I don't wanna take up too much ofyour time today, but I just want to
make the announcement of everythingthat we got coming up with the summit.
Let me make sure I'm recording.
Okay.
We are good.
Alright, so welcome agent Rice Summit.
(00:47):
Coming up April 27th to the29th in Fort Myers, Florida.
It's spend three focus days withus in Paradise and let's let's
grow your business together.
So let me tell you what we'vegot coming up for the summit.
I'm so excited.
I'm gonna try to contain my excitementhere 'cause I'm like, I'm probably gonna
speak too fast and too loud 'cause I'm.
I'm giddy about all of this, but let's dive into it.
(01:07):
If you haven't gotten yourticket yet, there's still time.
We still have some seatsavailable, and you can get your
tickets@agentrisesummit.com and and goahead and do that before it sells out.
It was great to see ScottHack and and there's Scott.
See Scott sell out in at Real EstateDistilled just a couple weeks ago.
And we're hoping for the same exactthing here at the Agent Rise Summit.
(01:29):
So grab your seat now.

(01:53):
your group with you and take advantageof our new group spouse and partner plan.
All right?
Also we have a scholarshipfund that is now available.
Thanks to our sponsors.
This is something new to usand we're really excited to
be able to offer this year.
So if you are an agent or you know ofan agent that needs to be at the summit,
but it's just gonna be a little toughfor them to be able to do that then.
(02:16):
Let them know about thescholarship fund that is available.
This will bring your ticketprice down to two 50 and our
sponsors will cover the rest.
And we've got six scholarshipsthat are available.
So, please jump on that quick if you'rein that boat and you really want to
be here, but money is tight, I get it.
And so come enjoy the summitand get everything you can outta
the summit and let the sponsorshelp you be able to do that.
(02:39):
Alright, now our mission for theAgent Rise Summit is very clear.
We want you to gain clarityand we want you to build your
business with confidence.
We want the everything thathappens at the summit to help you
focus and dial in on your plan.
See, when I've gone to other conferencesin the past, I get into this shiny object
syndrome area where I get all of theseideas and all of these things that I
(03:04):
should be doing, and I go home and I.
Should all over myself, right?
Like we, we go home and we thinkof the things that we need to do.
I wanna prevent that from happening.
Instead, I want to give you the clarityand I wanna build up your confidence
and have you go home with an actionplan that is ready to go for you.
So it's a proven plan and you'reready to go, and then you can
(03:25):
go home and grow your business.
So we don't want you leavingwith shiny object syndrome.
We want you going home.
Home with a clear plan.
Now we have five differentparts to the summit.
It's organized and structuredto go along with what we teach
with the three pillar plan.
So our belief is that agentsshould have a three pillar plan.
They should have something that they'reworking according to their sphere of
(03:46):
influence, a chase pillar meaning to goout and get it, and an attraction pillar
and meaning ways to attract business.
So the first part of our conferenceis gonna be all about the sphere of
influence pillar, and I'm gonna beleading this and I'll teach about
the framework of the three pillarplan and specifically the sphere of
influence, the foundation behind it.
(04:06):
And then we're gonnahave additional speakers.
Carry this out to show you howthey're operating their sphere of
influence, pillar, and all of theamazing things that they're doing.
So I'm gonna tell you about the speakersin just a little bit, but they're
gonna be backing me up to cover thisso that we have a clear plan, so that
we cover all three pillars and sothat you can leave with that clear
(04:28):
plan that's congruent to you, and thengo home and stay consistent with it.
All right?
The second part of our of our conferencethe second half of day number one.
Is all on the chase pillar, and thisis meant for you to go out and get it.
So what is your chase pillar andhow are you gonna operate that?
And our speakers are gonna, along withmyself, are gonna help you craft that
plan so that you can go home and crush it.
(04:50):
Now the third part is the attractionpillar, and that's when we talk
a lot about video and content.
And so I've got some great speakersI'm excited to announce here that are
gonna be helping us with this as well.
So I'm gonna teach on.
On the attraction pillar, thefoundation of it, and then the speakers
are gonna carry it out from there.
Then the fourth part of the conference isall about efficiency systems and tools.
(05:13):
And with that we've gotta talk ai.
So I've got some great speakerscoming on AI, and we've got we've
got a whole afternoon the last day,the afternoon is all blocked for
systems and tools and ai and I'mexcited to share all of that with you.
Also the fifth part of theconference is community, right?
That.
That's one of the awesome things aboutlive events is we all get together
(05:35):
and we get to have fun in paradise.
And our goal with the conferenceis that everybody is a VIP.
That's our number one goal.
We don't have A-A-V-I-P section.
We don't have A-A-A-V-I-P dinner.
We include.
Everybody.
We also ask all of our speakers to bethere for the entire conference to commit
(05:56):
and be there for the entire conference.
It's tough when you hear an amazingspeaker and the only way you can
talk to them is maybe that littlefive minutes after their talk.
Or maybe if you can get into the VIPdinner or you know, maybe if you get
lucky and we wanna remove all of that.
So we ask all of our speakers to be there.
And we have a lot ofevents around the summit.
Where the speakers are gonna be at.
(06:17):
So there, it opens the door fora lot of conversations and to
really go deep and to really learn.
And that's our goal.
So everyone is a VIP and we start the VIPprocess off by kicking it off on Sunday
night, April 27th, the night that theevent, or the day that the event begins.
We start off with the rooftopparty from seven until 10.
(06:37):
And that's the first time thatwe're all gonna get together
and have a lot of fun and.
Is gonna be in the room.
We also do coffee meetupson Monday morning.
So the Monday of the conference, weall get together those that are, want
to be up the early birds that getthe worm and want to be up early.
Come and join us for coffeeon sun or on Monday morning at
7:00 AM and we just meet at.
(06:58):
Peters, which is right downtownhere, right next to the venue.
And they've got this beautiful courtyardand we all get there for coffee on
Monday morning and new this year.
We are offering the Agent RiseSummit party on Monday night.
More details on that to come, but again, another event.
So we're our goal with all ofthis is to have more events, have
(07:19):
more networking, and more time forus to all talk and be together.
And so we're addingthis as well this year.
All right, so now let's jumpinto who is gonna be speaking
at the Agent Rise Summit.
And first and foremost, Iwant to introduce Scott Hack.
Scott, many of you guys know he is.
The leader of real estate distilled themastermind behind real estate distilled
(07:40):
and has been a huge supporter of mine.
The Agent Rise Summit.
I do not believe it would exist and itwould not exist to where it's at today if
it wasn't for Scott and his friendship.
So I truly appreciate Scottand he leads an amazing broker.
Mastermind.
I was just at his it real estatedistilled and it blew my mind.
And I'm excited to be ableto have him come back.
(08:01):
We did this last year.
It went over very well.
We had about 30 to 40 in the room ofbrokers and team leaders and we all.
Come in with ideas that we that we needhelp with and ideas that we can share.
And so on a sticky note, wewrite down what is it that
we want to get Mastermind.
And then Scott organizes it alland leads an amazing conversation.
(08:21):
And you'll leave with pages ofnotes along with connections
that you meet in the Mastermind.
So we kicked that offon Sunday April 27th at.
First day of the conference.
So we have the broker mastermind inthe morning, and then we have that
welcome reception in the evening.
And we're trying to figure out howwe can go to the beach in between.
Isn't that what you always do in Florida?
Right?
(08:41):
There's gotta be a way we couldsqueeze in a beach trip, right?
So that all happens on Sunday.
All right.
Our mc for the event is TJ McGraw.
He did an amazing job last year and heis ready to do it all again this year.
So, tJ does, not only does he do agreat job at the event in leading
the event, but he does a great jobof helping me keep this all organized
(09:02):
and get the speakers together.
And he's just a pivotal partof the Agent Rise Summit.
I couldn't do it without his supportand his help, and so it's awesome to
to do this with him and then to see himon stage and leading and be in the mc.
C does a fantastic job.
Alright, now when we get into oursphere of influence pillar, so
again, we've got these differentsections to the conference.
(09:23):
So we're gonna be talking alot about sphere of influence.
It's one fourth of the conferenceand I start out this section by.
By me leading the talk, talkingabout the foundation , the sphere
of influence pillar, what weneed to do to get this in action.
What are the steps that we need to take, and then what can we do in addition to
what we do with our original foundation.
(09:44):
We call it sphere of influence 2.0 and.
I don't know anybody that does abetter job with this than Jeremy Allen.
He is amazing.
We just released a podcast episode.
If you haven't heard that,be sure to grab that episode.
You'll get an insight intohis business and he absolutely
crushes it with his sphere.
And the best thing about Jeremy Allen, well, there's a lot of great things
(10:06):
about Jeremy Allen, but one of the bestthings that I love about Jeremy Ellen's.
Story is that Hucks, is that, thathe, when he moved to his town, to
Virginia Beach, he knew one person.
He knew one person.
And today he's got one of the largestfear of influence out of any agent that I
coach and that I'm blessed to be around.
He does a fantastic job with hisfear with client events and gifts
(10:27):
and Popeyes and all of the things.
And he's gonna be sharing it alland he's gonna be bringing examples
and telling you all about it.
So, Jeremy Allen will beone of our speakers for the,
for the sphere of influence.
Then to follow that, you guys got to hearfrom Sean last year, and I of course I'm
like, Sean, you gotta come back, man.
There's more here buddy.
There's more.
And Sean's gonna be back again this year.
And he's gonna be specificallytalking about ways to get
(10:49):
engagements with your sphere.
Way to go, ways to go deeper, ways to have conversations.
And it's with your sphere, butit's also with other people, right?
And just how to conversate and howto engage because we talk about.
Engagements so much inside AgentRise that you need to be having 30
to 60 engagements a week if you wannasee your business moving forward.
And a lot of us don't know wherethose engagements should be
(11:11):
coming from and how to have themand how to how to communicate.
Right.
And so Sean is gonna becovering all of that.
And more.
So our sphere of influencepillar is gonna be amazing.
And that is gonna kick offthe first part of our day.
Alright?
Now the second the second sectionof the conference is gonna
be around the chase pillar.
And the chase pillar is meant foryou to go out there and get it.
(11:32):
Okay?
So you're gonna have your sphere, right?
And a lot of your business, if notmost of your business is gonna come
from your sphere, but maybe you'relike Jeremy Allen and you don't have a
large sphere when you started, right?
So.
In order for that to happen, you'vegotta go out there and get it and
it, you know, to keep using Jeremy asan example, when he got to Virginia
Beach, he went after FSBOs and expires.
Right?
He went out there and chasedit, and so we wanna help you
(11:55):
be able to go out and chase.
Now, the chase pillar is also thepillar that a lot of us don't like
and a lot of us struggle with.
And so to kind of kick you in thebutt to go out there and get it,
we're gonna have Mindy Snick leadus off and she's got a great.
Speech lined up.
I can't wait.
I'm not even gonna start talking aboutit 'cause I'll get too much into it.
But she's got a great speechthat's gonna get you motivated
(12:15):
and get you out there to get it.
And and it's kind of funny becausethe chase pillar is not as, Mindy's
not is her least favorite pillar.
But she has.
Stepped into it, and I wanna, sh I'mgonna, I'm excited for you to see how
we also are blessed to have Steven Ross, the author of Doors Open When You Knock.
He's gonna be joining us and we just hadSteven on our Agent Rise Live, and if
(12:37):
you remember, you got access to that.
We just had Steven on AgentRise live and he blew us away.
He has a way.
Of communicating.
He's knocked on 125,000 doors.
I don't know how and I don't evenwanna try to figure it out because that
just sounds absolutely crazy to me.
But, and hi.
And his talk is notabout knocking on doors.
(12:58):
His talk is about how.
Is about communication and so he's goingto, he's gonna share all kinds of things.
It's gonna be absolutely amazing.
And I'm really excitedfor Steven to be there.
Following that we've got BruceHill who has probate and mastery.
And Bruce is really good at talking withpeople that he doesn't know, and he's
really good at saying the right things andmanaging expectations and helping people
(13:26):
list with him, because with probate it'sa challenging time in somebody's life.
Right.
And so how do you handle that andhow do you make those contacts?
Bruce is a master at this and willbe sharing it all at the summit.
All right, now let's getonto the attraction pillar.
This is the fun stuffhere, the video stuff.
And again, this year we have gota great lineup for you to to all
(13:48):
around the attraction pillar.
We've got Karen Carr who wrotethe book YouTube for Agents.
She literally wrote the book onhow YouTube, how agents should be
doing YouTube, and she is fantastic.
So super excited to have Karen back.
And then following Karen, we'vegot the amazing Sue Pinky Benson
is gonna be joining us again.
So Pinky is gonna be sharingnew strategies around
(14:10):
Instagram and around video.
And we're gonna be talkinga lot about short form.
Karen's gonna be cover covering alot of YouTube, and Pinky is gonna
be covering a lot of short form.
And then Avar Rusio is a newsreporter, I don't think that's what
you call him, down here in Fort Myers.
And I have become friends with Avar.
He lives in the same building as I do.
And he.
(14:30):
We met because he's he's biginto to flying drones, and I
saw a lot of his drone videosand so I got in touch with him.
And we've become friends.
And Avar has a, an approachto do his media for Fox News.
He has he's basically doing onejob that five others used to do.
I. And the same thing thathe's doing as a media company.
(14:53):
We always say, be a media companythat happens to sell real estate.
Right?
And so I thought, what would bebetter than to bring somebody in
that's actually a media companyand does media for a living.
He's got not only tips and tricks onhow we can do our stories and our short.
Form videos and jump in the conversation.
One of the, one of the strategies thatwe love around short form videos is
talking about developments and thingsthat are happening in your town.
(15:17):
And he's gonna story tell and show you howto story tell, and how to do those videos.
He's also gonna give us all kindsof tips for b-roll video that is
out there that we all have accessto as taxpayers the travel bureaus
and all of that when they own video.
We, the people own that video.
And so we can access amazing B-rolland amazing content and Ovar is gonna
(15:42):
share exactly how we can do that.
So a lot of great things comingup for the attraction pillar.
And now it's time togrow without burning out.
And that's what we're gonna do in the nextsection of, we're gonna have an a. Panel.
We're talking more about efficiencyhere and how to actually keep growing.
I remember there was a time in mycareer where I was selling about as much
(16:04):
real estate as I could possibly sell, but we still weren't getting ahead.
And financially I felt like Ineeded to sell more, but I didn't
know how I could possibly do that.
I didn't know how I could keep growing.
I felt like I was at my max and Ihave surrounded myself with amazing.
The women that are up on this screenright now, they're all amazing and
(16:26):
they all have grown businesses.
And keep growing businesses when Ithink they would be far maxed out.
And then how could they keepgoing and how can they keep going
and they just keep doing it.
And the first one that I'm superexcited to introduce is Jackie, Roberto.
She's gonna be in the house.
And Jackie's here too today.
I appreciate it, Jackie.
(16:46):
And Jackie is my.
Big supporter.
I love Jackie so much.
She when I come to Destin, Ifeel like I'm famous because they
make me feel so special there.
And and I talked Jackie intocoming on down to Fort Myers
and so she's gonna be here.
And then also Maria, ChristinaValencia, she's on the other coast.
She's in Miami and she is anotherpowerhouse and has built amazing
(17:07):
business and keeps growing her business.
And so, and she hasn'tburnt out and maybe.
Maybe we have, but maybe wejust don't know about it.
But they keep growing.
They keep growing.
So I'm really excited for you to meetMaria, Christina, and then also Mindy
Snick, which a lot of you know andshe's gonna be sharing earlier, but
I'm also gonna have her on this in thissection of the conference because Mindy
(17:28):
has gone through a lot and also hasnot burnt out and just keeps on going.
So, this is gonna be.
Fantastic.
And and again, this is all part ofthat being more efficient, right?
And how can we be more efficientand how can we keep growing?
The sky is the limit and a lot ofus put limits on our businesses.
And so I wanna surround you withsome powerhouse people here that
have not put any limits on theirbusiness and they keep growing.
(17:51):
All right.
And then we're gonna reallyget into nerd mode here.
I call it with with this is we'regonna, we're gonna talk a lot about
ai, a lot about smart web, a lotabout SEO and all of the amazing
ways to become more efficient.
And I gotta share a little story herebecause I was, I asked Christian Harris to
be on the panel with us and and Christian.
I was originally gonna do a. Panelaround niches, around serving military
(18:15):
and and different, all of the differentniches and Christian's like, Hey I'm
happy to be on that panel, but I wouldreally love to share of all of the
tools and the things that I'm doingin my business that are just making
it more efficient and , using AI and.
All of the systems that I have, andI'm like, sh, I think we all need that.
So, so I shifted gears a little bitand and so we're gonna make this
(18:36):
into an AI panel, and then with that,it's because I also got thinking
about it, I'm like, I'm surroundedby wizards when in this subject.
I, Rick Rovic is gonna be back againthis year, and he's gonna share on
ai and then also be a part of this.
And then David English, which is,I'm excited to tell you a little
bit about David here in a second.
But David is a. Is a good friend of mine.
(18:56):
I got a story to share.
It's really cool how he's come back intomy life and I'm super excited for him
to be here and be a part of the summit.
And he is a wizard.
And then Keith Gilmoreis my personal coach.
I work with Keith on the Dailyand he has changed my business
in so many different ways.
And so Keith is gonna be there as well.
So we have got a a smart.
(19:17):
I don't know.
I don't know what we call, I mean, reallysmart people, techie people, nerds.
I don't know.
They're gonna be here and we'regonna be able to crush it together.
All right, so, this is anotherbig section of the conference.
And again, that, that last day we'regonna be talking a lot about AI and
helping you make sure you got the tool.
So we're gonna get you that clearplan that's congruent to you, and
then help you stay consistent with it.
(19:37):
And that clear plan isthe three pillar plan.
So we make sure we go homewith our three pillar plan.
We know exactly what it is.
And then we're gonna give you allthe tools to be able to be efficient.
Also, everybody that attendsthe Agent Rise Summit all gets
one month of Agent Rise Academy.
All right, so we havethe Agent Rise Academy.
So anybody that comes to the summit, they get one month of the academy.
(19:59):
And then also anybody thatcomes to the summit that hasn't
had a strategy session with me.
Also gets a strategy session with me.
So when you come to the summit, we'regonna help you get that clear plan.
We're gonna give you the toolsto go home and crush it and the
academy so that you can do that.
And then we're also gonna give you acall with me so that you, we really
make sure that you've got that clearplan and that's why we're different.
(20:20):
That's why the AgentRise Summit is different.
Usually when you go home, you justgot to try to figure it all out.
I don't want you going hometrying to figure it all out.
I want to get you set up and have you,I have all the right tools for you so
that you don't have to overthink it.
All right.
Now I wanna take a second before wedo our drawing to thank our sponsors.
This is super exciting to me.
Last year we did not have sponsors andit made it very difficult on me to put on
(20:43):
the conference and to do the, some of theextra things that we really want to do.
And and also just the, their overall support.
It's not just the finance, it's notjust the money that the sponsors offer,
but it's also just their support.
To me this is a lot to put on aconference and you need people
around you to support you and routeyou on and be there to back you.
(21:04):
And that's exactly whatmy sponsors are doing.
All of the sponsors arethrough relationships.
I haven't you know, they're allpeople that have reached out to
me and said, Hey, can I help you?
They're not like, they're notlike, Hey, we want to, we wanna
sponsor it because we want to getour brand in front of everybody.
It's.
It's more of the fact thatthey want to truly help.
And I have to start out with Jonathanwho is with Frita Solutions and Cheatham,
(21:29):
who is also with Fri Frita Solutions.
But with Jonathan.
Jonathan met me because he cameup to see me when I. Spoke at
Jackie's event in Destin, Florida.
So, and Jonathan's right herein Fort Myers and he drove up
to Destin to, to the conference.
And he came up to me right awayand he's like, oh my gosh, dude,
your talk was amazing and I cannotbelieve you are in Fort Myers.
(21:50):
This is crazy.
I live in Fort Myers too.
And so we immediately grabbed coffeewhen we got back and hid it right off.
And then he introduced me to Cheatham.
And so the three of ushave been meeting since.
Gosh, it was probably December or January, and we have been meeting since then.
And they have helped me so much justgetting things organized for the
conference getting knowing like how toplan everything and who to inv invite.
(22:15):
We've also, they've supported me onkicking off the master masterclasses
and just they're just, they'vegot my back and so I just really.
Really appreciate them.
And on top of that, theyprovide amazing service for
real estate agents around Frita.
And if you're anything like me, you mightnot have even heard of what Frita is.
'cause I sold real estate in Wisconsin.
We didn't have a lot of foreign investorsand properties being sold in Wisconsin.
(22:38):
So, so down here in Florida there's a lot.
And so, it's amazing to have them.
And I think they're here today.
If they are, if you wanna turn on yourcameras and say hi that'd be great.
But they're gonna be at the conference.
And again, I. I appreciatetheir support so much.
The same thing with Irik.
Roig Irik was here last yearand Irik wanted to be involved
in the summit even more.
(22:59):
He knew how challenging it was forme to make everything work last year,
and he just reached out to me andsaid, dude, I. What can I do to help?
Like I, I wanna, I want to be Iwant to be there for the, you know,
I only be a speaker at the summitlike I was last year and all that,
but what else can I do to help?
And IR is a lender that I'veknown from Madison, Wisconsin.
Oh gosh.
It goes way back.
And IR is with national lending.
(23:21):
And he wants to be there tosupport and be there to help.
And and also Irik is awizard when it comes to ai.
Last year he spoke on, on, on ai and hehas a company called Think In Prompts.
And so he's gonna bethere as well helping us.
I mean, it's not, he's notjust there to to be a sponsor.
He's gonna be there speaking andsupporting and helping us and.
(23:43):
Irik has so many talents.
I like AI is one of them, but everytime I talk to Irik, I learn something.
He's one of the smartest guys that I know.
And again, we gotta, we've gottaget smart people in the room, right?
And so Irik is definitely one thatwe want to have in the room, and
again, we appreciate his support.
And then David English.
I got the coolest story about David.
So back in the day I did allof my WordPress, like I got
(24:06):
WordPress set up and all of that.
I went to Fiverr and I hadI had I, I found this guy on
Fiverr called WordPress Cool.
And he was amazing.
He took care of everything that I needed.
He built my sights for me.
He, I, him and I just becamebuddies on Fiverr and I was.
Sending him gigs all thetime, and he was helping me.
Well, he then got deployedand I lost touch with him.
(24:28):
He messaged me and said,Hey, I'm gonna be, you know,
sorry, but I'm being deployed.
I'm gonna be churning off WordPress.
WordPress cool on Fiverr.
And I apol, you know, apologize.
And so, oh man, I bummed that I lost him.
And it is what it is.
And thank you for serving ourcountry and I appreciate you, David.
I didn't even know his name.
David.
I knew him as WordPress.
Cool.
And so then just this last year.
I get this message from David English, and he, and I'm, it's, you know, somebody
(24:50):
that, you know, wants to message you.
And I'm like, who's this guy?
And I look and then and hegoes, do you remember WordPress?
Cool.
And here enough here.
Sure enough, here'sDavid reaching out to me.
He got to deployed, he cameback, had a contract job, and
then now he's back independent.
And so as a doing weband freelance services.
And so he reaches out to me and hesays, do you remember WordPress?
(25:12):
Cool?
And I'm like, oh my gosh, do I ever?
And he remembered working withme, loved working with me, and
wanted to see if there was anythingthat he could do to help me.
Of course, I had a whole bunchof work for him and things
that I needed, and then like.
The others, David reaches outto me and says, Hey, what can I
do to help you with the summit?
Man, I love what you're doing.
I love what you're promoting.
And I would love to be a part of it.
(25:33):

And David is proficient,I mean, so good at.
Smart.
So we're beyond the websites today, right?
We're calling them smart websites withAI and integrations built into them.
He's also very proficient withGoogle My business profiles, which
used to be, you know, Google.
I'm saying Google my business.
(25:55):
It's now called Google Business Profiles.
So he knows these.
He's actually gonna be giving us a 10day challenge at the summit to be able
to help us with our profiles and makethem, and I didn't even know there was
that many touch points with a profile.
But he has got that all dialed in.
He also provides social media management.
So there's a lot of things that, thatDavid does that he can help you with.
(26:17):
