Every new year people come up with these resolutions that are supposed to be "life changing" and over night they become a new person. Reality is most people bring new ideas into the new year but fail to address the "bad habits" that kept them from achieving their goals the previous year. We will use this analogy, you can't come home from work and put on perfume and a fresh set a clothes without showering and cleaning up the dirt you picked up. The smell will eventually seep past the "mask" you used to cover the uncleanliness.
