Motherhood in the 2020s, or what I have termed “modern motherhood” is a very big job. This is the version of motherhood that you and I are in right now. It’s the motherhood with extremely challenging issues like social media, ADD, anxiety, depression, food allergies oh and most recently Covid.

The sparks of many issues are out there. And without the right skills, flames ignite. If you don’t know how to manage all of this, motherhood will scald and sear. This can all feel very daunting if you don’t know how to tame the flames. And these flames are the flames that lead to burnout!

Sometimes your level of mom burnout is obvious, but sometimes it just looks like plain emptiness. Like you have nothing left to give.
