Hello, I'm here with Missy Sullivan.
She's a galactic warrior and healer.

We wanna talk about somethingthat we do all the time.

That's so much fun.
And it is something that we always doat retreats too, at Sound Wave Seal
retreats, and it's something that canhelp you manifest and just is a blast.
And it's also silly.
So, uh, when you're manifesting, whenyou're using a law of attraction,
what's the most important part?

The most important part is that youare feeling the feeling right, Missy?
Yes.
Like literally with your heart, yourmind, like, like you already have it and
you have to be in this blissful stateof mind and you just manifest away.
Yeah.
You have to like feel it.
It's like when we, when you thinkabout the thing that you want, you

have longing or you're thinking,
one day I'll have that.
Then this is something that isalways gonna be in the future, right?
Because a law of attraction justtakes your feeling and multiplies it.
So if your feeling is well,hopefully one day, well then it's
always gonna be hopefully one day.
If it feels far away, it'salways gonna be far away.
Yeah, you want, you want to fillit now like I am living in it now.

Right.
So we do this exercise.
And Joanne's calling it the, oh mygosh, you won't believe exercise
because she's done it with us before.
And basically what you're doing is youare talking to someone where you're
telling them the amazing thing thathappened, and it's so ridiculous.
So you have to have a friend who knowswhat you're doing and you do it back

and forth that you, and it'll feelridiculous every time, but you get used
to it and it makes you laugh so hard.
So.
Missy and I do it all the time.
And this is a great thing to do too,if you have to say something out
loud that sucks and you don't wantto be true, then you gotta fix it.
Like if you say something negative,well now you know, now you gotta fix it.
So I'm gonna say like, 10 thingspositive, or I'm gonna do this

manifestation exercise on that same thing.
So if you're like, oh myGod, I'm so broke this week.
Oh my gosh, did I just say that out loud?
Now you gotta do themanifestation exercise like,
oh my God, I just can't believehow much money just showed up
in my account while I was justoutside, like watering the plants.
I came back in and I hadlike 15 PayPal notifications.

Oh my gosh.
Things are amazing.
You know, that's the kindof thing you wanna do.
Like if you, if you say something and Ijust said it out loud, so I had to do it.
So Missy and I do this all the time.
And before we do it for real,we wanna just say one thing.
Let's talk about at the retreat in2023, what you and Danielle said

and how it came true -and me too.
So what happened?
What was the exercise you guys said?
Okay, so we're sitting around,we're exer exercising, and I was
like, oh my gosh, Danielle, we havethe most beautiful, amazing store.
Isn't that amazing?
This metaphysical storethat we have together.
We're doing all of these sessions.
We're help healing all of these people.
We have all these beautifulcrystals and soaps and all these

amazing things in our shop.
Isn't it so beautiful and amazingand lo and behold, nine months later.
Right.
Danielle and I have thisbeautiful, amazing shop.
Oh my gosh.
Had rooms built, filled with allthese natural soaps and crystals
and all these beautiful gifts,you know, just like this emporium.
And we do these sessionsand, uh, it's been amazing.

We're Oh, it's absolutely beautiful.
So if you don't believeit works, it works.
It absolutely would.
Yeah.
You both were doing it and you know,anytime you're doing manifesting
in more than a group of one,it's gonna be really magnified.
So you and Danielle were thinking,we hope to have this one day.
But you did the exerciselike you already had it.

You both did it when we were all there.
And we were like, yes, it's amazing.
It's an amazing shop.
You know?
And then it just came so quickly.
it came really fast and mine did too.
Mine was, I, I have a TV show.
I said I have a TV show, which I do,and it did manifest really fast, but,
uh, it went back into production.
So now it's gonna come out on ethereal tv.

Probably, is gonna launch, moreofficially, probably next month.
But, uh, I got that.
And then there was something elseI said that I got right away too.
It was wild.
So.
it's a great exercise to do.
So, you ready?
Yes.
And, and we Marco, we, Marco Polo this.
So anytime, you know, we can go backand watch our videos and just re-hype

yourself and you won't believe how, bygoing back and forth and doing these
recordings and you're seeing yourself andyou're believing it and you're in this
energy, your energy, you can go from.
Like below to way up here.
You, if you really wanna raiseyour vibration of frequency, this
is an excellent practice to do.
Even if you're by yourself, go in themirror and say, oh my gosh, you're not
gonna believe what happened to me today.

I think it's easier to do itto someone else that knows that
you're doing it at first, because Icouldn't do it to myself at first.
But after doing it with you,so for so long we've been doing
it for two or three years.
Yes.
Then uh, we are.
You know, we're so good at it.
Now, I can do it in the car by myself,but I like to do it with Missy.
Yeah.
So we use the Marco Polo app,which is like a video app.
So you should at least use something, youknow, where you're recording your voice.

You don't want to just textit, you gotta say in out loud.
You gotta sit in that feeling and it makesyour vibration go really, really high.
But, um, yes, it's fun.

And I know we're silly 'cause we're likeGen X, so we're always like, oh my God.

You know, I was just enjoying all myfree time with, uh, my business booming.
And then I got a call fromGaia saying, you have got to

And I was like, what?
I'm so excited.
I just hope it's not the same dayI am on The Next Soul podcast,
because I really wanna be on both.
And they were like, yes, we must have you.
And.
We wanna talk to you abouthaving a new TV show here.
And I was like, what?
That's crazy.
Can you believe it, Missy?

Like, Rachel, all of the last TV showsthat I've been watching you has just
been- mind blowing- off the chart.
Have you seen your ratings?
I mean, ratings are through the roof.
You are the top person on at etherealTV right now, and they, they're
booming across every single network.
It's absolutely amazing.
And did we not have the mostamazing six week vacation?

Oh, that's crazy.
We have so much moneycoming in every single week.
I love our six week vacations.
We traveled to all of these new centers.
I mean, we spent, what, three weeksin the Mediterranean, two weeks in
Europe, and then, um, a week in.
in Tibet, like we've been going anddoing all of these amazing things.

And I just sent set upmy third healing center.
So amazing.
You know, I really loved it when wewere on that vacation and you were on
national, uh, Italian tv and it was sucha hit and then, then all of a sudden
your, your ratings went crazy on allyour social media in Italy that was in.
Incredible.

Just everything we did,we, we saw everything that
was happening for everyone.
Heal, healing people, helpingpeople, and it was just, wow.
What a time.
I'll never forget it,.
Man!
And remember, we were, do youremember when we were sitting and
we were talking about, oh my gosh.
Oh.
I'm gonna start doing yacht yoga.
Can you believe how much of a hit thatis, especially in the Mediterranean?

Oh my gosh.
You wouldn't believe how muchpeople pay to come spend a week
with me on my yacht with the cateredfoods, with my personal chef.
Absolutely amazing.
We travel around all over the seaand it's absolutely beautiful.
I love my yacht yoga.
I just love that.... (haha)

Isn't that dream?
It sounds like yacht rock yoga.
So can you guys see how fun this is?
Once you get over how silly it is?
It's so much fun.

And I mean, the vibration,you're just laughing.
Your vibration is so highand you just feel so amazing!
And it literally feels likenothing is out of reach or touch.
It does, and it really feelslike you're actually doing it.
So, um.
We do a lot of like "our vacations".
Mm-hmm.
Or like, you know, "sorry, I wason the phone with Gaia", like

I've got to make timeto call back The Shift.
Retreat centers.
Oh my gosh.
We are continuously planning, buildingnew retreat centers all over the world.
That's where we have to takethese six week vacations.
Yes, that's right.
I mean, we have to find the perfectspot, perfect people, and we have to
find the great portals and the laylines that are all across the earth.

So we have the most perfect,amazing, uh, healing center.
That's right.
Now another technique you can do isRemember When, so then you can say.
Oh, Missy, do you remember whenit was just like the grind?
I mean, I just felt like I was workingall the time, and now my whole life is
just retreats, retreat, center, puttingon retreats, going to your retreats,

gonna retreats all around the world.
You know, there's.
Sometime with the TV show and thepodcast, but mostly it just feels
like relaxation, healing people.
So much time with my family.
It's just amazing.
Do you remember when it was like that?
So this is one where you'resaying, remember when it was hard?
But the best one is when you say,remember when it was awesome.

So you can say, do you rememberwhen everything changed?
This is a really powerful one,and everything just went wild.
I was.
Uh, I was in the grindand then just one day.
It was only one dayand everything changed.
And, and suddenly had so muchtime and freedom and everything
(11:49):
was working out the best.
And the retreat center
just got built immediately and Wow.
It was, it was amazinghow fast that changed.
Right?
And for you too!
Opening.
Opening for Missy to say the same thing.
Remember when we were workingsix days a week and all of
a sudden everything changed.

Now I work remote.
I work one to three daysa week, maybe total.
I have so many people managing everythingthat I do, doing all the things I need
so that I can focus all of my time onmyself, on my vacations, on new ideas,
new retreats, and my new healing centers.
Isn't that amazing?

So you guys see like how fun it is.
but it is silly at first.
I'm just gonna reiterate that.
At first, you feel like you're an idiot.
Well, luckily, if you have a friendlike Missy, it can be, it can be easy.
Oh my gosh.
Rachel, did you see the new wrapI got on my brand new truck.
I'm supporting my face on the backwindow and it's healing and Gift

Emporium baby everywhere we go.
It's just that beautiful purple like Ihave inside of my, inside of my shop.
I mean, I was driving through Kentuckythe other day and I saw you and Daniel's.
Face on a billboard for your healingand Gift Emporium, and I was just
like, man, it's really going well.
How many shops you have now?
Five.
Oh my gosh.
Yes.
Yes.

And I'm just thinking aboutputting up a sixth one.
I'm going to Colorado next week.
It's gonna be beautiful.
It's the life, it's the life.
Do you remember when we only had likea, a set group of, of clients and now
we have, uh, so many clients who workon other clients, who work on other
clients, and, and all of that spreadingof the light has changed the world,

and we're so, ascension is so close.
Seriously, do you rememberthat time recently?
Uh, Missy, when you and I were doingthat, this sort of "ascension is here"
one and we got all those downloads.
Yes.
Yeah.
'cause what, last week wedid that, or two weeks ago?
We were doing some, we were doingone of these exercises where we
were like, Ascension is here.

And like I got all this information,!
Like it came with a whole bunch ofchanneling and I just didn't even know
what we were, what we were saying.
It was like coming out and, um.
We got a lot of information.
That was coming forward.
Um, the things that were here, how thingsare changing, where we're gonna be.
I mean, all of that informationjust started flooding in,
flooding in, flooding in.

If you guys are in Paducah or anywhereclose, yeah, you have to go to.
Uh, tell, tell everyoneabout your shop in Paducah.
Oh, what it's called.
So it's, um, it's got a big h and g,it's the Healing and Gift Emporium.
Um, we're in a shopping centerright behind the right by the mall.
Um, and, uh, we've got threehealing rooms that we have here.

And we do Bio Well Sessions, whichis a machine that scans your energy
on your fingertips and gives you avisual representation of your chakras.
Um, it gives you a 25 pagereport on all of your organs.
And then we do reiki sessions andwe re-scan you to show how, uh,
how, how you can change your energy.
We have reiki classes.

I am currently getting readyto do a light language class.
My sister Danielle, uh, doestwo classes twice a month.
We're currently doing one on shadow workand, uh, working with your higher self.
Um, and we have tons of funstuff, tons of teas, herbal teas,
tinctures, um, natural food.
You guys gotta go to the shop.
All sorts of stuff.
Tons and tons of stuff.

And online's coming soon, right?
Yes, I'm hoping to have everythingonline by the time of our one year
anniversary, which is September.
Can you believe it'sbeen almost one all year?
What I was just about to say, do youremember when you thought you were

It was beautiful.
It was just like that person cameoutta nowhere and like Chi Chi
did it all for you for trade.
You didn't even have to pay them.
It was so easy.
That was amazing.

So it's absolutely amazing.

And, and like I said before, it's a, it'sa great way to shift your energy if you

just had to say some things that you don'twanna say out loud, some negative things.
if, if you're having a rough day, Imean, anytime that you need to shift
your energy, you know, if you just got inan argument or you're just feeling down
having a bad day, it's, it's a great wayto just instantly raise your vibration.
And it's so just so fun.
It's, you know, andyou're laughing and happy.

Yeah.
It gives you all the good vibes and.
It really feels it, like yousaid before, it really feels
like it's, it can be there.
So like my big dream is abig retreat center, right?
So.
You know, massive property retreaton one side, home on the other.
Um, helping Lightworkers make retreatsthere and then like Sound Bath Cave,

like we've got all kind of ideas,of course (manifesting generator).
But, um, I love to do that onebecause it makes it feel so real.
I. Oh, Missy, it's been amazingrunning the retreat center.
It was just so cool how I foundthis property, and I hardly
had to do anything to it.
It's like it was alreadymagically, perfectly made for me.

It was hardly any construction,and we just moved right in.
It was incredible.
It was so easy to decorate.
I had a, a, a wonderful decoratordo everything for me and, and it was
just, it was easy world personified.
Incredible that we hadthe retreat up so fast.
We had the best chef.
You won't believe how great the foodis, and it's just been incredible.

And you have to come back.
You have to come back this weekend.
And also what's absolutely amazing iswith Ascension and all the training
that we're doing, training all of theseother people to be at their, uh, highest
ascended self, to help run all of theother healing centers that we have.
All the other retreat centers thatwe have, everyone's vibration rapidly

passing through 5D up to 5D.
And raising the whole vibration.
Um, it's just so beautiful, right?
Everybody fill this shift whenwe start talking about ascension.
Isn't it incredible Because it wasn'ttoo long ago in July or June, 2025 when
we were in the thick of ascension times,things were changing and everybody
(18:56):
was just like, ah, everything'sso hard and sticky and everything.
And then suddenly the shift was so fast.
You know, we had a lot of informationcoming in about how things would
change so quickly, but when it did,when it lightened up right in the
beginning of July, that was amazing.
And we, everyone was just like,you cannot deny Ascension anymore.
You know, maybe we, we were thinking.

When will it happen?
But then it was just incredible.
Uh, we just saw the ripplesof it going through the world.
You could literally, literallysee that your timeline was
different than the 3D timeline.
You could literally see that youwere partially in ascension and
that your body had more light.
I mean, how our health increasedso quickly and how abundance just

became the normal norm for everyone.
I mean, it was incredible.
I remember when, back there, backin July that um, you know, things
were, things were still going on.
Um, there was definitely thishuge, um, huge separation.
And then all of a sudden, We rose,everyone rose up above all the light,

all of the light workers, everyone'slight body, like literally just glowed up
right to this 5D 6D, 7D grids that werejust absolutely beautiful and amazing.
Um, being able to communicate.
You could see the, you could seethe light language literally like.
Flowing through the sky.
It was absolutely beautiful.

Walking.
You could feel it everywherein the ground, all around
you, the people around you.
It was so beautiful.
And the lifting of the veil.
How incredible was that?
Being able to see the Fae and otherbeings and, you know, this was like a
million times better than any kind ofdisclosure that was supposed to happen.
'cause we could just see themand then they were there.

Way more than just usingyour psychic senses.
You know, talking to your star seedguides, uh, sensing your angels even,
but seeing some of your spirit guides.
Your, your Fae, your elementals.
Ascended masters.
Wow.
Being able to talk face toface with ascension guides.
I mean, what a change.
So beautiful and amazing.

Yes.
So beautiful and amazing.
You're able to manifestwhatever you want at any time.
Everything that you need is already there.
Everything is so beautiful.
The energy transfer that you get,whatever information that you want,
everything is right there around you.
All you have to do isreach out your hands.

Second best manifestation exerciseis when you sing what you want.
You know, make up a songand sing what you want.

The most important part is that youare feeling the feeling right, Missy?
Yes.
Like literally with your heart, yourmind, like, like you already have it and
you have to be in this blissful stateof mind and you just manifest away.
Yeah.
You have to like feel it.
It's like when we, when you thinkabout the thing that you want, you

have longing or you're thinking,
one day I'll have that.
Then this is something that isalways gonna be in the future, right?
Because a law of attraction justtakes your feeling and multiplies it.
So if your feeling is well,hopefully one day, well then it's
always gonna be hopefully one day.
If it feels far away, it'salways gonna be far away.
Yeah, you want, you want to fillit now like I am living in it now.

Right.
So we do this exercise.
And Joanne's calling it the, oh mygosh, you won't believe exercise
because she's done it with us before.
And basically what you're doing is youare talking to someone where you're
telling them the amazing thing thathappened, and it's so ridiculous.
So you have to have a friend who knowswhat you're doing and you do it back
(03:02):
and forth that you, and it'll feelridiculous every time, but you get used
to it and it makes you laugh so hard.
So.
Missy and I do it all the time.
And this is a great thing to do too,if you have to say something out
loud that sucks and you don't wantto be true, then you gotta fix it.
Like if you say something negative,well now you know, now you gotta fix it.
So I'm gonna say like, 10 thingspositive, or I'm gonna do this
(03:23):
manifestation exercise on that same thing.
So if you're like, oh myGod, I'm so broke this week.
Oh my gosh, did I just say that out loud?
Now you gotta do themanifestation exercise like,
oh my God, I just can't believehow much money just showed up
in my account while I was justoutside, like watering the plants.
I came back in and I hadlike 15 PayPal notifications.
(03:45):
Oh my gosh.
Things are amazing.
You know, that's the kindof thing you wanna do.
Like if you, if you say something and Ijust said it out loud, so I had to do it.
So Missy and I do this all the time.
And before we do it for real,we wanna just say one thing.
Let's talk about at the retreat in2023, what you and Danielle said

and how it came true -and me too.
So what happened?
What was the exercise you guys said?
Okay, so we're sitting around,we're exer exercising, and I was
like, oh my gosh, Danielle, we havethe most beautiful, amazing store.
Isn't that amazing?
This metaphysical storethat we have together.
We're doing all of these sessions.
We're help healing all of these people.
We have all these beautifulcrystals and soaps and all these

amazing things in our shop.
Isn't it so beautiful and amazingand lo and behold, nine months later.
Right.
Danielle and I have thisbeautiful, amazing shop.
Oh my gosh.
Had rooms built, filled with allthese natural soaps and crystals
and all these beautiful gifts,you know, just like this emporium.
And we do these sessionsand, uh, it's been amazing.
(04:51):
We're Oh, it's absolutely beautiful.
So if you don't believeit works, it works.
It absolutely would.
Yeah.
You both were doing it and you know,anytime you're doing manifesting
in more than a group of one,it's gonna be really magnified.
So you and Danielle were thinking,we hope to have this one day.
But you did the exerciselike you already had it.
(05:12):
You both did it when we were all there.
And we were like, yes, it's amazing.
It's an amazing shop.
You know?
And then it just came so quickly.
it came really fast and mine did too.
Mine was, I, I have a TV show.
I said I have a TV show, which I do,and it did manifest really fast, but,
uh, it went back into production.
So now it's gonna come out on ethereal tv.
(05:33):
Probably, is gonna launch, moreofficially, probably next month.
But, uh, I got that.
And then there was something elseI said that I got right away too.
It was wild.
So.
it's a great exercise to do.
So, you ready?
Yes.
And, and we Marco, we, Marco Polo this.
So anytime, you know, we can go backand watch our videos and just re-hype

yourself and you won't believe how, bygoing back and forth and doing these
recordings and you're seeing yourself andyou're believing it and you're in this
energy, your energy, you can go from.
Like below to way up here.
You, if you really wanna raiseyour vibration of frequency, this
is an excellent practice to do.
Even if you're by yourself, go in themirror and say, oh my gosh, you're not
gonna believe what happened to me today.
(06:18):
I think it's easier to do itto someone else that knows that
you're doing it at first, because Icouldn't do it to myself at first.
But after doing it with you,so for so long we've been doing
it for two or three years.
Yes.
Then uh, we are.
You know, we're so good at it.
Now, I can do it in the car by myself,but I like to do it with Missy.
Yeah.
So we use the Marco Polo app,which is like a video app.
So you should at least use something, youknow, where you're recording your voice.

You don't want to just textit, you gotta say in out loud.
You gotta sit in that feeling and it makesyour vibration go really, really high.
But, um, yes, it's fun.

And then I got a call fromGaia saying, you have got to

And I was like, what?
I'm so excited.
I just hope it's not the same dayI am on The Next Soul podcast,
because I really wanna be on both.
And they were like, yes, we must have you.
And.
We wanna talk to you abouthaving a new TV show here.
And I was like, what?
That's crazy.
Can you believe it, Missy?

Like, Rachel, all of the last TV showsthat I've been watching you has just
been- mind blowing- off the chart.
Have you seen your ratings?
I mean, ratings are through the roof.
You are the top person on at etherealTV right now, and they, they're
booming across every single network.
It's absolutely amazing.
And did we not have the mostamazing six week vacation?
(08:08):
Oh, that's crazy.
We have so much moneycoming in every single week.
I love our six week vacations.
We traveled to all of these new centers.
I mean, we spent, what, three weeksin the Mediterranean, two weeks in
Europe, and then, um, a week in.
in Tibet, like we've been going anddoing all of these amazing things.
(08:29):
And I just sent set upmy third healing center.
So amazing.
You know, I really loved it when wewere on that vacation and you were on
national, uh, Italian tv and it was sucha hit and then, then all of a sudden
your, your ratings went crazy on allyour social media in Italy that was in.
Incredible.
(08:49):
Just everything we did,we, we saw everything that
was happening for everyone.
Heal, healing people, helpingpeople, and it was just, wow.
What a time.
I'll never forget it,.
Man!
And remember, we were, do youremember when we were sitting and
we were talking about, oh my gosh.
Oh.
I'm gonna start doing yacht yoga.
Can you believe how much of a hit thatis, especially in the Mediterranean?
(09:12):
Oh my gosh.
You wouldn't believe how muchpeople pay to come spend a week
with me on my yacht with the cateredfoods, with my personal chef.
Absolutely amazing.
We travel around all over the seaand it's absolutely beautiful.
I love my yacht yoga.
I just love that.... (haha)

It sounds like yacht rock yoga.
So can you guys see how fun this is?
Once you get over how silly it is?
It's so much fun.

And I mean, the vibration,you're just laughing.
Your vibration is so highand you just feel so amazing!
And it literally feels likenothing is out of reach or touch.
It does, and it really feelslike you're actually doing it.
So, um.
We do a lot of like "our vacations".
Mm-hmm.
Or like, you know, "sorry, I wason the phone with Gaia", like

I've got to make timeto call back The Shift.
Retreat centers.
Oh my gosh.
We are continuously planning, buildingnew retreat centers all over the world.
That's where we have to takethese six week vacations.
Yes, that's right.
I mean, we have to find the perfectspot, perfect people, and we have to
find the great portals and the laylines that are all across the earth.

So we have the most perfect,amazing, uh, healing center.
That's right.
Now another technique you can do isRemember When, so then you can say.
Oh, Missy, do you remember whenit was just like the grind?
I mean, I just felt like I was workingall the time, and now my whole life is
just retreats, retreat, center, puttingon retreats, going to your retreats,

gonna retreats all around the world.
You know, there's.
Sometime with the TV show and thepodcast, but mostly it just feels
like relaxation, healing people.
So much time with my family.
It's just amazing.
Do you remember when it was like that?
So this is one where you'resaying, remember when it was hard?
But the best one is when you say,remember when it was awesome.
(11:28):
So you can say, do you rememberwhen everything changed?
This is a really powerful one,and everything just went wild.
I was.
Uh, I was in the grindand then just one day.
It was only one dayand everything changed.
And, and suddenly had so muchtime and freedom and everything
(11:49):
was working out the best.
And the retreat center
just got built immediately and Wow.
It was, it was amazinghow fast that changed.
Right?
And for you too!
Opening.
Opening for Missy to say the same thing.
Remember when we were workingsix days a week and all of
a sudden everything changed.
(12:11):
Now I work remote.
I work one to three daysa week, maybe total.
I have so many people managing everythingthat I do, doing all the things I need
so that I can focus all of my time onmyself, on my vacations, on new ideas,
new retreats, and my new healing centers.
Isn't that amazing?

So you guys see like how fun it is.
but it is silly at first.
I'm just gonna reiterate that.
At first, you feel like you're an idiot.
Well, luckily, if you have a friendlike Missy, it can be, it can be easy.
Oh my gosh.
Rachel, did you see the new wrapI got on my brand new truck.
I'm supporting my face on the backwindow and it's healing and Gift

Emporium baby everywhere we go.
It's just that beautiful purple like Ihave inside of my, inside of my shop.
I mean, I was driving through Kentuckythe other day and I saw you and Daniel's.
Face on a billboard for your healingand Gift Emporium, and I was just
like, man, it's really going well.
How many shops you have now?
Five.
Oh my gosh.
Yes.
Yes.

And I'm just thinking aboutputting up a sixth one.
I'm going to Colorado next week.
It's gonna be beautiful.
It's the life, it's the life.
Do you remember when we only had likea, a set group of, of clients and now
we have, uh, so many clients who workon other clients, who work on other
clients, and, and all of that spreadingof the light has changed the world,

and we're so, ascension is so close.
Seriously, do you rememberthat time recently?
Uh, Missy, when you and I were doingthat, this sort of "ascension is here"
one and we got all those downloads.
Yes.
Yeah.
'cause what, last week wedid that, or two weeks ago?
We were doing some, we were doingone of these exercises where we
were like, Ascension is here.
(13:59):
And like I got all this information,!
Like it came with a whole bunch ofchanneling and I just didn't even know
what we were, what we were saying.
It was like coming out and, um.
We got a lot of information.
That was coming forward.
Um, the things that were here, how thingsare changing, where we're gonna be.
I mean, all of that informationjust started flooding in,
flooding in, flooding in.
(14:21):
If you guys are in Paducah or anywhereclose, yeah, you have to go to.
Uh, tell, tell everyoneabout your shop in Paducah.
Oh, what it's called.
So it's, um, it's got a big h and g,it's the Healing and Gift Emporium.
Um, we're in a shopping centerright behind the right by the mall.
Um, and, uh, we've got threehealing rooms that we have here.

And we do Bio Well Sessions, whichis a machine that scans your energy
on your fingertips and gives you avisual representation of your chakras.
Um, it gives you a 25 pagereport on all of your organs.
And then we do reiki sessions andwe re-scan you to show how, uh,
how, how you can change your energy.
We have reiki classes.

I am currently getting readyto do a light language class.
My sister Danielle, uh, doestwo classes twice a month.
We're currently doing one on shadow workand, uh, working with your higher self.
Um, and we have tons of funstuff, tons of teas, herbal teas,
tinctures, um, natural food.
You guys gotta go to the shop.
All sorts of stuff.
Tons and tons of stuff.

Gotta come check it out.

And online's coming soon, right?
Yes, I'm hoping to have everythingonline by the time of our one year
anniversary, which is September.
Can you believe it'sbeen almost one all year?
What I was just about to say, do youremember when you thought you were

It was just like that person cameoutta nowhere and like Chi Chi
did it all for you for trade.
You didn't even have to pay them.

You know what I mean?
So it's absolutely amazing.
Yeah, I think we've, we've prettymuch covered like everything we
could possibly be about, but we'llgo back and forth all the time.
And, and like I said before, it's a, it'sa great way to shift your energy if you

just had to say some things that you don'twanna say out loud, some negative things.
if, if you're having a rough day, Imean, anytime that you need to shift
your energy, you know, if you just got inan argument or you're just feeling down
having a bad day, it's, it's a great wayto just instantly raise your vibration.
And it's so just so fun.
It's, you know, andyou're laughing and happy.

Yeah.
It gives you all the good vibes and.
It really feels it, like yousaid before, it really feels
like it's, it can be there.
So like my big dream is abig retreat center, right?
So.
You know, massive property retreaton one side, home on the other.
Um, helping Lightworkers make retreatsthere and then like Sound Bath Cave,
(17:29):
like we've got all kind of ideas,of course (manifesting generator).
But, um, I love to do that onebecause it makes it feel so real.
I. Oh, Missy, it's been amazingrunning the retreat center.
It was just so cool how I foundthis property, and I hardly
had to do anything to it.
It's like it was alreadymagically, perfectly made for me.

It was hardly any construction,and we just moved right in.
It was incredible.
It was so easy to decorate.
I had a, a, a wonderful decoratordo everything for me and, and it was
just, it was easy world personified.
Incredible that we hadthe retreat up so fast.
We had the best chef.
You won't believe how great the foodis, and it's just been incredible.

And you have to come back.
You have to come back this weekend.
And also what's absolutely amazing iswith Ascension and all the training
that we're doing, training all of theseother people to be at their, uh, highest
ascended self, to help run all of theother healing centers that we have.
All the other retreat centers thatwe have, everyone's vibration rapidly
(18:36):
passing through 5D up to 5D.
And raising the whole vibration.
Um, it's just so beautiful, right?
Everybody fill this shift whenwe start talking about ascension.
Isn't it incredible Because it wasn'ttoo long ago in July or June, 2025 when
we were in the thick of ascension times,things were changing and everybody
(18:56):
was just like, ah, everything'sso hard and sticky and everything.
And then suddenly the shift was so fast.
You know, we had a lot of informationcoming in about how things would
change so quickly, but when it did,when it lightened up right in the
beginning of July, that was amazing.
And we, everyone was just like,you cannot deny Ascension anymore.
You know, maybe we, we were thinking.
(19:18):
When will it happen?
But then it was just incredible.
Uh, we just saw the ripplesof it going through the world.
You could literally, literallysee that your timeline was
different than the 3D timeline.
You could literally see that youwere partially in ascension and
that your body had more light.
I mean, how our health increasedso quickly and how abundance just
(19:39):
became the normal norm for everyone.
I mean, it was incredible.
I remember when, back there, backin July that um, you know, things
were, things were still going on.
Um, there was definitely thishuge, um, huge separation.
And then all of a sudden, We rose,everyone rose up above all the light,
(20:04):
all of the light workers, everyone'slight body, like literally just glowed up
right to this 5D 6D, 7D grids that werejust absolutely beautiful and amazing.
Um, being able to communicate.
You could see the, you could seethe light language literally like.
Flowing through the sky.
It was absolutely beautiful.
(20:25):
Walking.
You could feel it everywherein the ground, all around
you, the people around you.
It was so beautiful.
And the lifting of the veil.
How incredible was that?
Being able to see the Fae and otherbeings and, you know, this was like a
million times better than any kind ofdisclosure that was supposed to happen.
'cause we could just see themand then they were there.
(20:47):
Way more than just usingyour psychic senses.
You know, talking to your star seedguides, uh, sensing your angels even,
but seeing some of your spirit guides.
Your, your Fae, your elementals.
Ascended masters.
Wow.
Being able to talk face toface with ascension guides.
I mean, what a change.
So beautiful and amazing.

Yes.
So beautiful and amazing.
You're able to manifestwhatever you want at any time.
Everything that you need is already there.
Everything is so beautiful.
The energy transfer that you get,whatever information that you want,
everything is right there around you.
All you have to do isreach out your hands.
It's absolutely beautiful.

Second best manifestation exerciseis when you sing what you want.
You know, make up a songand sing what you want.
Yes.
Oh, we were gonna say that.
Um, yes.
Um, remember, if you sing a song,you're singing in manifestation.
