Eine Patentverletzung kann mit einer Abmahnung außergerichtlich beseitigt werden. Ist die rechtliche Situation nicht eindeutig, ist zunächst eine Berechtigungsanfrage an den potentiellen Patentverletzer empfehlenswert. Bei Dringlichkeit kann eine einstweilige Verfügung geboten sein. Ansonsten kann vor einem zuständigen Landgericht der Klageweg beschritten werden.
