I'm RachelChamness at Sound Waves Heal.
In our last episode, goddess Danu came
forth with a fae heritage alignment, and
she talked about the nature of what she
was. We think of her as a goddess, but
she actually explained herself a little
bit differently, which I found really
interesting. We are continuing with fae

this week, but more of a galactical fae.
So this Pleiadian fae, SeeSee, is not a
tiny little fae, but actually more human
sized fae being a fairy. And she's
bringing forth an activation to Pleiadian
fae crystal light formations.
So I'd like to start with a clearing and
healing for you using a connection to

crystals. I have found that in everything
I do, I always use crystals and I use
their light and their help for healing
all the time, especially quartz crystals.
I am a big fan of quartz crystals. You
can see some of my new crystals here,
this beautiful one and this one.

(Laugh) I love beautiful quartz crystals. But let
me bring through their help to give you a
clearing that will help you connect more
deeply to the activation that SeeSee will
bring through for you.

I'm feeling myself get very tall as I
bring her in. She may be a taller fairy
than I've seen before from the Pleiades.
Welcome. Thank you for allowing me to
speak through this human.
(01:03:17):
This is the first time I have been
brought through Earthside and I am now
more incarnate than in spirit. I am in
the sixth dimension in the Pleiades where
I reside as a type of light and emotion
(01:03:37):
counselor for those in the fifth and
sixth dimension. For there are many other
types of emotions and work that fifth
dimensional and sixth dimensional beings
do, which are different than the kind of
shadow work and emotional work that you
do here on your earth plane. And so I
(01:03:58):
work to help others in this way.
Today, I would like to bring you some
help in a different way. There are some
beautiful crystal
formations on your planet and mine.
Yours are deep within the ground and not
often seen. Although you have seen some
(01:04:22):
and perhaps you may have a large crystal
formation yourself inside your own home.
These crystals in your earth are key to
helping you transform your body into a
higher being of light. To transform your
(01:04:44):
light body, which is the key to coming
into a higher dimension. To coming into
the fifth dimension. The way that you
build the higher density dimension
in your body is to build more light. And
you may know this already, that much of
(01:05:05):
it is releasing emotions and releasing
old programming and releasing all that is
not going forward to the fifth dimension
out of your body to make room for light.
And therefore you understand that you
also work in this realm of emotions, this
(01:05:25):
realm of shadow work, finding triggers,
releasing them, releasing the emotions
caught in your field, releasing the past
lives, which still have a play here or
concurrent lives or parallel lives or
future lives. For you are within a time
frame and a time linear expression.
(01:05:50):
However, that is not true
outside of your dimension.
And so there is much that you can do to
release and come forward into a higher
percentage of light in your body.
And that is why you may love the term
(01:06:13):
light worker or you may not love the term
light worker. For light worker means that
you are working in the light and you are
expanding the light in your body. If you
feel a resistance to this word or to this
idea, then it is true that you may need a
deep release of some blocks of emotions
(01:06:39):
or something in your field that is
keeping you from this light that is yours
to be claimed to step into your light
body, to step into the fifth dimension.
These crystal formations in your earth,
some of them were seeded from the
(01:07:01):
Pleiades, from the many planets here and
some from my planet as well. And these
formations can be brought online, if you
will, to be bringing through a higher
light that you can connect to once I
activate you. And that is what I'm
(01:07:22):
bringing today. I am bringing this light
in your crystal formations to be
connected to the light in its sister
formations in my constellation where I
live, so that they can both transmit
light to each other and grow the light in
the crystal formations in your planet.
(01:07:44):
And with this light, you can connect to
it so that it can help grow your light.
And that is what the activation is that I
bring today. We would like you to grow
your light with some help from us. We are
pleased to help. And this is a light
(01:08:04):
which can grow and connect you more to
more crystals in your life. You may be
surrounded by crystals, and each one of
these crystals can have a boost of energy
in itself. And you may not realize how
much these crystals help you in every
day. And so this is profound yet subtle.
(01:08:27):
You may watch this, be connected, and
never think of it again. Yet you will
experience a higher percentage of light
in your body and a building of that light
throughout your regular crystals, which
are giving you light every day.
And so it is profound but subtle. But I
(01:08:49):
am pleased to bring it to you now.
Well, that was very, very interesting.
OK, so let's just recap because I felt
that was a little whoo! Because she shows
me what she's doing. So when I brought
her in, I felt her as like tall and
willowy. I even saw like some sort of
like antenna, like we sometimes, you
(01:09:10):
know, say Martians with those little
antenna with the balls in the end. Like I
felt she had antenna and she was tall and
willowy like an insect
almost, but like a fae.
Her wings are very beautiful and bright.
I can see them now, but I didn't feel
them when she came in. But it was really
cool. So I'd love to talk about this a
little bit. I use crystals all the time,
(01:09:33):
as I was talking about earlier. And I
really use the light from them. So that
is incredible. What she's saying is the
Pleiadian seeded some crystal formations
in this Earth. What she showed me is they
literally brought crystals that grew and
became part of the Earth. And they're
deep, deep in the Earth. Sometimes
(01:09:54):
they're above the Earth. You may have big
crystals that you've bought from
somewhere and they were taken out of the
Earth. Some of these are Pleiadian and
they are still connected to their sister
crystal there in different planets in the
Pleiades. And so what they showed me was
both crystals kind of sharing light and
and activating each other. And that she's
(01:10:17):
doing this now to our planet to increase
that in great quantities. And now we are
going to be connected to the ones here,
whether they're close to you or not. It
doesn't matter. But that light will also
come through you to shine out into your
own home and your possessions. So if you
(01:10:40):
own crystals, they will be amplified by
this light. And that is really neat. I
love it. I'm surrounded by crystals here.
As you can see, some of them behind me on
my altar, they're in front of me, they're
everywhere. And you might be too. But if
not, no big deal because you will be
transmitting this light as you go
forward. So you can go buy some crystals
(01:11:00):
and one crystal or two crystals or tiny
crystals doesn't matter. And your light
will fill them as well. So I hope that
explained it a little bit better. And
that's very exciting.

Here's the first one.
How do the Pleiadian
fae help us here on Earth?
(01:11:22):
Yes, you may call on us and we are happy
to come forward. There are many Pleiadian
fae, not just fairies, but Pegasus and
other beings as well, dragons, and many,
many creatures such as your own, looking
slightly different, I would say, and
(01:11:44):
working in different ways. What you can
call us forward with is for many
different things because we all work in
different ways. You may call on the
Pleiadian fairies who work in the same
emotional realm that I do for counseling
(01:12:05):
and helping with your emotions, which I
feel would be very helpful for where you
are at. But you may call on the Pleiadian
fae for many helpful reasons. Perhaps you
need help navigating your dreams. You may
call on dream fae from thePleiades for
(01:12:25):
that. Perhaps you are needing help with
your communications on the planet to
other high dimensional beings. You may
call on a Pleiadian helper
for that in the fae realm.
You may call on us for many, many
reasons, but I am happy to come forward
(01:12:49):
myself or others who I work with to help
you with your emotions, most of all, for
it will help you greatly. That's great.
I'm going to be calling on them because
that's very helpful. Okay,
here's our next question.
How do we know when the fae are with us?
For those who don't see particularly,
what specific signs,
(01:13:09):
feels, etc. do they exhibit?
You wish to know how to know when fae are
with you. Well, it is going to be
difficult if your clairs are closed.
However, we can bring a sign to you so
that you know we are near. I speak of
(01:13:30):
galactic fae and the fae on your planet,
and really any being of light can be
shown to you through a sign. This sign
does not need to be told to you. You can
choose a sign. You may choose, perhaps,
a butterfly or something similar with
(01:13:51):
wings in your planet, which you might see
in your mind's eye. You might see a
sticker or an image. You might see a 3D
one, a live bug or butterfly, and that
could be your sign. The answer is that
whatever you decide is the sign, is the
(01:14:13):
one that we will use. And so you may
choose your own signs as long as you
believe in them. We will continue to use
them to connect with you. And we ask you
to work on opening your clairs. This is
part of increasing your light body, and
there are many ways to do so on your
planet. You may use an attunement or some
(01:14:38):
type of connection to higher dimensional
light, such as Reiki, such as light
language, and other ways to bring light
through the body. And we ask you all to
be working on these sorts of techniques
to help you build your light body faster,
which is very important.
(01:14:59):
Oh, of course I love that answer because
I love to attune people to psychic Reiki
healing, which is my brand of Reiki
teaching and also light language in many
levels. And of course,trance channeling,
because you can also channel healing with
trance channeling. So I love that. I think
we should all be doing that.
And I love that she said that.

Hi, I am a singer and a healer, and I
would like to know, how can we use our
physical voices for deeper healing?
(01:16:03):
Yes, you may use your physical voices for
healing in many ways. There are many
sound healing principles on your planet
that you can use in your realm very
easily. There are lists of different
notes, which translate to different
healings of the chakras and other
(01:16:24):
healings as well. There are tuning forks
and crystal bowls and bells and all types
of sound healing equipment, which use all
types of tones, which you can also use
your voice to harmonize or even bring
through the same tone. And you may use
(01:16:46):
your own sound healing principle of just
intuitively bringing forth music,
bringing forth sounds from your own
throat and singing and speaking and
letting it flow. Or you can use light
language and other ways to bring forth
sound through your voice, but know that
(01:17:08):
you will bring the intuitive answer of
what you seek. And the more that you give
it faith and time and practice, the
stronger it will be.
I love that answer because it's so
wonderful to just bring forth sound
(01:17:28):
healing just intuitively or even, yes,
using your instruments to make the same
sounds or whatever sounds are coming
through is always healing. Sound is
healing so you can do anything. And I
love that answer for that. Of course, I
love light language as well too. And
that's what I'm always bringing through
(01:17:50):
with my liquid Reiki sound healing.
Really the biggest part of it is light
language, which is such a beautiful
healing of light codes that is brought
through by almost every type of light
being I've evertrance channeled. So it's
really beautiful. And
here's our last question.
What is the fastest way to heal at the
(01:18:12):
quantum level? All right. And thank you
for allowing me to pose the question.
The fastest way to heal at the quantum
level is to align yourself with love. And
to do this as a practice until it becomes
second nature, you will align yourself
with love and beam love always. You will
(01:18:33):
forgive and love and see through the eyes
of love everything that you do. This is,
of course, quite a leap from where most
of you are, for it is a habit which takes
much time and is at the upper levels of
ascension. However, you may begin to
catch yourself when you are not feeling
love, when you are not beaming love, when
(01:18:54):
you are not in trust and love with your
guides, your helpers and your higher
self. And then you may switch over at
that time to love and forgiveness and
looking through the eyes of love when you
feel that when you catch yourself. And so
that is how you can heal at the quantum
(01:19:15):
level by changing each one of your cells
to vibrate in love. For then, you will
release much fear, you will release many
negative emotions, and you will vibrate
higher and your cells will heal and be
transformed and miraculous things can
(01:19:36):
happen. And of course, I must say that it
doesn't mean you won't have work with
your emotions to release. It doesn't mean
that you can ignore all or emotions, you
must face them and accept them. And then
it will be much easier to flip into
(01:19:57):
feeling and sending out love from every
fiber of your being. Yes, yes, I love
that. Yes, please always work through
your emotions. But then when you catch
yourself, don't go into shame and blame.
Instead, say, oh, I'm learning and I see
where I'm not using love. And so I will
(01:20:19):
sit here for a minute and really accept
my feelings. And this is part of what I
teach all the time and it's free on my
blog. I have a shadow work blog post
which talks about this, which you can
find atsoundwavesheal.com. slash blog and
you can just search shadow work. And one
(01:20:40):
of those things is just acceptance. So I
love what she says. I accept that I'm
feeling hurt, truly accepted. And then
you can move on to love or perhaps
something else comes up for you. Okay, I
accept that I'm feeling.
Insert that emotion here, just accept it
(01:21:00):
and let it release from you. And then if
you can go through all the emotions that
are holding you back from love, then you
can flip into love and begin to beam
that. And that will transform every cell.

it like coming through me like as if it

what specific signs,

feels, etc. do they exhibit?
You wish to know how to know when fae are
with you. Well, it is going to be
difficult if your clairs are closed.
However, we can bring a sign to you so
that you know we are near. I speak of
(01:13:30):
galactic fae and the fae on your planet,
and really any being of light can be
shown to you through a sign. This sign
does not need to be told to you. You can
choose a sign. You may choose, perhaps,
a butterfly or something similar with
(01:13:51):
wings in your planet, which you might see
in your mind's eye. You might see a
sticker or an image. You might see a 3D
one, a live bug or butterfly, and that
could be your sign. The answer is that
whatever you decide is the sign, is the
(01:14:13):
one that we will use. And so you may
choose your own signs as long as you
believe in them. We will continue to use
them to connect with you. And we ask you
to work on opening your clairs. This is
part of increasing your light body, and
there are many ways to do so on your
planet. You may use an attunement or some
(01:14:38):
type of connection to higher dimensional
light, such as Reiki, such as light
language, and other ways to bring light
through the body. And we ask you all to
be working on these sorts of techniques
to help you build your light body faster,
which is very important.

Oh, of course I love that answer because
I love to attune people to psychic Reiki
healing, which is my brand of Reiki
teaching and also light language in many
levels. And of course,trance channeling,
because you can also channel healing with
trance channeling. So I love that. I think
we should all be doing that.

Hi, I am a singer and a healer, and I
would like to know, how can we use our
physical voices for deeper healing?

Yes, you may use your physical voices for
healing in many ways. There are many
sound healing principles on your planet
that you can use in your realm very
easily. There are lists of different
notes, which translate to different
healings of the chakras and other
(01:16:24):
healings as well. There are tuning forks
and crystal bowls and bells and all types
of sound healing equipment, which use all
types of tones, which you can also use
your voice to harmonize or even bring
through the same tone. And you may use
(01:16:46):
your own sound healing principle of just
intuitively bringing forth music,
bringing forth sounds from your own
throat and singing and speaking and
letting it flow. Or you can use light
language and other ways to bring forth
sound through your voice, but know that
(01:17:08):
you will bring the intuitive answer of
what you seek. And the more that you give
it faith and time and practice, the
stronger it will be.
I love that answer because it's so
wonderful to just bring forth sound
(01:17:28):
healing just intuitively or even, yes,
using your instruments to make the same
sounds or whatever sounds are coming
through is always healing. Sound is
healing so you can do anything. And I
love that answer for that. Of course, I
love light language as well too. And
that's what I'm always bringing through
(01:17:50):
with my liquid Reiki sound healing.
Really the biggest part of it is light
language, which is such a beautiful
healing of light codes that is brought
through by almost every type of light
being I've evertrance channeled. So it's
really beautiful. And
here's our last question.
What is the fastest way to heal at the
(01:18:12):
quantum level? All right. And thank you
for allowing me to pose the question.
The fastest way to heal at the quantum
level is to align yourself with love. And
to do this as a practice until it becomes
second nature, you will align yourself
with love and beam love always. You will
(01:18:33):
forgive and love and see through the eyes
of love everything that you do. This is,
of course, quite a leap from where most
of you are, for it is a habit which takes
much time and is at the upper levels of
ascension. However, you may begin to
catch yourself when you are not feeling
love, when you are not beaming love, when
(01:18:54):
you are not in trust and love with your
guides, your helpers and your higher
self. And then you may switch over at
that time to love and forgiveness and
looking through the eyes of love when you
feel that when you catch yourself. And so
that is how you can heal at the quantum
(01:19:15):
level by changing each one of your cells
to vibrate in love. For then, you will
release much fear, you will release many
negative emotions, and you will vibrate
higher and your cells will heal and be
transformed and miraculous things can
(01:19:36):
happen. And of course, I must say that it
doesn't mean you won't have work with
your emotions to release. It doesn't mean
that you can ignore all or emotions, you
must face them and accept them. And then
it will be much easier to flip into
(01:19:57):
feeling and sending out love from every
fiber of your being. Yes, yes, I love
that. Yes, please always work through
your emotions. But then when you catch
yourself, don't go into shame and blame.
Instead, say, oh, I'm learning and I see
where I'm not using love. And so I will
(01:20:19):
sit here for a minute and really accept
my feelings. And this is part of what I
teach all the time and it's free on my
blog. I have a shadow work blog post
which talks about this, which you can

you can just search shadow work. And one
(01:20:40):
of those things is just acceptance. So I
love what she says. I accept that I'm
feeling hurt, truly accepted. And then
you can move on to love or perhaps
something else comes up for you. Okay, I
accept that I'm feeling.
Insert that emotion here, just accept it
(01:21:00):
and let it release from you. And then if
you can go through all the emotions that
are holding you back from love, then you
can flip into love and begin to beam
that. And that will transform every cell.
