We will use affirmations and grounding techniques to remind you that you are safe and in control. This meditation aims to reduce the intensity of flashbacks and help you develop tools to manage them effectively in your daily life.

Whether you’re a beginner or have previous experience with meditation, this episode is designed to be accessible and supportive. Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without interruption. Press play, and allow yourself the time to heal and find tranquility.
