Ingredientes
  • 1 rolo de massa folhada
  • 1 caixa de morangos, cortados ao meio
  • 1 caixa de mirtilos
  • 1 caixa de framboesas
  • 3 pêssegos, fatiados
  • 1 pacote de geleia incolor
  • 1 lata de leite condensado
  • 250ml de leite
  • 6 gemas de ovo
Modo de Preparação
  1. Pré-aqueça o forno. Coloque a massa folhada numa tarteira e leve ao forno por 15 minutos.
  2. Numa panela, misture o leite condensado, o leite e as gemas. Mexa bem e cozinhe por 8 minutos até engrossar.
  3. Verta o creme na tarteira e leve ao frigorífico por 30 minutos.
  4. Arranje as frutas por cima do creme já frio.
  5. Pincele com a geleia incolor para dar brilho e um toque final.

Ingredients
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 box strawberries, halved
  • 1 box blueberries
  • 1 box raspberries
  • 3 peaches, sliced
  • 1 pack neutral gelatin
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 250ml milk
  • 6 egg yolks
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven. Place puff pastry in a tart tin and bake for 15 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, mix condensed milk, milk, and egg yolks. Stir well and cook for 8 minutes until thickened.
  3. Pour the cream into the tart shell and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange the fruits over the chilled cream.
  5. Brush with neutral gelatin glaze for shine and a finishing touch.
