Trystan became famous several years ago when he became well known as the "Pregnant Man" - choosing to have a baby with his partner Biff and pause his hormone therapy that was aiding him in his transition to appearing male.
The Madame and Monkey got to sit down with Trystan about his transition, changes from becoming a parent, and the journey he continues today as he looks forward to the next steps in making his body his own.

Trystan Reese is a transgender man who has been working in the LGBT movement his entire adult life. He started out as an organizer on political campaigns, spending eight years persuading self-identified homophobes while working on ballot measures all over the country. Last year his family exploded into the national spotlight when they chose to have a biological child that Trystan gave birth to. Trystan lives in Portland with Biff and their three amazing kids. They can collectively be found on social media as "Biff and I."
