E79 – Intuitive Decision Making with Rachel Strivelli
Rachel Strivelli is a Growth Coach, Intuitive, & Author. In this episode we discuss curiosity, self enquiry, growth, creativity, connecting to intuition and decision making. Rachel explains how the intuitive mind has always been with us and that we have had to train the logical mind through our interactions with the world around us. Over time we can lose the connection with the intuitive mind, however we have the ability to continue to develop our intuitive mind just as much as we do with the logical mind.
We cover a few different techniques for decision making using intuitive guidance that anyone can use regardless of the strength of your intuitive connection. Rachel also explains how the intuitive mind is connected to the faster processing parts of your brain while the reasoning and logical processing coming from the slower parts of the brain and that connecting the two leads to creative and effective decision making.
