are called to be.

So you can either come in as a expertand help out beginners or as a beginner.
And it's a beautiful group.
First, I just want to tell you How Iview Ascension, how I view Ascension,
how I view the fifth dimension.
I'm going to give you my definitionsand then let's bring in Al Parbian,
(02:54):
who is my partner guide, who's a blueavian or Kir, as he calls himself,
and have him tell us more about it.
Okay, so Ascension is where we areall upgrading to a crystalline body
structure as the world as we know it,our world, our earth is also upgrading
(03:15):
to a higher dimension, less density,more crystalline, more Ethereal.
So as we are upgrading and so isour actual cells are upgrading to
a less dense version of our cells,our actual molecules, our body is
releasing density as we're goingthrough this process of ascension,
(03:38):
which is to go from, you know, a fewyears ago to 2032 or sooner depending.
Then we are going to be releasingeverything that no longer serves
us, releasing all the falsities thatwe live with here on earth, such as
programs, programming, which is aneveryday thing here on earth with media,
and just There's so much programmingin our life of trying to make us
(04:02):
believe things that aren't true.
So that's a big thing.
Also, how that affects us, how webelieve things about ourselves, limiting
beliefs about ourself or even our genderor our race or whatever it is that we
think we can't do, because We're notgood enough, or it's just not a thing
(04:22):
that happens, that is all programming.
So big programming, but alsojust your density of trauma.
We learned through trauma here on earth.
So all of that trauma that we've beenthrough has a purpose and we're supposed
to work through it to come out theother side and to vibrate higher with
more joy so that we can help others.
No one can do your shadow work for you.
(04:42):
You can come to a session withme or with one of, SoundWavesHeal
Master r Practitioners or anyother healer that you love.
But as we help you come tothis place where you can heal
yourself, that's what we're doing.
We're channeling this healingto help you come to a place
where you can heal yourself.
And you have to be part of that.
I can't just remove your addictionOr, snap my fingers and you're totally

healed from that horrible trauma thatyou don't want to think about, you
have to go through the process becausethat's why you came here on earth.
You came here on earth to gothrough the processes of working
through trauma to learn things.
Now you came on earth at thisparticular time, you actually won
an Ascension lottery to be here onearth during Ascension for a specific.
Purpose.

So you are very important.
Everyone here on earth is important,whether they are highlighting the
dark and showing us the 3d constructsby being deeply immersed in that 3d,
which is something they chose, or hereas a lightworker, as most of you are,
or all of you, I dare say, who arewatching to really understand how to
(05:48):
work In this way to work on yourself,to learn these things and then get
past it to help and heal others.
That's what the 144, 000 lightworkers are.
We're the ones who have done amajority of healing and are now
moving forward to heal others.
Now, I'm not trying to say that you haveto be completely healed to be a healer.
That would be impossible.
(06:09):
I still work on myself.
so much.
I had a really hard month in January, likeall of you did, like all my clients did.
Working on density, workingon old pain and old trauma and
bringing it up to release it sothat now I can vibrate higher.
So now that I am more crystalline andyou are too, as you work through yours.
(06:29):
That's part of Ascension, just comingthrough, releasing this earth BS, things
that aren't true, things that aren'tserving us, getting rid of old systems
and learning how to heal yourself withthe help of healers, with the help
of others, with the help of yourself.
Of course, again, I'm just goingto say it for the hundredth time.
(06:50):
Everyone needs to be at least attunedto Reiki one or something extremely
similar that helps you channel the lightto permanently uplevel your vibration.
Of course, I recommend Reiki becauseI've seen how it works and I teach
my own psychic Reiki healing.
Which is an online coursewith a personal attunement.
And it's very important.
So that is my basic, what is Ascension?
(07:12):
What is the fifth dimension?
we're here in the thirdand fourth dimension.
The third dimension is where we'vebeen for ever and ever here on earth.
And the fourth dimension is thissort of in between the fifth
and the third that we're in now.
The fourth dimension is the line.
It's good and evil.
It's two Opposite things, right?
(07:34):
So the fourth dimension iswhere you are being pulled,
where you have to take a side.
So anything that you're taking a sidein right now, whether it's politics
or, and even though I know that thedriving force under picking a side of
politics is I'm siding with love, I'msiding with the people who need help.
Just know that both sides aremanipulating you to do that.
(07:57):
Both sides feel the same way.
They do.
And it doesn't seemlike that from one side.
When you're looking at the otherpolitics is another diversion to stop
you from getting to the fifth dimension.
And it's time to release these diversions.
So the division of two sides,that's the fourth dimension.
That's where we are verydeeply immersed in now.
(08:19):
And so, You have to choosebetween love and fear.
The biggest distillation of thesetwo things is love and fear.
So as long as you're coming fromlove, you don't need to pick a side.
You can love everybody.
This is not just politics.
This is anything.
You can love everybody.
You can love the terrible entities thattake over people, the earthbound spirits
(08:40):
that are what you would consider evil.
guess what?
When I go to remove anentity, they are helpful.
When I send them love, they'recoming to be transformed.
And if I ask them why they're there,they will tell me and I thank them.
They are like friends.
As my friend, Gia said to me the otherday, they're almost like friends where
(09:00):
they'll tell you what is really happeningand then easily be transformed out of
this dimension to go be transformed.
The transformation portal.
that's what we're doingwhen we remove entities and.
Yes, they aren't light.
That's why we're removing them.
I'm not saying they're light,but I'm saying they're not.
as horrible as you think, andnothing is as horrible as you think.
(09:23):
Everything here in this dimensionis playing the same game.
They have just chosen to play thethird dimension instead of the
fifth or the fourth dimension.
So you have to choose one.
If you are even listening to me andyou're not like, Oh my God, she's crazy.
And clicking off, then you arealready looking for your highest self,
(09:44):
working on yourself and working forthis fifth dimensionality and the
fifth dimension is what ascension is.
It is that crystalline body, thatcrystalline world we are upgrading.
So when you see planets that seem like,they don't have any dirt or earth.
Or surface.
(10:04):
So they can't be, youknow, nothing lives there.
That's not true.
They just don't live therein the third dimension.
So there's so much about our world thatwe cannot see in the third dimension.
And so we are being asked to uplevel to the fifth dimension and
to come to this higher level ofvibration, which that's what it is.
We have to learn how to work in it.
(10:27):
And that's why I teach channeling.
That's why I teach.
Psychic Reiki healing or light language.
That's why I teach these things.
Learning to work in these realmsdoesn't mean that you have to be, this.
You don't have to do what I do.
You can just do it for yourself.
But it is where we need tounderstand the fifth dimension.
(10:48):
You will have to learn some of theseconcepts, how to channel at least your
spirit guides, how to talk to them,how to receive information from your
guides, your helpers, your angels.
This is all part ofmoving in this direction.
So that's my definitions andI will bring in Alpar as well.
So we do have some questions here.
I'm really excited about them.
(11:08):
I can answer this one with myanswer, Jennifer, is it possible to
go to the fifth dimension, see somethings and come back to progress
and process the new dimension now?
It is.
And that's part of what we are doingwith attunements and meditation.
it's up leveling you tosee in these dimensions.
So that's what I'm teaching.
How to see, heal, and bring messagesfrom these higher dimensions.
(11:31):
I uplevel people's chakras inmy sessions to be able to reach
higher dimensions, depending onwhere you're at in your journey.
I can bring them up to at leastfifth dimension most times.
But many times for my intermediate andadvanced clients, especially those in
my monthly group tag who are alwaysworking on themselves, I can bring them
up to seventh and eighth dimension.
And what does this mean?
That doesn't mean that person nowlives in the eighth dimension.
(11:53):
It means that they can reach them inthese higher brain states of meditation
and can, if they can see there or feelor know or receive information, whatever
Claire is working for you, the best, oras you open them, as you work on them,
then you will receive that information.
You can, experience it and then come back.
So doing this kind of experience,going out into these higher dimensions
(12:19):
in your consciousness, you canfeel these heightened states.
So this is a wonderful way to experienceit and then come back and know how
to get there and get informationabout how to improve your life.
Because that's what Ascension is.
Improving your life is apersonal journey for you.
It is not a big, Solar flare,like we thought way long time ago,
(12:42):
sure, there's lots of solar flares.
That's what we have to do to moveGaia and the Earth in this direction
and to move ourselves as well.
But most likely not one big onewhere everyone goes from 3D to 5D.
It's not like that and that's partof the newer information, which
is why I wanted to bring him in.
And then yes, there are ascensionsymptoms, which was the other
question that I see here.
(13:03):
The symptoms of ascensioncan be all kinds of things.
You can hear ringing in your ears.
That's downloads.
You can feel a little dizzy at times.
That could be a timelinechange or an upgrade.
You could feel that something hasshifted, something has changed within
you, your cells have changed, youcan feel sometimes on the negative
side, headaches, or something justdoesn't feel right as you're adjusting
(13:26):
to the new frequency and vibration.
And you'll find these with attunementstoo, Reiki attunements or other
attunements like the attunementsI do that attune you to, All kinds
of beings of light and their helpand their grids and light work.
But you can experience in my 5Dchannels and chats podcast right now.
I have a couple of Special editionscoming out where you can experience that.

That's what we do in tag light workersall the time in the membership.
It's a big library of attunementsso there are a lot of symptoms and
you don't have to understand themall, but know that they are related.
So let me bring in I'm gonna ask himto talk about ascension in the fifth
dimension and how we are to understand itnow, but I really do want your questions.

I can ask him the questionswhen I come back to you.

I'm Alpar-a-Be-am I am happy to bespeaking here for you through this medium
and to help you understand these concepts.
Which many have been working on andexplaining for years, but it is true.
(14:35):
That's sometimes an update of these simple
definitions that are such abig part of where you're at
right now can be very helpful.
Ascension is the changing of the world.
The world is, you know it ofcourse, the earth, for there is
Much around you that has alreadytransformed to higher dimensions.
(14:59):
I myself vibrate in an eighth dimensionor higher and many others on my ship
are of many dimensions Between six andnine all that means is that we are in
different Levels or different placesin our own learning journey, we are
(15:19):
vibrating at different frequencies,yet we can all come together at any
dimension, fifth and higher, as thoughWe are all in the same space because
space works differently outside of time.
And in the third dimension, youare constricted by false time,
(15:40):
for time does not really exist.
In the fourth dimension, it beginsto loosen, and that is why you
experience many timeline shifts andmany feelings of walking between
Different versions of yourself.
This is all part of the Ascension process.
So yes, the Ascension hasbeen explained very well.
(16:02):
That is exactly what it is.
It is a turning, an opening of anew dimension, opening of a new
higher level of being and vibration.
If you want to think ofyour planet as a rose.
That is in bud and is now openingand light coming through from the
center coming through to changeeverything, change you from the deepest
(16:26):
cell nuclei or proton in your body.
You will physically change.
To make this physical change, you mustmentally change and spiritually change.
You must accept yourself.
You must love yourself.
You must love others.
It is all about love.
It is all about improvingyourself by doing, yes, hard work.
(16:48):
The shadow work, as you know, is not easy,but it is important and you must do it.
It is what you have come here to do.
There's no escaping it, and there'sno one who will do it for you.
If you are always looking outsideyourself for someone to fix you,
then you will never be fixed.
If you now want to make the decision tohelp yourself, then you must start now,
(17:11):
not Next week or next month or laterwhen you when you can make space for it
or when you can Get the resources for itThe truth is when you want to begin now
the resources appear as it always hasin your life Whenever you make a strong
decision that now is the time that nowyou're going to do it that it must be
(17:33):
done now Then what happens suddenly?
Suddenly you are open to the resourcesto begin what it is you wish to begin.
It all happens internally.
Yes, it is very important topermanently up level your vibration.
I can't say it enough.
It is very important that you learnthese concepts of the 5th dimension.
(17:54):
And you may start immediatelymeditation, attunements.
There are many that you can choosefrom that are free out there
in the world that you can try.
Use your gut for discernment ofwho is channeling it, for there
is much false light as well.
the symptoms of ascension are
sometimes buzzing in your body orfeeling, feeling as if you are actually
(18:18):
vibrating or feeling excitement orfeeling joy or feeling something new
or feeling so certain that somethingis for you and you don't know why.
This is part of the ascensionprocess for it is related to
your whole crowd of spirit guideswho lead you in this process.
(18:40):
You are not alone.
You are surrounded by beautiful beingswho have come here that, from other
lifetimes to help you move forward.
And they will give you all kinds ofsigns, chills, exhilaration, more.
They will lead you tothose who can help you.
For no man is an island.
You may have negativeascension symptoms sometimes.
(19:02):
However, if headaches persist,then that is likely not ascension
symptom, but could be a symptomof other spiritual interference.
But the slight dizziness, the suddenlyfeeling like things have suddenly shifted.
Where am I?
What am I doing?
Or the ear ringing that is,yes, light code downloads.
(19:23):
Feeling sleepy.
Feeling The shadow workmust be done feeling drawn.
These are all ascension symptoms.
Let's talk about solar flares yet again.
Yes, there are solar flares.
No, you will most likely not see onesolar flare that changes your life.
However, you will be affected by themany solar flares that are changing
(19:43):
your Earth and your body every day.
You need to absorb the light of the sun.
It is part of your great awakening.
So does the Earth.
That is part of what is neededto ascend to come to this higher
version of the world and yourself.

So how do you begin shadow work?
Let's ask Alparvium because hegives great advice on shadow work.

So let's see what he has to say.
Shadow work is an important part of theLightworker, but it is not something that
must take over your day and your timeand your energy level and your vibration.
That means you needsimple, clear, easy ways.

We have compiled a list with thischannel in the blog post, which can
help you, but I will give you some tips.
Now, what is your mostpressing problem right now?
Perhaps you don't know, but ifyou can tune in a moment, and
what is your overall feeling?
Are you feeling joy?
Are you happy?
Are you feeling stressed?

Are you feeling nervous?
Are you feeling anxious?
Are you The first thingyou can do is acceptance.
I feel anxious, and that's okay.
Or, I feel less thangood, and that's okay.
Now what do you feel?
That helps release it.
Now you might get a more truthful answer.
I feel worried about mychild, and that's okay.

and that will bring more.
Enlightenment to it.
Another is ho'oponopono, saying toyourself, to your higher self, or
to any situation, I love you, I'msorry, please forgive me, thank you.
This releases you.
I love you, I'm sorry,please forgive me, thank you.
You may say it over and over.
Another is understanding that notevery thought in your brain is yours.
(23:26):
You are the one observing the thoughts.
And so, if you can have an observer'sView on the thought, it can help.
For instance, a thought aboutsomething from your past where you
wish you had responded differently.
Now you are looking from the future.
And here in this moment, which isthe future of that past moment,
(23:49):
you know better because youlearned from that past moment.
And so, I did the best I couldwith what I knew at the time.
These are very profound statementswhich release yourself from lower
vibrational shame and blame.
What is shadow work?
It is just releasing yourselffrom this self flagellation
(24:12):
of shame and blame and Upset.
You may accept that you messed up.
You may accept that you are human.
You can never be ahundred percent Perfect.
You did something youwish you hadn't done.
You are sorry.
You forgive yourself, youaccept it, and you move on.
A mistake is not supposed to be ashadow on the rest of your life.
(24:34):
And so the shadow work is to removethe shadow, to accept it, and move on.
To understand that forgiving yourselfis a huge part of releasing density.
It's a huge part of ascension.
Just the self forgiveness itself.
And the realization that you don'tneed to continually beat yourself
up over something in the past, thatyou can start over every moment.
(24:56):
And in fact, now is the onlymoment you actually have.
And focusing on the pastis a trick of the dark.

It doesn't have to be hard.

So Alpar is a big part of it,but it talks about these easy
things you can do so that.
when it comes up, youdon't just push it away.
No, you just take two minutesand be like, you know what?
I accept that I feel this way.
I accept that I'm disappointedin myself for the way I acted.
I accept that, you know, I was wrong.
(25:39):
I accept that I feel bad about it.
And I noticed now that I said that,that that was then, and this is
now, of course I know better now.
I accept.
And I did the best I couldwith what I knew at the time.
Now I still feel a little bit bad,maybe, so I'm going to do ho'oponopono.
And there's other thingson that list as well.
And then how long does that take?
Did that take me 45 seconds?
(26:00):
Now I can go on.
So Krista says, I have Reiki twoattunements and feel I need more.
I've been told the originalsare more than enough, yet some
people say multiple are needed.
Okay.
Let's talk about this.
The attunements are important.
If your attunement waspersonal, they attune just you.
And then they attuned someone else.
They didn't tune everybody at once andthe attunement was specific and done
(26:23):
by a Reiki practitioner who's not stuckin their ego, because it is important
that you do the attunement correctly.
and there's some rare caseswhere it wasn't done correctly,
but it's usually okay.
I'm happy to check people'sattunements to see if they're good.
They're most of the time.
They are good.
They're fine.
But if you feel called to doanother Reiki, then do it.
(26:44):
You don't need multiple attunements.
Of course, I love multiple attunements.
I have been attuned many times to thesame Reiki, and it doesn't matter.
it's just, it's nice.
Any kind of attunement up levels you.
But I would say if you want to takeanother Reiki because you're called
to it, take it because of what.
It's in the course.
For instance, my psychic Reikihealing level two course has a lot of
(27:06):
downloaded psychic healing techniquesthat most people don't teach.
It's a longer course, sure.
However, it's in small increments,video course that you can
always go back and learn more.
It's not a whole bunch of stuff justdumped on you in one day, and then
you have to remember it forever.
You have, lifetime access to these videosand it's a personal attunement and you
(27:26):
also get lots of other things like agroup of people, a support group, you
get, lots of help and a book and a manual.
And that's the kind of thing thatI think needs to happen with Reiki.
So if you're going to take anotherReiki course, just find one that you're
like, Oh, here's all the things thatare listed that I would love to learn.
And I'm going to, I'd liketo learn those things.

So I'll take this course.
I teach a ton of extrastuff in my courses.
So yeah, if you need more,you might be just be, called.
To a master teacher level,so that could be it.
I teach Reiki in the originalTsui three levels, one, two, and
master teacher together, which Ibelieve is how it should be taught.
I really want my Reiki studentsto have all the information
(28:10):
that they need to go ahead.
So I try to put everything in my psychicReiki healing and I often add to it.
So I'm always adding new videos.
So if you have one of my Reiki classesand you haven't looked at it in a
while, I think you're going to bereally shocked when you go check it.
And everyone is their own worst critic.
That's why shadow work is hard.
Hi, Pamela.
(28:31):
Is it true that 5D is here, butonly our programming that keeps
us from this awareness of theability to consistently stay in it?
Ascension has begun,but it's not fully here.
So, Ascension is here when the world isno longer 3D in any way, I would say.
So, that's closer to 2030.
but, it is always around us.
So, we're in the 3D.
(28:52):
There's the 4D, the 5D,and the at least 6D.
Not quite 7D yet in earth.
So yes, there is a 5d earth that'shere and we access it by, speaking
to those who are on it, who aremostly fae and elementals, but
can also be other beings as well.
And so we can access it,but then we come back.
But ascension is truly completelyhere when we don't have 3d anymore.

And like, it's almost like youwant to think about, Let's see.
Here's 3d going like this.
And then here's 5d going like this, right?
So it's like wherever we're accessingsome of 5d while we're in the 3d
and what we want to do is be like no3d all of 5d so that's it's coming.

and the fifth dimension, what it is.
And I thought, things aren't exactly thesame as they were back in 2019 or 2020,
when I made the video.
Things have changed.
We know more about Ascension now.
We are way.
farther on the path of ascension.
And most people do know what it is.
However, we could be updated on thedefinitions of it on, talking about it

so that it's easier for you to actuallyexplain it to your own clients, or
your own friends or anyone else whois wanting to know, what is this?
What is ascension?
What is the fifth dimension?
I want to hear your questions.
What kind of questions doyou have about Ascension?
two weeks ago, I did channel myKir, or Blue Avian, however you

want to think of it, being, who ismy partner guide, Alpar-a-Be-am.
I brought him forth to talkabout where we are in Ascension.
And, that was really helpful.
Where we are now, what's happening now.
But today I just wanted totalk about what is Ascension?
What is the fifth dimension?
Like for those who have Conflictinginformation or confused or maybe
(02:12):
just don't even know how toexplain it yourself to others.
So I do have a group on Facebook.
It's called 5D daily spiritualhealers and higher dimensions.
it's for lightworkers who are working inhigher dimensions, who are channels, who
are readers, who are oracles, who arehealers, and those who are called to be.
(02:33):
So you can either come in as a expertand help out beginners or as a beginner.
And it's a beautiful group.
First, I just want to tell you How Iview Ascension, how I view Ascension,
how I view the fifth dimension.
I'm going to give you my definitionsand then let's bring in Al Parbian,
(02:54):
who is my partner guide, who's a blueavian or Kir, as he calls himself,
and have him tell us more about it.
Okay, so Ascension is where we areall upgrading to a crystalline body
structure as the world as we know it,our world, our earth is also upgrading
(03:15):
to a higher dimension, less density,more crystalline, more Ethereal.
So as we are upgrading and so isour actual cells are upgrading to
a less dense version of our cells,our actual molecules, our body is
releasing density as we're goingthrough this process of ascension,
(03:38):
which is to go from, you know, a fewyears ago to 2032 or sooner depending.
Then we are going to be releasingeverything that no longer serves
us, releasing all the falsities thatwe live with here on earth, such as
programs, programming, which is aneveryday thing here on earth with media,
and just There's so much programmingin our life of trying to make us
(04:02):
believe things that aren't true.
So that's a big thing.
Also, how that affects us, how webelieve things about ourselves, limiting
beliefs about ourself or even our genderor our race or whatever it is that we
think we can't do, because We're notgood enough, or it's just not a thing
(04:22):
that happens, that is all programming.
So big programming, but alsojust your density of trauma.
We learned through trauma here on earth.
So all of that trauma that we've beenthrough has a purpose and we're supposed
to work through it to come out theother side and to vibrate higher with
more joy so that we can help others.
No one can do your shadow work for you.
(04:42):
You can come to a session withme or with one of, SoundWavesHeal
Master r Practitioners or anyother healer that you love.
But as we help you come tothis place where you can heal
yourself, that's what we're doing.
We're channeling this healingto help you come to a place
where you can heal yourself.
And you have to be part of that.
I can't just remove your addictionOr, snap my fingers and you're totally

healed from that horrible trauma thatyou don't want to think about, you
have to go through the process becausethat's why you came here on earth.
You came here on earth to gothrough the processes of working
through trauma to learn things.
Now you came on earth at thisparticular time, you actually won
an Ascension lottery to be here onearth during Ascension for a specific.
Purpose.

So you are very important.
Everyone here on earth is important,whether they are highlighting the
dark and showing us the 3d constructsby being deeply immersed in that 3d,
which is something they chose, or hereas a lightworker, as most of you are,
or all of you, I dare say, who arewatching to really understand how to
(05:48):
work In this way to work on yourself,to learn these things and then get
past it to help and heal others.
That's what the 144, 000 lightworkers are.
We're the ones who have done amajority of healing and are now
moving forward to heal others.
Now, I'm not trying to say that you haveto be completely healed to be a healer.
That would be impossible.
(06:09):
I still work on myself.
so much.
I had a really hard month in January, likeall of you did, like all my clients did.
Working on density, workingon old pain and old trauma and
bringing it up to release it sothat now I can vibrate higher.
So now that I am more crystalline andyou are too, as you work through yours.
(06:29):
That's part of Ascension, just comingthrough, releasing this earth BS, things
that aren't true, things that aren'tserving us, getting rid of old systems
and learning how to heal yourself withthe help of healers, with the help
of others, with the help of yourself.
Of course, again, I'm just goingto say it for the hundredth time.
(06:50):
Everyone needs to be at least attunedto Reiki one or something extremely
similar that helps you channel the lightto permanently uplevel your vibration.
Of course, I recommend Reiki becauseI've seen how it works and I teach
my own psychic Reiki healing.
Which is an online coursewith a personal attunement.
And it's very important.
So that is my basic, what is Ascension?
(07:12):
What is the fifth dimension?
we're here in the thirdand fourth dimension.
The third dimension is where we'vebeen for ever and ever here on earth.
And the fourth dimension is thissort of in between the fifth
and the third that we're in now.
The fourth dimension is the line.
It's good and evil.
It's two Opposite things, right?
(07:34):
So the fourth dimension iswhere you are being pulled,
where you have to take a side.
So anything that you're taking a sidein right now, whether it's politics
or, and even though I know that thedriving force under picking a side of
politics is I'm siding with love, I'msiding with the people who need help.
Just know that both sides aremanipulating you to do that.
(07:57):
Both sides feel the same way.
They do.
And it doesn't seemlike that from one side.
When you're looking at the otherpolitics is another diversion to stop
you from getting to the fifth dimension.
And it's time to release these diversions.
So the division of two sides,that's the fourth dimension.
That's where we are verydeeply immersed in now.
(08:19):
And so, You have to choosebetween love and fear.
The biggest distillation of thesetwo things is love and fear.
So as long as you're coming fromlove, you don't need to pick a side.
You can love everybody.
This is not just politics.
This is anything.
You can love everybody.
You can love the terrible entities thattake over people, the earthbound spirits
(08:40):
that are what you would consider evil.
guess what?
When I go to remove anentity, they are helpful.
When I send them love, they'recoming to be transformed.
And if I ask them why they're there,they will tell me and I thank them.
They are like friends.
As my friend, Gia said to me the otherday, they're almost like friends where
(09:00):
they'll tell you what is really happeningand then easily be transformed out of
this dimension to go be transformed.
The transformation portal.
that's what we're doingwhen we remove entities and.
Yes, they aren't light.
That's why we're removing them.
I'm not saying they're light,but I'm saying they're not.
as horrible as you think, andnothing is as horrible as you think.
(09:23):
Everything here in this dimensionis playing the same game.
They have just chosen to play thethird dimension instead of the
fifth or the fourth dimension.
So you have to choose one.
If you are even listening to me andyou're not like, Oh my God, she's crazy.
And clicking off, then you arealready looking for your highest self,
(09:44):
working on yourself and working forthis fifth dimensionality and the
fifth dimension is what ascension is.
It is that crystalline body, thatcrystalline world we are upgrading.
So when you see planets that seem like,they don't have any dirt or earth.
Or surface.
(10:04):
So they can't be, youknow, nothing lives there.
That's not true.
They just don't live therein the third dimension.
So there's so much about our world thatwe cannot see in the third dimension.
And so we are being asked to uplevel to the fifth dimension and
to come to this higher level ofvibration, which that's what it is.
We have to learn how to work in it.
(10:27):
And that's why I teach channeling.
That's why I teach.
Psychic Reiki healing or light language.
That's why I teach these things.
Learning to work in these realmsdoesn't mean that you have to be, this.
You don't have to do what I do.
You can just do it for yourself.
But it is where we need tounderstand the fifth dimension.
(10:48):
You will have to learn some of theseconcepts, how to channel at least your
spirit guides, how to talk to them,how to receive information from your
guides, your helpers, your angels.
This is all part ofmoving in this direction.
So that's my definitions andI will bring in Alpar as well.
So we do have some questions here.
I'm really excited about them.
(11:08):
I can answer this one with myanswer, Jennifer, is it possible to
go to the fifth dimension, see somethings and come back to progress
and process the new dimension now?
It is.
And that's part of what we are doingwith attunements and meditation.
it's up leveling you tosee in these dimensions.
So that's what I'm teaching.
How to see, heal, and bring messagesfrom these higher dimensions.
(11:31):
I uplevel people's chakras inmy sessions to be able to reach
higher dimensions, depending onwhere you're at in your journey.
I can bring them up to at leastfifth dimension most times.
But many times for my intermediate andadvanced clients, especially those in
my monthly group tag who are alwaysworking on themselves, I can bring them
up to seventh and eighth dimension.
And what does this mean?
That doesn't mean that person nowlives in the eighth dimension.
(11:53):
It means that they can reach them inthese higher brain states of meditation
and can, if they can see there or feelor know or receive information, whatever
Claire is working for you, the best, oras you open them, as you work on them,
then you will receive that information.
You can, experience it and then come back.
So doing this kind of experience,going out into these higher dimensions
(12:19):
in your consciousness, you canfeel these heightened states.
So this is a wonderful way to experienceit and then come back and know how
to get there and get informationabout how to improve your life.
Because that's what Ascension is.
Improving your life is apersonal journey for you.
It is not a big, Solar flare,like we thought way long time ago,
(12:42):
sure, there's lots of solar flares.
That's what we have to do to moveGaia and the Earth in this direction
and to move ourselves as well.
But most likely not one big onewhere everyone goes from 3D to 5D.
It's not like that and that's partof the newer information, which
is why I wanted to bring him in.
And then yes, there are ascensionsymptoms, which was the other
question that I see here.
(13:03):
The symptoms of ascensioncan be all kinds of things.
You can hear ringing in your ears.
That's downloads.
You can feel a little dizzy at times.
That could be a timelinechange or an upgrade.
You could feel that something hasshifted, something has changed within
you, your cells have changed, youcan feel sometimes on the negative
side, headaches, or something justdoesn't feel right as you're adjusting
(13:26):
to the new frequency and vibration.
And you'll find these with attunementstoo, Reiki attunements or other
attunements like the attunementsI do that attune you to, All kinds
of beings of light and their helpand their grids and light work.
But you can experience in my 5Dchannels and chats podcast right now.
I have a couple of Special editionscoming out where you can experience that.

That's what we do in tag light workersall the time in the membership.
It's a big library of attunementsso there are a lot of symptoms and
you don't have to understand themall, but know that they are related.
So let me bring in I'm gonna ask himto talk about ascension in the fifth
dimension and how we are to understand itnow, but I really do want your questions.

I'm Alpar-a-Be-am I am happy to bespeaking here for you through this medium
and to help you understand these concepts.
Which many have been working on andexplaining for years, but it is true.
(14:35):
That's sometimes an update of these simple
definitions that are such abig part of where you're at
right now can be very helpful.
Ascension is the changing of the world.
The world is, you know it ofcourse, the earth, for there is
Much around you that has alreadytransformed to higher dimensions.
(14:59):
I myself vibrate in an eighth dimensionor higher and many others on my ship
are of many dimensions Between six andnine all that means is that we are in
different Levels or different placesin our own learning journey, we are
(15:19):
vibrating at different frequencies,yet we can all come together at any
dimension, fifth and higher, as thoughWe are all in the same space because
space works differently outside of time.
And in the third dimension, youare constricted by false time,
(15:40):
for time does not really exist.
In the fourth dimension, it beginsto loosen, and that is why you
experience many timeline shifts andmany feelings of walking between
Different versions of yourself.
This is all part of the Ascension process.
So yes, the Ascension hasbeen explained very well.
(16:02):
That is exactly what it is.
It is a turning, an opening of anew dimension, opening of a new
higher level of being and vibration.
If you want to think ofyour planet as a rose.
That is in bud and is now openingand light coming through from the
center coming through to changeeverything, change you from the deepest
(16:26):
cell nuclei or proton in your body.
You will physically change.
To make this physical change, you mustmentally change and spiritually change.
You must accept yourself.
You must love yourself.
You must love others.
It is all about love.
It is all about improvingyourself by doing, yes, hard work.
(16:48):
The shadow work, as you know, is not easy,but it is important and you must do it.
It is what you have come here to do.
There's no escaping it, and there'sno one who will do it for you.
If you are always looking outsideyourself for someone to fix you,
then you will never be fixed.
If you now want to make the decision tohelp yourself, then you must start now,
(17:11):
not Next week or next month or laterwhen you when you can make space for it
or when you can Get the resources for itThe truth is when you want to begin now
the resources appear as it always hasin your life Whenever you make a strong
decision that now is the time that nowyou're going to do it that it must be
(17:33):
done now Then what happens suddenly?
Suddenly you are open to the resourcesto begin what it is you wish to begin.
It all happens internally.
Yes, it is very important topermanently up level your vibration.
I can't say it enough.
It is very important that you learnthese concepts of the 5th dimension.
(17:54):
And you may start immediatelymeditation, attunements.
There are many that you can choosefrom that are free out there
in the world that you can try.
Use your gut for discernment ofwho is channeling it, for there
is much false light as well.
the symptoms of ascension are
sometimes buzzing in your body orfeeling, feeling as if you are actually
(18:18):
vibrating or feeling excitement orfeeling joy or feeling something new
or feeling so certain that somethingis for you and you don't know why.
This is part of the ascensionprocess for it is related to
your whole crowd of spirit guideswho lead you in this process.
(18:40):
You are not alone.
You are surrounded by beautiful beingswho have come here that, from other
lifetimes to help you move forward.
And they will give you all kinds ofsigns, chills, exhilaration, more.
They will lead you tothose who can help you.
For no man is an island.
You may have negativeascension symptoms sometimes.
(19:02):
However, if headaches persist,then that is likely not ascension
symptom, but could be a symptomof other spiritual interference.
But the slight dizziness, the suddenlyfeeling like things have suddenly shifted.
Where am I?
What am I doing?
Or the ear ringing that is,yes, light code downloads.

Feeling sleepy.
Feeling The shadow workmust be done feeling drawn.
These are all ascension symptoms.
Let's talk about solar flares yet again.
Yes, there are solar flares.
No, you will most likely not see onesolar flare that changes your life.
However, you will be affected by themany solar flares that are changing

your Earth and your body every day.
You need to absorb the light of the sun.
It is part of your great awakening.
So does the Earth.
That is part of what is neededto ascend to come to this higher
version of the world and yourself.

Shadow work is an important part of theLightworker, but it is not something that
must take over your day and your timeand your energy level and your vibration.
That means you needsimple, clear, easy ways.

Now, what is your mostpressing problem right now?
Perhaps you don't know, but ifyou can tune in a moment, and
what is your overall feeling?
Are you feeling joy?
Are you happy?
Are you feeling stressed?

Are you feeling nervous?
Are you feeling anxious?
Are you The first thingyou can do is acceptance.
I feel anxious, and that's okay.
Or, I feel less thangood, and that's okay.
Now what do you feel?
That helps release it.
Now you might get a more truthful answer.
I feel worried about mychild, and that's okay.

and that will bring more.
Enlightenment to it.
Another is ho'oponopono, saying toyourself, to your higher self, or
to any situation, I love you, I'msorry, please forgive me, thank you.
This releases you.
I love you, I'm sorry,please forgive me, thank you.
You may say it over and over.
Another is understanding that notevery thought in your brain is yours.

You are the one observing the thoughts.
And so, if you can have an observer'sView on the thought, it can help.
For instance, a thought aboutsomething from your past where you
wish you had responded differently.
Now you are looking from the future.
And here in this moment, which isthe future of that past moment,
(23:49):
you know better because youlearned from that past moment.
And so, I did the best I couldwith what I knew at the time.
These are very profound statementswhich release yourself from lower
vibrational shame and blame.
What is shadow work?
It is just releasing yourselffrom this self flagellation
(24:12):
of shame and blame and Upset.
You may accept that you messed up.
You may accept that you are human.
You can never be ahundred percent Perfect.
You did something youwish you hadn't done.
You are sorry.
You forgive yourself, youaccept it, and you move on.
A mistake is not supposed to be ashadow on the rest of your life.
(24:34):
And so the shadow work is to removethe shadow, to accept it, and move on.
To understand that forgiving yourselfis a huge part of releasing density.
It's a huge part of ascension.
Just the self forgiveness itself.
And the realization that you don'tneed to continually beat yourself
up over something in the past, thatyou can start over every moment.
(24:56):
And in fact, now is the onlymoment you actually have.
And focusing on the pastis a trick of the dark.

No, you just take two minutesand be like, you know what?
I accept that I feel this way.
I accept that I'm disappointedin myself for the way I acted.
I accept that, you know, I was wrong.

I accept that I feel bad about it.
And I noticed now that I said that,that that was then, and this is
now, of course I know better now.
I accept.
And I did the best I couldwith what I knew at the time.
Now I still feel a little bit bad,maybe, so I'm going to do ho'oponopono.
And there's other thingson that list as well.
And then how long does that take?
Did that take me 45 seconds?

Now I can go on.
So Krista says, I have Reiki twoattunements and feel I need more.
I've been told the originalsare more than enough, yet some
people say multiple are needed.
Okay.
Let's talk about this.
The attunements are important.
If your attunement waspersonal, they attune just you.
And then they attuned someone else.
They didn't tune everybody at once andthe attunement was specific and done
(26:23):
by a Reiki practitioner who's not stuckin their ego, because it is important
that you do the attunement correctly.
and there's some rare caseswhere it wasn't done correctly,
but it's usually okay.
I'm happy to check people'sattunements to see if they're good.
They're most of the time.
They are good.
They're fine.
But if you feel called to doanother Reiki, then do it.
(26:44):
You don't need multiple attunements.
Of course, I love multiple attunements.
I have been attuned many times to thesame Reiki, and it doesn't matter.
it's just, it's nice.
Any kind of attunement up levels you.
But I would say if you want to takeanother Reiki because you're called
to it, take it because of what.
It's in the course.
For instance, my psychic Reikihealing level two course has a lot of
(27:06):
downloaded psychic healing techniquesthat most people don't teach.
It's a longer course, sure.
However, it's in small increments,video course that you can
always go back and learn more.
It's not a whole bunch of stuff justdumped on you in one day, and then
you have to remember it forever.
You have, lifetime access to these videosand it's a personal attunement and you

also get lots of other things like agroup of people, a support group, you
get, lots of help and a book and a manual.
And that's the kind of thing thatI think needs to happen with Reiki.
So if you're going to take anotherReiki course, just find one that you're
like, Oh, here's all the things thatare listed that I would love to learn.
And I'm going to, I'd liketo learn those things.

So I'll take this course.
I teach a ton of extrastuff in my courses.
So yeah, if you need more,you might be just be, called.
To a master teacher level,so that could be it.
I teach Reiki in the originalTsui three levels, one, two, and
master teacher together, which Ibelieve is how it should be taught.
I really want my Reiki studentsto have all the information
(28:10):
that they need to go ahead.
So I try to put everything in my psychicReiki healing and I often add to it.
So I'm always adding new videos.
So if you have one of my Reiki classesand you haven't looked at it in a
while, I think you're going to bereally shocked when you go check it.
And everyone is their own worst critic.
That's why shadow work is hard.

Is it true that 5D is here, butonly our programming that keeps
us from this awareness of theability to consistently stay in it?
Ascension has begun,but it's not fully here.
So, Ascension is here when the world isno longer 3D in any way, I would say.
So, that's closer to 2030.
but, it is always around us.
So, we're in the 3D.
(28:52):
There's the 4D, the 5D,and the at least 6D.
Not quite 7D yet in earth.
So yes, there is a 5d earth that'shere and we access it by, speaking
to those who are on it, who aremostly fae and elementals, but
can also be other beings as well.
And so we can access it,but then we come back.
But ascension is truly completelyhere when we don't have 3d anymore.
