We all have different things that are distractions to us that may not be someone else’s distraction, so it is important to understand the distractions that are unique to you
Point 2. Understand your patterns around the distractions
This could be how often you let this distraction throw you off, what time of the year this distractions usually shows up in your life, or even what makes you most susceptible to falling under this discraction
The more you understand your distractions, the easier it’ll be to dodge them in the future
Point 3. You can’t get rid of all distractions, but for the ones you can, do so ASAP
Some distractions you can get rid of are friends, bad habits, boyfriends/girlfriends, drama, and other things that you can control
