I love understanding people. What makes them feel, or act, or think. That comes alive as much in customer journey mapping, customer personas and segmentation as it does in a deeply grounded coaching session. But it is not enough just to understand the customer, or the client. It is how that understanding comes to life in application. And how it is then transformed into action. I have applied years of on-the-job operations to now help leaders and organizations surface their best strategic thinking, deepen customer understanding and self-awareness, build better brands, create breakthrough stories and live from an emotionally intelligent and wide space.
