LAION ist die Abkürzung für „Large Scale Artificial Intelligence Open Network“. Dieser Fall, der sich auf die Schnittstelle von KI und Urheberrecht konzentriert, wird voraussichtlich weitreichende Konsequenzen für die rechtliche Landschaft rund um die KI-Entwicklung und die Text- und Datenanalyse (TDM) haben.
