On November 16, 2002, Georgine Chytka and her son went fishing like they did on most evenings.  It was a cold evening down in the tailrace of Fort Randall Dam, but they persisted.  Georgine's second bite of the evening would produce a fish that many thought they would never see...a new state record walleye.
