As high-achieving, ambitious and senstive women, you can eaily find yourself pushing forward without stopping to celebrate how far you've come. Today, I want to encourage you to take that pause for applause—it’s a vital part of thriving in both our personal and professional lives.
I share some insights from my own journey as a mother over the past 23 years, as I'm about to celebrate my daughter Zoe's 21st birthday.
I reflect on Zoe’s accomplishments in dance, including her role as a backup dancer for an Indian rock star during a North American tour.
