Kevin Hines is an award-winning global speaker, best-selling author, documentary filmmaker, suicide prevention and mental health advocate who has reached millions with his story. He is the 26th out of 34 people to survive jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge. Today, Kevin and I discuss the reasons why he jumped including childhood bullying, eating disorders, anxiety, and a struggle with his bi-polar disorder. Not only does Kevin want to prevent suicide by sharing his story but he also wants to help change the stigma associated with men and eating disorders.
