I asked the question, " What are 3-5 strong leadership characteristics?" Robb shared some great wisdom by listing these:
- One who walks in humility. It's not about them. It's about lifting others up.
- Someone who is a really good listener. People are honored and feel appreciated when we listen.
- Passion. Passion doesn't have to be loud. It can be someone who is very comfortable with themselves, and simply knows what they want.
- Someone filled with purpose. They know what they want and they go after it. They are excited about their mission in life.
- Focus. Focus is sometimes underestimated. People in leadership often get spread thin, they have to multi-task and so focus does not appear to be on the forefront; but it still is.
