In our country, including Arizona, we need to change, or risk implosion. The surest way to undermine democracy is from within, by destroying the trust the people have in their elections, institutions, and elected leaders. The two-party system inherently creates an enemy from within. And when there are no external enemies or fights to be had…when their is an issue or issues so fundamental to one’s values and identity that they would martyr themselves for it, people have, do, and will turn on each other, individually or as a body. The arguments both for and against the two-party system are as old as the constitution itself. And that is what will be at the root of this broadcast. “How do we fix the antagonism which seems to be rooted in Democrats versus Republicans.” Because the issue’s are always far more complex than that. And neither party has a solution or an antidote which will appease everyone, even from within their own party. Change. So let’s talk about that Arizona. This show will bring you those leaders and potential leaders from throughout our great state to talk about fixing or mending what many, if not most of us believe to be a broken system. And we’re gonna do it together Arizona, and in as much as possible, in a spirit of nonpartisanship that is lacking from the divisive nature of today’s mainstream media. This is AZ's On the Fence!
