Mark Black is a resilience expert, coach, and author of the recently released book The Resilience Roadmap and Certified Speaking Professional, teaching audiences worldwide about the importance of developing personal resilience and how to build it for your personal needs best.
Born with congenital heart disease that led to open heart surgery on his first day on earth and an improbable double lung and heart transplant at age 24, Mark discusses his life journey and the invaluable lessons learned along the way.
Personal resilience is Mark's north star. By facing challenges head-on, along with the confidence and well-practiced resilience he delivered, Mark accomplished the miraculous, including completing his first of four marathons only 2 1/2 years after his transplant surgery. Incredible!
You will learn how Mark did it, working with his seven resilience-building guideposts, and our conversation will help teach you how you can do it too!
