Healing the Self is a very personal process of identifying the hidden traumas in your life which hold you back from reaching your highest potential as well as keep you trapped in toxic relationships (personal, friends, family) which do not serve you.
In this episode, we will deep dive into some serious topics which can cause you hidden traumas.
From childhood we are learning how to build relationships and interact with others. Who exactly did we learn these lessons from?
Were they healed, nuturing, loving, attentive, encouraging individuals who allowed you to fulfill and follow your own dreams, without their own personal motives other than your complete happiness to be your true self OR did your lessons come with little to no feelings of safety, did you often have to play a role in your childhood that no child should have to partake in, and/or were they fear based or abusive. Were your emotions, thoughts and creativity stiffled.
Have you been so hurt by the loss of a loved one that you have been unable to find a way to move forward. Learn how the energy of our loved ones only change and never leave us.
What types of relationships are you attracting? Are they loving, supportive partners who allow you to thrive as an individual as well as part of the partnership or is it manipulative, hurtful, abusive, draining and basically one way.
Every relationship we have had in our lifetimes has help to create who we are as well as how we see and think about the world around us. The most important and influential person in your life should be YOU. Learn how to take the control back so that you can live present and aware and most importantly so you can remove from your life what no longer serves you and invite in all the beauty in life that is meant for and waiting for you.
