L'étude et la préservation du Saint-Laurent passent aussi par la culture maritime. C'est pourquoi le RQM a invité trois personnes qui valorisent notre patrimoine culturel maritime, chacun·e à leur manière, pour venir toucher le cœur des gens, et ainsi rapprocher la population du Québec de ce fleuve emblématique.
Cet épisode apporte donc des témoignages du milieu de la littérature avec Roxanne Bouchard, écrivaine, du milieu gastronomique avec Chloé Ouellet, chef au restaurant Au Pâturage, et du milieu des pêches, avec Guy-Pascal Weiner, de la Première Nation Wolastoqiyik Wahsipekuk.
