and what I believe is a school forLightworkers in a past life that we
were all at, that we went to learnhow to be a lightworker in this life.

And but let's see.
So I'm also going to be channeling, I'mgoing to be telling you what I know and as
I talk often, then I get more information.
'cause I am a trance channel and so,which just means full body channeling,
but they'll probably be talking to me andgiving me words while I'm talking as well.
So I do want you to know that I did createa sacred circle for us today in this
(01:38):
class for protection and just healing.
But I put us in a capsule of spacesurrounded by the four archangels
in the four corners and archangelsabove and below, and also in
the ascended waters of Gaia.
So you'll really feel thatvibration of being in that space.
Okay, so.

What is Avalon?
Well, a lot of us know Avalon forKing Arthur and that whole story,
and that's also one place thatAvalon is in this Celtic arena.
But it is also a place in Atlantis.
And as I'm starting to talk aboutthis, I'm already (whoo!) getting
like shaky, meaning I'm going to,I think I'm going to get some new
information, which is always so fun.

So when we were in Atlantisand all of us were, because
everyone in this life has been.
In Atlantis, we all havean Atlantis past life.
In fact, I think that it's so importantthat we connect to our Atlantis past
lives because it can be really triggeringin these times as we're going towards
ascension and as it feels like the worldis just like going to hell around us.

And we're trying to find the highesttimeline of ourselves, everything that
we choose is- not the "right choice".
'cause every choice that we makeis going to be right and wrong and
still get us in the same place.
But is the most fortuitous choice,like the luckiest choice, like
everything that we want and desire,we're getting there faster because
we're on this high timeline right?.
And so as we're wanting that, And aswe're looking for that, we also look

around and see like, wow, a lot ofcrazy stuff has been happening in earth
lately, and that can be really triggeringbecause of our past life in Atlantis.
It's really important toconnect to that, or at least
have it cleared that past life.
So it doesn't affect us and make usvery anxious in these times, and that
is where a lot of anxiety comes from.
But anyway, back to Atlantis.
When we were there, Someof us were also in Avalon.
(03:31):
So Avalon is beyond the veil and it'sbeyond the veil in several places, but in
one place where it's always been beyondthe veil and still is, is in Atlantis.
And it's very hard to explain this in 3Dterms, but I'm going to give you my best.
And that is that even though Atlantisis gone, it is still there in
some time and space because therereally is no such thing as time.

We live in a third dimensionaldensity where we experience
time, but no one else does.
That's in a higher dimension or density.
So it's still like an imprint,like it's still there.
And when you go through Atlantis,which we will do, we are going to do
an Atlantis Avalon meditation, whenI finish explaining this to you.
When you go through it, You canfind the Avalon veil, and then if

you go through the veil, Avalonis there and it is still there.
And as I said, Avalon's in many places.
But this Avalon, what I see when I gothrough is I see Druids, Priestesses, I
see Merlin, some other ascended Beings-Thoth, Yeshua of the Christ Light, and
Our Lady who I'm going to talk about.
So when we go through there and inthis meditation, we're going to do.

What I have seen is this beautifulIsis temple and the way that
it looks, it's so amazing.
I wish I could draw what I see.
It's a beautiful, tall building like,a temple, and it's shaped like a rose,
but all the panels at the top are glass.
(05:00):
And so it's like a glass bud of a roseis the way it's shaped, which I didn't
see for a long time of going back there.
But it's really beautiful inside.
it feels very reverent inside andthe one who really helps us there
in this temple is named Our Lady.
And you'll know her by manynames, and we're just going
to take religion out of this.
(05:21):
If you know her by a religious name,this has nothing to do with like
Catholicism or Our Lady of Catholicism.
This is a being who is humble enoughto just go by Our Lady, and she's
not actually really a goddess.
She's more like a divine
part of Mother God.
And even that she doesn't likethat she, she's so very humble
(05:44):
that she doesn't want any of that.
But we may know her by herearthly name of Mary Magdalene.
Uh, you may know her by goddess names,or we consider Mary Magdalene as sort
of goddess in her other incarnations,but this would be like the highest
self of all these incarnations.
And she just goes by Our Lady.
And the symbol of this temple is a rose.

It's um, light pink rose, andit has a lot to do with love.
Of course, everything has to do with love.
Right?
In this place is where she taughtmany of us in this incarnation past
of Atlantis in the Avalon space,how to be lightworkers in this life.
And how did she teach us?
Well, there were many ways that she did.
(06:27):
We did some exercises where we sortof, I don't even know what the word
for this is, 'cause she just shows methat we would almost like possess her
like in a high vibrational way andlike we would switch souls and bodies.
Of course, these are higher dimensionalbodies, so it's probably easier to do it.
And then instead of her leadingthe priestesses, we would do it
as her, like we would practiceeach part of being a priestess.
(06:50):
We would all practice all these thingsand we were all female in this life.
So even if you're male and you're watchingthis, that doesn't mean you weren't there.
You're just female in this life.
So we were all priestesses, highpriestesses, and she was teaching us.
And another really important exercisethat I see; is us lying in meditation,
and we are learning how to livethrough love in a very hard place.
(07:14):
So.
Let me know if this sounds familiar.
This is exactly what our earthlyincarnation is, us trying to find
love in a third dimensional densitywhere we don't have any proof of all
of our spirit guides and helpers.
All the beings that we are,that are part of our soul.
Uh, we are connected to in such astrong way, and they are there for us.

We don't have any proof of.
We have to figure out that love isalways the answer, and resistance
and fear and things like thatwill never get us anywhere.
We have to figure out that eventhough we live in this place, that's
very difficult, or we have to fight.
Just to live or we have to workjust to have basic necessities.
(08:00):
That should be our right.
Even though we have all these hard thingsand we've chosen to come to this life
where we learn by trauma, (which islike, why? But anyway, you know, it's
difficult!) And so how can we find love?
Through there, not only find love forourselves, which is so important and
is part of the symbol of the pink rose,but for others, because when you truly
(08:23):
can love yourself, then you can loveeverybody and it's really other people's
reflection on you that you don'tlove- when it reminds you of
something of yourself, as we all know.
So the question is, are we stillthere in meditation and this
life is just that meditation?
Now we know that we're here, justpart of our spirit, not even our
(08:44):
whole higher self, not even ourwhole spirits in these bodies.
Could we still be in that place?
Is it our higher self in that place?
Is it an incarnation of us in that place?
Well, I get that it is an incarnation ofus, not exactly our whole higher self, but
in these higher dimensional frequencies.
When we are fifth dimension andabove, we can really access all of
(09:06):
our past lives, access our higherself, and our bodies aren't so dense.
We're more like light being, so itis different, but that's what I get.
And that this exercise of beinghuman is, it's just an exercise.
It's just something that we are puttingourselves through to test ourselves.
How can we find it?
How can we find this love?
How can we, how others?
(09:27):
How can we find our light path?
We all come here with a light path,which is your soul's Path or what you're
supposed to do in this life that lightsyou up and helps other people as well.
And so I believe that we're still there.
And I wanna take youthrough an exercise there.
I do wanna mention one otherthing is the crystal mermaids.
And they're also these, uh, eight crystalmermaids from Atlantis from this time.
(09:51):
And I talked to them several times.
They guard the sacred crystals whichhold the power of the central sun, and
they actually are in many places at once.
They're in hollow earth.
There, They take all this energyfrom Earth and they transmute
it into a much higher frequency,and they're holding onto it.
they'll be the ones to release it
when we get onto a higherplane or higher vibration, when
(10:13):
we come closer to Ascension.
They'll be bringing it to us.
So.
I talk to many mermaids and othermystical creatures are actually real.
They exist in a higher frequencyand they're more like spirit guides.
And the mermaids are actually stillthere waiting for us to ascend.
And so these are my cards,which are elemental magic and
(10:33):
Manifestation Oracle cards.
And this is, one of the cartoonpictures of the crystal mermaids.
They're actually, they're so beautiful.
These are great cards for channeling.
So now I would like to bringyou through a meditation.
In this meditation, I'm also going toattune you to your Avalon memories.
So the way that I attunepeople is with my voice.
(10:54):
I'm a liquid reiki shamanic sound healer.
I do teach everything thatI do in all my classes.
But I was an opera singer, soI have that going for me when
I sing, I'm just telling you.
That part, I don't, I don't teach peopleto sing, but I do attune people to
light language where you can bring forth
sounds that you never thoughtyou could, that's for sure.
And you might, um, suddenlysound like you've been taking
(11:15):
voice lessons all your life.
Okay.
Are you guys ready?
You ready for meditation?
I wanna tell you too, that I've heardreports of this meditation opening up
light language and opening up othergifts in people when they do it.
This is a meditation that we do inTAG, and it's in the archives of TAG.
We have 60 programs that havelike 10 to 30 videos in it.

And so TAG has is just a big mysteryschool and connections, and it's for
advanced lightworkers, but there'salso a beginner program in it.
And this is called the AvalonHighest Timeline Meditation.
So welcome this channeled Meditationfor the highest timeline with the
Druids and priestesses of Avalon.
This is, uh, from TAG, like I said.

So in this meditation, the Druids andpriestesses of Avalon bring us to observe
ancient ritual, building a high andprotective psychic barrier for yourself,
and they guide you to a higher timelineon this earthly life that you are living.
What that means is that you canchoose to have the most abundant
and beautiful life that you wish.

Anything you wish for this higher timelineby choosing the timeline that benefits
you and those you love the most forthe greatest good for yourself and all.
And so one thing that I alwayssay, and I think that it's very
important to say, is I only workwith beings of the highest light.
All right?
So if you're getting in a comfortableposition, if you have trouble with

meditation, then make sure you'releaning against a chair or the floor.
I. And that will help you very much.
We're going to start with the attunement.
I'm going to attune you to a portalthat connects you from this life to
that life to help with your memories.
And I'm also going to attune youto your Akashic records in Avalon
(13:08):
to help connect you to a druidor priestess from that time.
And there is a whole program.
There's actually twoprograms on Avalon in TAG.
If this really calls to you, then I think.
You're probably perfect for TAG.
(14:26):
Alright, now we're going tocall in our archangels and
elements beginning in the south.
We call in Archangel Michael with thisflaming sword of truth and protection.
This sapphire blue light in theelements of fire, bringing in this
beautiful light all around our body.
We ask him to use his sword to cutall cords, to release all stories and
(14:49):
attachments to clear us completelyand stand on our south corner for
protection and transmutation of alllower frequency energies to love.
We're calling in only the highestlight and the highest light beings,
and we call in Archangel Michael'stools and his protection teams.
(15:10):
To help us in this meditationto achieve what is for the
highest good and the good of all.
Then we would like to call in thenorth Archangel Uel, bringing in
his golden light and ruby red light.
Perhaps you see his symbol,which is a golden pentacle.
He brings in nature and peaceand surrounds you with the
connection of the fifth dimensionalascended earth connection to
(15:33):
all nature beings and animals.
Elementals.
And all his teams and helpersof his tools of manifestation
and help for your light work.
Then we'll call in the West ArchangelGabriel and the elements of water,
bringing in his diamond light as alarge waterfall that cleanses and
clears all chakras in the energy field.
(15:56):
We call in all of his diamondlight teams and his tools and.
Uh, we also call in the crystal mermaidsof Atlantis in this west direction.
High above your head,
This waterfall of diamond light beginsclearing and filling each one of your
(16:16):
chakras with light all the way to yourearthly body, even clearing your clear
audience, ear chakras, and your altamajor six D chakra from behind your head.
In anchoring with this light, we anchorall these high dimensional chakras into
our Earth star chakra beneath our feet.
(16:37):
Then we call on the East ArchangelRaphael and his emerald green light
in the element of air he brings withhim his tools and his healing team,
which includes Archangel Aerial and herlight green light and light pink light.
They bring all these beautiful lights into promote healing on the earthly plane.
By bringing this light throughoutthe whole body, clearing our pene
(17:00):
gland, clearing anything that keepsus from seeing, knowing, feeling, and
hearing, and connects us to our higherself and to our ascension timeline.
Then we call in all other angelsand high light being helpers and
teams and tools of the horizontalplaying now and their gorgeous light.
(17:21):
We call in all spirit animals, elementalteams, star seed and gal teams, spirit
guides, ancestors, and all otherteams and helpers to come in now.
And then we call in the vertical planeof spirit calling in Sandalphon below,
bringing in that silvery diamond lightconnection with the fifth dimensional
(17:45):
ascended earth and mother Gaia.
Archangel Shakina will join himthere as well, opening to us to
all that's open for us in thisrealm, including Gaia's Gateway,
the void and ascended Middle Earth.
Then above we call an Archangel Metatronis gold and orange light, bringing gold
(18:06):
light from the great central Sun withhis sacred geometry and his ascension
grid, anchoring that all the way downinto the body and down into the heart.
And then pulling up from Sandalphon,silvery light all the way up to
the heart as well, and lighting.
These two lights converge and go out outinto our entire energy field, clearing any
(18:28):
problems, rips, tears or holes in our oricfield now, and clearing us in every way.
Now we call an archangel Raziel andthis beautiful rainbow light that's
warm and relaxing and healing.
And we're going to bring this rainbowlight to warm and relax our body,
starting at the tip of our toes, warmingand relaxing our feet and ankles.
(18:54):
Bringing that warm rainbow lightup the calves into the knees, at
the thighs, and into the pelvis.
Warming and relaxing into the hip joints.
The lower back, the upper back, andshoulders, the torso, the chest.
Collarbone.
(19:15):
Back up to the neck and down theshoulders, down the arms, elbows,
wrists, fingers, and fingertips.
We bring the rainbow light up to ourears, to the back of our neck, up
the back of the scalp, all aroundthe forehead, relaxing and warming.
The eyes and eye sockets,clearing, relaxing, warming.
(19:37):
The sinuses, the nose, mouth, and jaw.
The front of the neck.
And now we are fully immersedin this warm rainbow light.
Now you find yourself in front of a goldenelevator, which is a portal of sorts,
and you're feeling how safe it is to takethis ethereal golden elevator to where
(19:59):
you'd like to go in this meditation.
So you press the button fordown and the elevator opens
and notice it's rather large.
And it feels very safe and high vibration.
So you step into the elevatorand you choose the button that's
lit up and it says Avalon.
(20:20):
As the door begins to shut, I'm goingto count from five to one, and as I
do, the elevator will begin to movesoftly to the ground floor where
the portal of Avalon awaits you.
And as you go down the elevator,you'll feel more relaxed and ready
to receive the information in thismeditation, five, the elevator door
(20:44):
shut and you feel relaxed and happy,Knowing your destination awaits you.
Four.
As the elevator descends,you feel lighter and lighter.
All the worries having melted away and asense of calm anticipation is within you.
Three.
You are so relaxed and youknow the soothing sounds you
(21:05):
hear will only relax you more.
Now, two, this feeling of relaxationis so profound that you realize
that you should experience itin your everyday life even more.
And one, though, your elevator'sreached its destination.
The door has not opened yet.
You're failing A mixture ofanticipation, calm and peacefulness.
(21:28):
An insight that your lifecould use a little more fun.
And so you resolve to have a little funwith this meditation as the doors open
to reveal a portal in front of you.
As you step out of the elevator.
and in front of it, I want you tofigure out what kind of portal this is.
(21:48):
It could be a water portal, inwhich case you could touch it and
see the water ripple out from whereyour fingertip is made a wave.
Perhaps it's an air portalthat you could fly through.
Perhaps it's an earth portal, like theones the fairies use, and the elementals.
Perhaps it's a wormhole, a galactic portalthat you've used in many lifetimes before.
(22:12):
Whatever it is, it's perfectlysafe, and you may step through
it now and the portal will takeyou to the shores of Avalon Sand.
And you should emerge onthe beaches of Avalon.
Take note, if you need to clotheyourself in your robes once again for
entering the Temple of Avalon, thetemple of Isis, and as you walk up the
(22:38):
sand dunes, you see at the top there isa druid or priestess waiting for you.
This priestess or druid is readynow to teach you how to build a high
protective psychic barrier for yourselfand in the coming months of ascension.
So right here in the open on thedunes of this beautiful beach, this
(23:02):
being begins to construct for you abeautiful light structure of light.
It's a beautiful light barrier made ofmany geometric shapes, and its color
may be gold, or it may be many colors.
And as this being moves aroundyou constructing this beautiful
protective barrier, they also imbueyou with the light codes to keep it
(23:26):
going and to know exactly what itis and how to use it from now on.
And
it feels familiar because you've usedit before and now that it's done,
it's time to go to the temple of Isis.
And so you begin to walk together.
(23:46):
A walk that you have done together manytimes before, and so it may seem familiar
as the temple comes into view ahead.
You feel joy at seeing it again.
It may have been some time and youand your friend have much to discuss.
Perhaps it feels like old times.
(24:09):
As you walk into the temple and you walkinto the main room, you see the druid.
They are in the middle of a ritualalready, and so you're able to
observe whatever they may be doing.
It may also seem familiarbecause you've seen it before.
(24:31):
Take note of the way it feels.
Take note of any intrinsic knowledgethat you feel you have of what is
going on right now, and just observe.
Is what they are doing, something thataffects Avalon directly or is it something
(24:52):
that they are building for another time?
Is it something for themselves or others?
How does the vibration feel in this room?
Is it a high vibration?
Maybe It feels almost electric in here.
And what about joy?
(25:13):
Are they enjoying their work?
And do you hear anything?
Sounds clicking or walking?
Maybe sound healing, chanting.
And now the scene will change as it fadesaway and a new scene will come in and now
(25:36):
you observe the priestesses in their work.
You observe some of their ancient ritualshere in this temple and you can watch.
Maybe you once participated,and so they could ask you to
step forward and join them.
What is the purpose of this ritual andwhat is the emotion that comes from it?
(26:02):
Our Lady is there.
Do you see her?
Perhaps she turns to you at this momentto give you a word, a message, or a gift.
(26:28):
We don't often see, as well asour friends who are light beings
do so they will show us now.
The Druids, the priestesses, and Our Lady,
some of them or one of themsteps forward to show you a
room that is off to one side.
(26:48):
This is where they hold theAAkashic records in this temple.
They will bring a book off theshelf that has your AK records.
Then as they put the book on the podium,you may see instead some symbols or
geometry coming up from the book intothe air symbolizing many timelines.
(27:11):
You can touch any timeline thatyou wish to get a sense of it.
You don't want too much information,but maybe a summary or a feeling.
Touch each one in turn until you knowwhich one will bring you the most joy.
(27:33):
Notice there may be many, many tochoose from that are very high joy.
One might even be frighteninghow joyous and how open it feels.
Are you brave enough topick this highest timeline?
You have so many helpers aroundyou to help you, and we encourage
you to pick this highest timeline.

You will not be mistaken or wrong inany timeline that you choose, so you
should choose the one that feels bestfor you, just touch it and intend.
Then you may put your book backup on the shelf and turn back into
(28:17):
the main room of the temple, andnow the ritual will be for you.
As you stand in the middle of all theDruids, the priestesses, and Our Lady,
as they walk all around you, sending youlight codes and maybe something else,
(28:37):
you may see it in a new way as they blessyou on this timeline that you've chosen
as they give you gifts suchas knowing you are not alone.
Gifts of loving yourself.
Gifts of understanding what'simportant in this life.
(28:58):
Gifts of staying in your highdimensional heart space and your six
dimensional knowing gifts of stayinggrounded at all times and yet staying
connected to your higher self and more.
Can you feel the loveof your friends here?

Can you feel the purpose of yourlife now and what's important?
(29:48):
It is now time to go, but know that youwill revisit this realm often, and you
may come here anytime in your dreams.
You are always here in between lives
and whenever you wish to be, you cancome here, but just a thought or a
simple meditation or in your dreams.

So thank everyone and beginto walk out the temple.
As you walk out the door, you see yourportal there waiting for you already.
So say goodbye and go through your portal.
As you go through the portal, you'restill feeling safe, connected,

and you're still breathing deeply.
But since it's time to emerge, I'm goingto count from one to three so that by the
time I reach three, you'll be fully awake.
And you'll remember everything that'shappened in this meditation, and you'll
awaken to more insight as time goes on.
You will feel even more connectedto Avalon and your guides

there and your friends there.
One time to come back into yourbody and back into the room.
You're feeling very much atpeace now and willing to make
fun a priority in your life.
Two, now that you've had thisbeautiful meditation experience.
You're feeling all the energy comingback into your limbs, and you may begin

to move your fingers and your toes.
And three, now that you haveyour energy back into your body,
your soul feels clear and light.
But let's take this moment toconnect again to Gaia and the fifth
dimensional earth grid anchoring youinto new Earth and grounding you.

By imagining roots of light coming upfrom your feet and going deep, deep
into that fifth dimensional grid.
And when you're ready,

It has, I believe, this meditation,how to Meet Your Joy guide, like a
joy guide meditation, all kinds of
meditations and things in there.
Beautiful.
It's a whole bunch of stuff.
So before we close the session,is there any messages you want to

give us that are coming strongly toyou or that you know you received?
Yeah, right now or recently?
Okay, so the crystal mermaids,they have like a whole thing.
There's like a ritual that they do.
It is connected to the Avalon Temple.
They watch over the Atlantiscrystals, including like the big
one, the Amethyst skull crystal.

So here's one I haven't talked to before.
Her name is Orne.
Channel (34:03):
The crystals that we watch.
And we protect and we keep safe,contain much esoteric knowledge, but
we also have plans to release allof this knowledge into the world.
And there is one which is scheduledto be released into your world soon.

And what this means is that you willhave access as light keepers to download
this information and it will help you onyour path of where you are going in this
beautiful human life that you are in.
And so I wanted you to know that.
Breathe for, don't you know thatyour breath holds so much for you?
(34:50):
A deeper the breath, the moreconnected you are to your spiritual
self, to your higher self, and any.
Learning of deep breaths willopen you more in this way.
Take note of how many times in theday you aren't breathing fully.
Where are you stifling your breath?

And this is an indication ofwhen you are stuck in the third
dimensional density too much.
And so when you can realize it and beginto take deeper breaths and to practice
taking deep breaths to expand your ribcage in whatever way that you can so that
the breath can be bigger at all times.
You will find that your spiritual lifewill open, open so much more to you.

It is that simple, this breath.
And so I remind you to breathe and tobreathe deeply and grow your spiritual
life, which will grow your joy as well.

and yeah, talked about Avalon,Atlantis, Isis -Such like stir
at different kind of feelings.
Like they kind of feel, whatam I doing here in this world?
Like of when was the last timeI was there, kind of a feeling.
What I wanna ask, and I'm not sure ifthis would be like super relevant to your
session today, but I feel like my startof the spiritual path, my breaking out of
(36:23):
the older matrix and being stuck in nineto five job happened when I had this.
Arch that I, in the hour I decidedto get a tattoo off a blue lotus,
and since that day, everything likeshifted and I truly believe that I
was kind of placed into this path verygently and focused into this by Isis.
(36:46):
So what are the like ways tostart connecting to herself
or receiving her messages?
Okay.
Well, and I have a blog post about thisand it's in the spirit guide, free bundle.
But the biggest thing is to connect toyour spirit guides and get messages.
The first thing I would really recommendis that you make a map with your
spirit guides, and that is that youdecide on signs and what they mean.
(37:09):
So for instance, let's say yousee a dove and you're like, oh,
that always means peace to me.
Then, then you've decided.
It's kinda like you have a blackboardwith your spirit guides, where you can
put like, and other beings as well.
You can use this for protection aswell, like boundaries with spirit too.
But you can also do it like,okay, so dove equals peace.
You know, a butterflyequals transformation.
Or I see 1, 1, 1, I look it up andwhichever answer I get, or I just, for me,
(37:33):
I'm just like, 1, 1, 1 means you got it.
Whatever you were justthinking of, that's it.
Spirit guide's like, yay,you just hit the truth.
So that's what I think.
So now they do that to me all the time.
Like if I'm like, I wonderif such and such, and I turn
around and it's like 1:11.
I'm like, oh, you meet ofyour main spirit guides.
They help you all the time.
It's like opening this communicationwith your spirit guides is huge.
(37:53):
They helped me build my entire business.
They just told me what todo next, and they still do.
This is what you do.
Beautiful.
That's very helpful information for sure.
Like you say, to map it out and to justreally feel into that communication.
What is the message?
They're trying to give me.
It's just like really beingopen, receptive, to learn even
more, get even more grace, evenmore light, even more guides.

'cause we are stepping into this era oflike this magical reality, this dreamlike
shamanic consciousness like reality.

That was going to become the new normal.

So I'm also going to be channeling, I'mgoing to be telling you what I know and as
I talk often, then I get more information.
'cause I am a trance channel and so,which just means full body channeling,

So I do want you to know that I did createa sacred circle for us today in this
(01:38):
class for protection and just healing.
But I put us in a capsule of spacesurrounded by the four archangels
in the four corners and archangelsabove and below, and also in
the ascended waters of Gaia.
So you'll really feel thatvibration of being in that space.
Okay, so.
(01:59):
What is Avalon?
Well, a lot of us know Avalon forKing Arthur and that whole story,
and that's also one place thatAvalon is in this Celtic arena.
But it is also a place in Atlantis.
And as I'm starting to talk aboutthis, I'm already (whoo!) getting
like shaky, meaning I'm going to,I think I'm going to get some new
information, which is always so fun.
(02:19):
So when we were in Atlantisand all of us were, because
everyone in this life has been.
In Atlantis, we all havean Atlantis past life.
In fact, I think that it's so importantthat we connect to our Atlantis past
lives because it can be really triggeringin these times as we're going towards
ascension and as it feels like the worldis just like going to hell around us.
(02:43):
And we're trying to find the highesttimeline of ourselves, everything that
we choose is- not the "right choice".
'cause every choice that we makeis going to be right and wrong and
still get us in the same place.
But is the most fortuitous choice,like the luckiest choice, like
everything that we want and desire,we're getting there faster because
we're on this high timeline right?.
And so as we're wanting that, And aswe're looking for that, we also look
(03:08):
around and see like, wow, a lot ofcrazy stuff has been happening in earth
lately, and that can be really triggeringbecause of our past life in Atlantis.
It's really important toconnect to that, or at least
have it cleared that past life.
So it doesn't affect us and make usvery anxious in these times, and that
is where a lot of anxiety comes from.
But anyway, back to Atlantis.
When we were there, Someof us were also in Avalon.
(03:31):
So Avalon is beyond the veil and it'sbeyond the veil in several places, but in
one place where it's always been beyondthe veil and still is, is in Atlantis.
And it's very hard to explain this in 3Dterms, but I'm going to give you my best.
And that is that even though Atlantisis gone, it is still there in
some time and space because therereally is no such thing as time.
(03:53):
We live in a third dimensionaldensity where we experience
time, but no one else does.
That's in a higher dimension or density.
So it's still like an imprint,like it's still there.
And when you go through Atlantis,which we will do, we are going to do
an Atlantis Avalon meditation, whenI finish explaining this to you.
When you go through it, You canfind the Avalon veil, and then if
(04:16):
you go through the veil, Avalonis there and it is still there.
And as I said, Avalon's in many places.
But this Avalon, what I see when I gothrough is I see Druids, Priestesses, I
see Merlin, some other ascended Beings-Thoth, Yeshua of the Christ Light, and
Our Lady who I'm going to talk about.
So when we go through there and inthis meditation, we're going to do.
(04:39):
What I have seen is this beautifulIsis temple and the way that
it looks, it's so amazing.
I wish I could draw what I see.
It's a beautiful, tall building like,a temple, and it's shaped like a rose,
but all the panels at the top are glass.
(05:00):
And so it's like a glass bud of a roseis the way it's shaped, which I didn't
see for a long time of going back there.
But it's really beautiful inside.
it feels very reverent inside andthe one who really helps us there
in this temple is named Our Lady.
And you'll know her by manynames, and we're just going
to take religion out of this.
(05:21):
If you know her by a religious name,this has nothing to do with like
Catholicism or Our Lady of Catholicism.
This is a being who is humble enoughto just go by Our Lady, and she's
not actually really a goddess.
She's more like a divine
part of Mother God.
And even that she doesn't likethat she, she's so very humble
(05:44):
that she doesn't want any of that.
But we may know her by herearthly name of Mary Magdalene.
Uh, you may know her by goddess names,or we consider Mary Magdalene as sort
of goddess in her other incarnations,but this would be like the highest
self of all these incarnations.
And she just goes by Our Lady.
And the symbol of this temple is a rose.
(06:07):
It's um, light pink rose, andit has a lot to do with love.
Of course, everything has to do with love.
Right?
In this place is where she taughtmany of us in this incarnation past
of Atlantis in the Avalon space,how to be lightworkers in this life.
And how did she teach us?
Well, there were many ways that she did.
(06:27):
We did some exercises where we sortof, I don't even know what the word
for this is, 'cause she just shows methat we would almost like possess her
like in a high vibrational way andlike we would switch souls and bodies.
Of course, these are higher dimensionalbodies, so it's probably easier to do it.
And then instead of her leadingthe priestesses, we would do it
as her, like we would practiceeach part of being a priestess.
(06:50):
We would all practice all these thingsand we were all female in this life.
So even if you're male and you're watchingthis, that doesn't mean you weren't there.
You're just female in this life.
So we were all priestesses, highpriestesses, and she was teaching us.
And another really important exercisethat I see; is us lying in meditation,
and we are learning how to livethrough love in a very hard place.
(07:14):
So.
Let me know if this sounds familiar.
This is exactly what our earthlyincarnation is, us trying to find
love in a third dimensional densitywhere we don't have any proof of all
of our spirit guides and helpers.
All the beings that we are,that are part of our soul.
Uh, we are connected to in such astrong way, and they are there for us.
(07:35):
We don't have any proof of.
We have to figure out that love isalways the answer, and resistance
and fear and things like thatwill never get us anywhere.
We have to figure out that eventhough we live in this place, that's
very difficult, or we have to fight.
Just to live or we have to workjust to have basic necessities.
(08:00):
That should be our right.
Even though we have all these hard thingsand we've chosen to come to this life
where we learn by trauma, (which islike, why? But anyway, you know, it's
difficult!) And so how can we find love?
Through there, not only find love forourselves, which is so important and
is part of the symbol of the pink rose,but for others, because when you truly
(08:23):
can love yourself, then you can loveeverybody and it's really other people's
reflection on you that you don'tlove- when it reminds you of
something of yourself, as we all know.
So the question is, are we stillthere in meditation and this
life is just that meditation?
Now we know that we're here, justpart of our spirit, not even our
(08:44):
whole higher self, not even ourwhole spirits in these bodies.
Could we still be in that place?
Is it our higher self in that place?
Is it an incarnation of us in that place?
Well, I get that it is an incarnation ofus, not exactly our whole higher self, but
in these higher dimensional frequencies.
When we are fifth dimension andabove, we can really access all of
(09:06):
our past lives, access our higherself, and our bodies aren't so dense.
We're more like light being, so itis different, but that's what I get.
And that this exercise of beinghuman is, it's just an exercise.
It's just something that we are puttingourselves through to test ourselves.
How can we find it?
How can we find this love?
How can we, how others?
(09:27):
How can we find our light path?
We all come here with a light path,which is your soul's Path or what you're
supposed to do in this life that lightsyou up and helps other people as well.
And so I believe that we're still there.
And I wanna take youthrough an exercise there.
I do wanna mention one otherthing is the crystal mermaids.
And they're also these, uh, eight crystalmermaids from Atlantis from this time.
(09:51):
And I talked to them several times.
They guard the sacred crystals whichhold the power of the central sun, and
they actually are in many places at once.
They're in hollow earth.
There, They take all this energyfrom Earth and they transmute
it into a much higher frequency,and they're holding onto it.
they'll be the ones to release it
when we get onto a higherplane or higher vibration, when
(10:13):
we come closer to Ascension.
They'll be bringing it to us.
So.
I talk to many mermaids and othermystical creatures are actually real.
They exist in a higher frequencyand they're more like spirit guides.
And the mermaids are actually stillthere waiting for us to ascend.
And so these are my cards,which are elemental magic and
(10:33):
Manifestation Oracle cards.
And this is, one of the cartoonpictures of the crystal mermaids.
They're actually, they're so beautiful.
These are great cards for channeling.
So now I would like to bringyou through a meditation.
In this meditation, I'm also going toattune you to your Avalon memories.
So the way that I attunepeople is with my voice.
(10:54):
I'm a liquid reiki shamanic sound healer.
I do teach everything thatI do in all my classes.
But I was an opera singer, soI have that going for me when
I sing, I'm just telling you.
That part, I don't, I don't teach peopleto sing, but I do attune people to
light language where you can bring forth
sounds that you never thoughtyou could, that's for sure.
And you might, um, suddenlysound like you've been taking
(11:15):
voice lessons all your life.
Okay.
Are you guys ready?
You ready for meditation?
I wanna tell you too, that I've heardreports of this meditation opening up
light language and opening up othergifts in people when they do it.
This is a meditation that we do inTAG, and it's in the archives of TAG.

And so TAG has is just a big mysteryschool and connections, and it's for
advanced lightworkers, but there'salso a beginner program in it.
And this is called the AvalonHighest Timeline Meditation.
So welcome this channeled Meditationfor the highest timeline with the
Druids and priestesses of Avalon.
This is, uh, from TAG, like I said.

So in this meditation, the Druids andpriestesses of Avalon bring us to observe
ancient ritual, building a high andprotective psychic barrier for yourself,
and they guide you to a higher timelineon this earthly life that you are living.
What that means is that you canchoose to have the most abundant
and beautiful life that you wish.

Anything you wish for this higher timelineby choosing the timeline that benefits
you and those you love the most forthe greatest good for yourself and all.
And so one thing that I alwayssay, and I think that it's very
important to say, is I only workwith beings of the highest light.

We're going to start with the attunement.
I'm going to attune you to a portalthat connects you from this life to
that life to help with your memories.
And I'm also going to attune youto your Akashic records in Avalon

to help connect you to a druidor priestess from that time.
And there is a whole program.
There's actually twoprograms on Avalon in TAG.
If this really calls to you, then I think.
You're probably perfect for TAG.

Alright, now we're going tocall in our archangels and
elements beginning in the south.
We call in Archangel Michael with thisflaming sword of truth and protection.
This sapphire blue light in theelements of fire, bringing in this
beautiful light all around our body.
We ask him to use his sword to cutall cords, to release all stories and
(14:49):
attachments to clear us completelyand stand on our south corner for
protection and transmutation of alllower frequency energies to love.
We're calling in only the highestlight and the highest light beings,
and we call in Archangel Michael'stools and his protection teams.
(15:10):
To help us in this meditationto achieve what is for the
highest good and the good of all.
Then we would like to call in thenorth Archangel Uel, bringing in
his golden light and ruby red light.
Perhaps you see his symbol,which is a golden pentacle.
He brings in nature and peaceand surrounds you with the
connection of the fifth dimensionalascended earth connection to
(15:33):
all nature beings and animals.
Elementals.
And all his teams and helpersof his tools of manifestation
and help for your light work.
Then we'll call in the West ArchangelGabriel and the elements of water,
bringing in his diamond light as alarge waterfall that cleanses and
clears all chakras in the energy field.
(15:56):
We call in all of his diamondlight teams and his tools and.
Uh, we also call in the crystal mermaidsof Atlantis in this west direction.
High above your head,
This waterfall of diamond light beginsclearing and filling each one of your
(16:16):
chakras with light all the way to yourearthly body, even clearing your clear
audience, ear chakras, and your altamajor six D chakra from behind your head.
In anchoring with this light, we anchorall these high dimensional chakras into
our Earth star chakra beneath our feet.
(16:37):
Then we call on the East ArchangelRaphael and his emerald green light
in the element of air he brings withhim his tools and his healing team,
which includes Archangel Aerial and herlight green light and light pink light.
They bring all these beautiful lights into promote healing on the earthly plane.
By bringing this light throughoutthe whole body, clearing our pene
(17:00):
gland, clearing anything that keepsus from seeing, knowing, feeling, and
hearing, and connects us to our higherself and to our ascension timeline.
Then we call in all other angelsand high light being helpers and
teams and tools of the horizontalplaying now and their gorgeous light.
(17:21):
We call in all spirit animals, elementalteams, star seed and gal teams, spirit
guides, ancestors, and all otherteams and helpers to come in now.
And then we call in the vertical planeof spirit calling in Sandalphon below,
bringing in that silvery diamond lightconnection with the fifth dimensional
(17:45):
ascended earth and mother Gaia.
Archangel Shakina will join himthere as well, opening to us to
all that's open for us in thisrealm, including Gaia's Gateway,
the void and ascended Middle Earth.
Then above we call an Archangel Metatronis gold and orange light, bringing gold
(18:06):
light from the great central Sun withhis sacred geometry and his ascension
grid, anchoring that all the way downinto the body and down into the heart.
And then pulling up from Sandalphon,silvery light all the way up to
the heart as well, and lighting.
These two lights converge and go out outinto our entire energy field, clearing any
(18:28):
problems, rips, tears or holes in our oricfield now, and clearing us in every way.
Now we call an archangel Raziel andthis beautiful rainbow light that's
warm and relaxing and healing.
And we're going to bring this rainbowlight to warm and relax our body,
starting at the tip of our toes, warmingand relaxing our feet and ankles.
(18:54):
Bringing that warm rainbow lightup the calves into the knees, at
the thighs, and into the pelvis.
Warming and relaxing into the hip joints.
The lower back, the upper back, andshoulders, the torso, the chest.
Collarbone.
(19:15):
Back up to the neck and down theshoulders, down the arms, elbows,
wrists, fingers, and fingertips.
We bring the rainbow light up to ourears, to the back of our neck, up
the back of the scalp, all aroundthe forehead, relaxing and warming.
The eyes and eye sockets,clearing, relaxing, warming.
(19:37):
The sinuses, the nose, mouth, and jaw.
The front of the neck.
And now we are fully immersedin this warm rainbow light.
Now you find yourself in front of a goldenelevator, which is a portal of sorts,
and you're feeling how safe it is to takethis ethereal golden elevator to where
(19:59):
you'd like to go in this meditation.
So you press the button fordown and the elevator opens
and notice it's rather large.
And it feels very safe and high vibration.
So you step into the elevatorand you choose the button that's
lit up and it says Avalon.
(20:20):
As the door begins to shut, I'm goingto count from five to one, and as I
do, the elevator will begin to movesoftly to the ground floor where
the portal of Avalon awaits you.
And as you go down the elevator,you'll feel more relaxed and ready
to receive the information in thismeditation, five, the elevator door
(20:44):
shut and you feel relaxed and happy,Knowing your destination awaits you.
Four.
As the elevator descends,you feel lighter and lighter.
All the worries having melted away and asense of calm anticipation is within you.
Three.
You are so relaxed and youknow the soothing sounds you
(21:05):
hear will only relax you more.
Now, two, this feeling of relaxationis so profound that you realize
that you should experience itin your everyday life even more.
And one, though, your elevator'sreached its destination.
The door has not opened yet.
You're failing A mixture ofanticipation, calm and peacefulness.
(21:28):
An insight that your lifecould use a little more fun.
And so you resolve to have a little funwith this meditation as the doors open
to reveal a portal in front of you.
As you step out of the elevator.
and in front of it, I want you tofigure out what kind of portal this is.
(21:48):
It could be a water portal, inwhich case you could touch it and
see the water ripple out from whereyour fingertip is made a wave.
Perhaps it's an air portalthat you could fly through.
Perhaps it's an earth portal, like theones the fairies use, and the elementals.
Perhaps it's a wormhole, a galactic portalthat you've used in many lifetimes before.
(22:12):
Whatever it is, it's perfectlysafe, and you may step through
it now and the portal will takeyou to the shores of Avalon Sand.
And you should emerge onthe beaches of Avalon.
Take note, if you need to clotheyourself in your robes once again for
entering the Temple of Avalon, thetemple of Isis, and as you walk up the
(22:38):
sand dunes, you see at the top there isa druid or priestess waiting for you.
This priestess or druid is readynow to teach you how to build a high
protective psychic barrier for yourselfand in the coming months of ascension.
So right here in the open on thedunes of this beautiful beach, this
(23:02):
being begins to construct for you abeautiful light structure of light.
It's a beautiful light barrier made ofmany geometric shapes, and its color
may be gold, or it may be many colors.
And as this being moves aroundyou constructing this beautiful
protective barrier, they also imbueyou with the light codes to keep it
(23:26):
going and to know exactly what itis and how to use it from now on.
And
it feels familiar because you've usedit before and now that it's done,
it's time to go to the temple of Isis.
And so you begin to walk together.
(23:46):
A walk that you have done together manytimes before, and so it may seem familiar
as the temple comes into view ahead.
You feel joy at seeing it again.
It may have been some time and youand your friend have much to discuss.
Perhaps it feels like old times.
(24:09):
As you walk into the temple and you walkinto the main room, you see the druid.
They are in the middle of a ritualalready, and so you're able to
observe whatever they may be doing.
It may also seem familiarbecause you've seen it before.
(24:31):
Take note of the way it feels.
Take note of any intrinsic knowledgethat you feel you have of what is
going on right now, and just observe.
Is what they are doing, something thataffects Avalon directly or is it something
(24:52):
that they are building for another time?
Is it something for themselves or others?
How does the vibration feel in this room?
Is it a high vibration?
Maybe It feels almost electric in here.
And what about joy?
(25:13):
Are they enjoying their work?
And do you hear anything?
Sounds clicking or walking?
Maybe sound healing, chanting.
And now the scene will change as it fadesaway and a new scene will come in and now
(25:36):
you observe the priestesses in their work.
You observe some of their ancient ritualshere in this temple and you can watch.
Maybe you once participated,and so they could ask you to
step forward and join them.
What is the purpose of this ritual andwhat is the emotion that comes from it?
(26:02):
Our Lady is there.
Do you see her?
Perhaps she turns to you at this momentto give you a word, a message, or a gift.
(26:28):
We don't often see, as well asour friends who are light beings
do so they will show us now.
The Druids, the priestesses, and Our Lady,
some of them or one of themsteps forward to show you a
room that is off to one side.
(26:48):
This is where they hold theAAkashic records in this temple.
They will bring a book off theshelf that has your AK records.
Then as they put the book on the podium,you may see instead some symbols or
geometry coming up from the book intothe air symbolizing many timelines.
(27:11):
You can touch any timeline thatyou wish to get a sense of it.
You don't want too much information,but maybe a summary or a feeling.
Touch each one in turn until you knowwhich one will bring you the most joy.
(27:33):
Notice there may be many, many tochoose from that are very high joy.
One might even be frighteninghow joyous and how open it feels.
Are you brave enough topick this highest timeline?
You have so many helpers aroundyou to help you, and we encourage
you to pick this highest timeline.
(27:54):
You will not be mistaken or wrong inany timeline that you choose, so you
should choose the one that feels bestfor you, just touch it and intend.
Then you may put your book backup on the shelf and turn back into
(28:17):
the main room of the temple, andnow the ritual will be for you.
As you stand in the middle of all theDruids, the priestesses, and Our Lady,
as they walk all around you, sending youlight codes and maybe something else,

you may see it in a new way as they blessyou on this timeline that you've chosen
as they give you gifts suchas knowing you are not alone.
Gifts of loving yourself.
Gifts of understanding what'simportant in this life.

Gifts of staying in your highdimensional heart space and your six
dimensional knowing gifts of stayinggrounded at all times and yet staying
connected to your higher self and more.
Can you feel the loveof your friends here?

Can you feel the purpose of yourlife now and what's important?
(29:48):
It is now time to go, but know that youwill revisit this realm often, and you
may come here anytime in your dreams.
You are always here in between lives
and whenever you wish to be, you cancome here, but just a thought or a
simple meditation or in your dreams.

So thank everyone and beginto walk out the temple.
As you walk out the door, you see yourportal there waiting for you already.
So say goodbye and go through your portal.
As you go through the portal, you'restill feeling safe, connected,

and you're still breathing deeply.
But since it's time to emerge, I'm goingto count from one to three so that by the
time I reach three, you'll be fully awake.
And you'll remember everything that'shappened in this meditation, and you'll
awaken to more insight as time goes on.
You will feel even more connectedto Avalon and your guides

there and your friends there.
One time to come back into yourbody and back into the room.
You're feeling very much atpeace now and willing to make
fun a priority in your life.
Two, now that you've had thisbeautiful meditation experience.
You're feeling all the energy comingback into your limbs, and you may begin

to move your fingers and your toes.
And three, now that you haveyour energy back into your body,
your soul feels clear and light.
But let's take this moment toconnect again to Gaia and the fifth
dimensional earth grid anchoring youinto new Earth and grounding you.

By imagining roots of light coming upfrom your feet and going deep, deep
into that fifth dimensional grid.

Okay, so the crystal mermaids,they have like a whole thing.
There's like a ritual that they do.
It is connected to the Avalon Temple.
They watch over the Atlantiscrystals, including like the big
one, the Amethyst skull crystal.

So here's one I haven't talked to before.
Her name is Orne.
Channel (34:03):
The crystals that we watch.
And we protect and we keep safe,contain much esoteric knowledge, but
we also have plans to release allof this knowledge into the world.
And there is one which is scheduledto be released into your world soon.

And what this means is that you willhave access as light keepers to download
this information and it will help you onyour path of where you are going in this
beautiful human life that you are in.
And so I wanted you to know that.
Breathe for, don't you know thatyour breath holds so much for you?
(34:50):
A deeper the breath, the moreconnected you are to your spiritual
self, to your higher self, and any.
Learning of deep breaths willopen you more in this way.
Take note of how many times in theday you aren't breathing fully.
Where are you stifling your breath?
(35:11):
And this is an indication ofwhen you are stuck in the third
dimensional density too much.
And so when you can realize it and beginto take deeper breaths and to practice
taking deep breaths to expand your ribcage in whatever way that you can so that
the breath can be bigger at all times.
You will find that your spiritual lifewill open, open so much more to you.

It is that simple, this breath.
And so I remind you to breathe and tobreathe deeply and grow your spiritual
life, which will grow your joy as well.

and yeah, talked about Avalon,Atlantis, Isis -Such like stir
at different kind of feelings.
Like they kind of feel, whatam I doing here in this world?
Like of when was the last timeI was there, kind of a feeling.
What I wanna ask, and I'm not sure ifthis would be like super relevant to your
session today, but I feel like my startof the spiritual path, my breaking out of
(36:23):
the older matrix and being stuck in nineto five job happened when I had this.
Arch that I, in the hour I decidedto get a tattoo off a blue lotus,
and since that day, everything likeshifted and I truly believe that I
was kind of placed into this path verygently and focused into this by Isis.
(36:46):
So what are the like ways tostart connecting to herself
or receiving her messages?
Okay.
Well, and I have a blog post about thisand it's in the spirit guide, free bundle.
But the biggest thing is to connect toyour spirit guides and get messages.
The first thing I would really recommendis that you make a map with your
spirit guides, and that is that youdecide on signs and what they mean.
(37:09):
So for instance, let's say yousee a dove and you're like, oh,
that always means peace to me.
Then, then you've decided.
It's kinda like you have a blackboardwith your spirit guides, where you can
put like, and other beings as well.
You can use this for protection aswell, like boundaries with spirit too.
But you can also do it like,okay, so dove equals peace.
You know, a butterflyequals transformation.
Or I see 1, 1, 1, I look it up andwhichever answer I get, or I just, for me,
(37:33):
I'm just like, 1, 1, 1 means you got it.
Whatever you were justthinking of, that's it.
Spirit guide's like, yay,you just hit the truth.
So that's what I think.
So now they do that to me all the time.
Like if I'm like, I wonderif such and such, and I turn
around and it's like 1:11.
I'm like, oh, you meet ofyour main spirit guides.
They help you all the time.
It's like opening this communicationwith your spirit guides is huge.
(37:53):
They helped me build my entire business.
They just told me what todo next, and they still do.
This is what you do.
Beautiful.
That's very helpful information for sure.
Like you say, to map it out and to justreally feel into that communication.
What is the message?
They're trying to give me.
It's just like really beingopen, receptive, to learn even
more, get even more grace, evenmore light, even more guides.
(38:14):
Even more magic.
'cause we are stepping into this era oflike this magical reality, this dreamlike
shamanic consciousness like reality.
Mm-hmm.
That was going to become the new normal.
Right?
Right.
Our multidimensional selves.
Yeah.
