E83 - Conscious Leadership: Giving, Growing, Living, Loving, and Leading with Jem Fuller
Jem Fuller is a Public Speaker, Coach and Author specialising in Conscious Communication and Leadership. In this episode Jem shares his values of giving, growing, living and loving and how they set the foundation for conscious leadership that gets results. Some leaders focus on their primary responsibility being the results they get for the organisation, but great leaders shift their primary responsibility to providing an environment that it is conducive to people and teams flourishing which in turn creates better results for the organisation.
Jem also discussed with us his view of Practical Spirituality in Leadership, and that it really is the essence of the question: “How do we show up every day?”. Jem defines Practical as applicable, implementable, easy to get your head around and do and something that is effective. Something practical gets results. And he defines Spirituality as encompassing anything that we can experience without explanation. In other words, we can’t explain it but we can experience it. Leading a group of people that are all working together to achieve a common goal that is focussed on how they can get better at collaboration, communication and human centric led work, that is spiritual.
