Important Program Update in Minnesota
As of October 1st, 2024, Personal Care Assistance (PCA) services have been replaced by Community First Services and Supports (CFSS). Anyone receiving PCA services will transition to CFSS upon the date of their reassessment, as long as there are no changes in condition that would disqualify them from eligibility.
