Have you heard the saying that every new level brings a new devil? It’s a common saying that basically means that with each new level of success you’ll discover new limits, fears and mental blocks.
2024 surfaced quite a few challenges for everyone – me included. As difficult as the year was, I also believe that challenging times help illuminate our weak areas so that we can be the person we need to be for what’s emerging.
For many years I published my “year in review” on my blog so this year on episode 420 of the Amplify Your Success Podcast, I’m sharing the highs, the lows and the learnings here on the podcast. Amidst a whirlwind of “growing opportunities” and closing the year with another round of COVID that forced me to surrender all of my big year-end wrap up activities, I’m looking forward to what 2025 brings.
Tune in as I share a significant pivot in my own messaging, as feedback led to the development of my "lighthouse message" that resonates with ideal clients and propels growth. Testing, tracking, and tweaking have become my mantra—especially in crafting messaging that truly connects.
I dive into the role of collaboration and optimizing successful strategies over the chronic pull to reinvent and create “more”. This approach has not only reduced frustration but has also brought higher quality leads, showing that sometimes sticking with what works and enhancing it is more valuable than starting from scratch.
Moreover, I've expanded my focus on building environments that uplift, ensuring that each step taken is in alignment with the larger vision, all while embracing my life mantra, "You can do hard things."
As we close out the year, I’d love to hear your insights, plans, and goals so we can embark on this journey of resilience together!
