Jamie is a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach and owner of JStraker Fitness. She runs virtual fitness classes in her Stronger Together membership and as she will discuss in the episode, she helped to write the Birth Prep 2.0 course, all about eliminate the fear surrounding childbirth and to help moms be empowered through bump, birth and baby.
