Sometimes it feels like the ideas we hear about can seem pretty abstract and therefore hard to achieve. Statements like “find your feminine to amplify your fertility” sound pretty…, (but… wtf does that really mean?)
This week, I’m taking you with me on the journey to my daughter, who I had naturally at 40 after miscarriage, failed egg retrievals and being given less than 5% odds.
I’m sharing my fertility journey because it's an example of some of the the most important principles we teach in the BFP (my signature group coaching program) how I learned them and how they worked in my own life.
