Meet Jennifer Driscoll. Jennifer is a full-time working mom of two young children who just happens to run a nonprofit organization as well. Jennifer's babies were both born prematurely, which made for some not-so-smooth sailing for a while.
Even so, shortly after the birth of her second child, Jennifer decided to channel her knowledge, experience and a deep desire to help others, into establishing Lily's Hope Foundation, based in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania.
