Every woman on her journey to her baby has had at least one moment where it felt like time was her enemy.

Most of us have at least one moment like that everyday.

There's fear that we:

  • waited too long
  • have "old" eggs
  • will have "geriatric" pregnancies
  • should have started sooner

and the list goes on and on.

This is totally normal and expected, especially when you consider most of us have heard about our "ticking clock" or the "expiration date" on our eggs since we first got our periods (or even earlier).

We're raised on the idea of not enough time and our visits to the doctor typically reinforce that belief.

Imagine living your journey free from a fear of time.

Would you want in on that? What if you learned that fearing time is actually a (huge) waste of time? That you can accelerate your path to your baby by breaking free from the perception of "not enough time" ?

Today's episode offers a new way to think about time on your journey. One that removes limitations of "not enough" and replaces it with far more expansive and helpful ways of seeing yourself and your "chances" of becoming a mom.
