I took a year-long break from podcasting. After launching Born Unbreakable the book, the 2024 election happened and our nation felt deeply divided. I needed a break to restore my energy and focus on the things that mattered to me. I sold a business, bought a new business, lost my mom, and started grad school. I poured into myself so I could bring the best of myself to my community.
It’s OK to pause, recalibrate, and reset. I still have a passion for service and am figuring out how to add the most value to the world. If you’re feeling helpless, hopeless, or paralyzed, then pause. Look within and redirect your time and energy on what matters to you.
