Women who develop a romantic attraction towards their friend, become obsessed with their friend's life. They are jealous of their friend's romantic interest, and other friends. They want to keep their friend all to themselves, and will lash out towards their friend if there is a threat of anyone else becoming the priority. A good movie for reference is Single White Female.
