They share about coming to recognize their sensitivity and understanding how it shapes their reactions to the world. They also talk about empathy as a highly sensitive trait and how it can both enrich us drive us to the edge of overwhelm, and they discuss how we can bring it into balance and manage our day in ways that help us experience the richness of our gifts.
