Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hi, Adriana de Mori from the Real Housewives of Miami
and you watching shan in the City with shanew O Mara.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
We on Welcome back to another episode of Shanel in
the City. I'm your host, Shanell Omar on iHeartRadio, and
we have our good friend back. She's one of the
stars of the Real Housewives of Miami on Bravo TV,
our favorite show. That's what I'm gonna say for us.
She is getting her Harvard degree. She is one of
the best art dealers in the world, representing some of

(00:32):
the best artists that we're going to get into and
she's creating her own empire and we're going to talk
about season seven Real Housewives of Miami. Please help us
welcome our good friend Adriana Demara, who's not afraid to
speak her mind. How are you beautiful girl? How are
you beautiful woman? I shouldn't say girl, but you look
like you're twenty four. Adriana, what are you doing?

Speaker 3 (00:54):
I swear to.

Speaker 1 (00:55):
God my new best friend. Can you come over my
house every day every day?

Speaker 3 (01:00):
You look amazing? Tell us what but you've always looked?

Speaker 2 (01:03):
You know, you've always Throughout the season, I want to
get into this because what I respect about you is
you really have confidence about who you are as a woman.
Physically you're never apologizing, but you're also never apologizing about
it emotionally. And tell us kind of what are your tricks?
You know, both you know, spiritually but also physically, because

(01:23):
I got to keep on looking young.

Speaker 3 (01:25):
We all want to look young. We all want to
look young.

Speaker 1 (01:29):
Mostly, I tried to get eight. I was asleep every night.
If I can, I'm going for my eight hours. I
eat clean. You know, I avoid all kinds of seed oils.
You know, if I cook, it's only with gee butter
or olive oil. Because you're keeping the inflammation down keeps
you young. And what's you know, the way you are

(01:52):
inside your project on the outside, So getting clean avoiding
the you know, transpats and seed oils and inflammation are
your foods. And yeah, mostly you know, just I'm not
I mean, I exercise, I'm not a genret or anything.
And you know, I do some meditation, try to keep

(02:14):
myself grounded.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
Well, that's so funny that you said that eating clean,
because lately I've been working also a lot of people
are working with nutritionists about eating very clean everyone's like,
what's the secret to all these celebrities, to all these
reality stars, And I think you're nailing it. It's it's
not about plastic surgery necessarily, which by the way, everyone
teaches its own. But I think you look so organic,
and it's always that secret of how do I have

(02:39):
that secret organic sauce?

Speaker 3 (02:41):
You know?

Speaker 2 (02:41):
And it's I love that answer. It's eating clean, it's
taking care of yourself, you know.

Speaker 1 (02:47):
Like when it comes to any kind of facial enhancements,
less is more. I think some people do a lot
and that ends up make you look older than younger.
So I've been now it is very like minimalistic of
anything I do to my face.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Which I love. How do you feel That's the thing?
Is like you're always in front of the camera in general?
How do you feel about women as we age? I
get older in society? Or agism happens in this industry,
how do you usually cope with that? Or what do
you want to tell like your fans out there how
to how to handle themselves, you know, because like you said,
you don't get much plastic surgery.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
You don't get plastic surgery, you do it other ways.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
So I feel like Agism is real, you know. I
think ageism is the last form of prejudice that's still
acceptable in society. I think we finally evolved to the
fact that, you know, prejudice is not okay. But I
feel agism in a transcends, you know, any type of culture, nationality,

(03:45):
and I think that's more targeted towards women, you know,
because men, they age and they got they get more distinguished.
Everybody loves, you know, a silver fox, but God forbids
a moment a silver fox, you know what I mean.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
Like I call them that.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
He's right, Like my ex was fifty three year old
going on dying bald, but every.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
Woman wanted him.

Speaker 2 (04:05):
And I'm like this forty year old woman thinking how
do I get younger? How do so when we look
watch you ladies on Housewives, I think you inspire us
to not give up to still you know, be confident
in ourselves and find you know, our way, our way
of being younger.

Speaker 3 (04:21):
And you're right, ageism is still real, and.

Speaker 1 (04:25):
It's especially for women. I feel like it's more of
a thing, like you said, you know, like so you
have a thirteen year gap and that's okay, but you know,
like from when a woman does it, or if a
woman is looking bald and wrinkling, that's not gonna fly.
You know, like, how do you it's in that fair fight,
but you know you just got to put our duck

(04:46):
scene orders so you keep on winning.

Speaker 3 (04:48):
Yeah, see smart. I love that answer.

Speaker 2 (04:51):
It's about like having your ducks, being ahead of the
game and not giving up, being confident.

Speaker 3 (04:56):
I love that.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
Let's talk about season seven. Wow, Real Housewives Miami, it's back.
It's hotter than ever. Tell us how you feel about
this season, for what you're going through and everything.

Speaker 3 (05:07):
Talk to us a little bit about that.

Speaker 1 (05:10):
I don't know. Well, I feel like I was coming
in stuff mode. You didn't see much of me, and
now I think you know. But then when I did
come the show, show up. I shut up with the
bank slash and I'm not talking about how to either.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
I love it.

Speaker 2 (05:27):
I love these one liners. They're very good because you're
right when you come in. And that's what we love
about you. Because in a few last episodes, and we're
going to get into it, how you stood up for
yourself when you got into it with Marisol on the boat,
and I want you, we want to hear it from
your side or I love you because you remind me
of me too, where you don't follow the crowd, like
if you feel something and you feel there's girls sticking

(05:50):
together and they're being mean girls as in your quotes,
what is it you call them mean? It was Sun Club, yes,
And I think that's important that it's not being like
out of the box when you said that, like you
were right and you had the right to say it,
And I think you speaking your mind inspires other people.

Speaker 3 (06:10):
So talk to us about that why.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
You felt like almost like you had to defend yourself,
like it was you against these mean girls. Let's call
them the mean girls, right, it was Marisol Larsa And
I believe well Julia and you will get into like
that situation.

Speaker 3 (06:25):
But talk to us about that scene a little bit.

Speaker 1 (06:29):
I just I was never a follower, you know, this
is not part of my personality. I've always been kind
of a lone wolf and I'm deeply driven by, you know, justice.
In a way I can be you know, sometimes I
can stick my mouth or my foot in my mouth,
and sometimes I can be brutally honest and blunt. But

(06:52):
one thing about my personality I like sense of justice,
you know, and I do not like to see people
being ganged up one. I do not like this as
somebody that's like just unfairly, you know, being overly you know,
gained up on. That's the word, and I'm trying to
be more eloquent, but that's the word, so to me

(07:13):
is unacceptable. I've been in that position way too many
times with this group. Doesn't feel good. And if I
can see somebody that's unfairly being treated that way, I'm
going to speak up. And I'm definitely not going to follow.
I'm not never being a follower and I'm not gonna
start being a follower now.

Speaker 2 (07:29):
Yeah, And I love that the whole ganged up bullying,
which I feel like you stand up a lot for
bullying in general. You're a philanthropist yourself, so I do
feel that it would be very not organic, if right,
if you didn't stand, you didn't practice what you preach.
So I think that's a good thing because you're you
have to understand the women like us are watching you,
like someone like me needed that needed to watch that episode,

(07:52):
needed to rewind it, watched you in it and was
inspired by you. Thinking wow, if Adriana can do this
and stand up for herself and she's okay, then I
can stand up for myself and I'll be okay.

Speaker 3 (08:02):
I don't have to follow the crowd just because people
are telling me.

Speaker 2 (08:05):
What to do, you know what I mean, Like, you're
giving us the courage to be like, Okay.

Speaker 3 (08:10):
So if you don't want to hang out with me
and you want to you want to.

Speaker 2 (08:13):
Threaten me about everything, I'm willing to walk away from
everything alone and I'm okay, or I'm willing to risk
everything for a friend or the loyalty that I have.

Speaker 3 (08:22):
You know, what do you think is to disconnect with you?
In Marisol? Like in this season.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
With Marshall, I feel like the reason why I exploded
on the boat actually was I was kind of a
little flower guested on how because we ended the last
season Okay, it wasn't great, but it was fine. And
then right from first episode, the first you know, the
first okay, first, you know, get together with the entire cast.

(08:51):
I was iced out, I was asked or not asked.
I was not allowed in the scene. So I'm like, okay,
we're going to start this season like that already. You know,
I'm not invited. So Alexia for for bade you know,
Alexi and maricelf, you know, for be for for b
me to be in there. You know, so I'm thinking, okay,

(09:11):
so you're writing me out, you single me out, that's fine,
but I'm still gonna sit here and you know, let
it row next, you know, next party that everybody's supposed
to be there next o' gast it's the baby sham
throwing for Julia. And then I invite them, you know,
I don't repay them with the same token. I'm actually

(09:33):
become the bigger person. I said, you know what, but
it's invited. This is not about me. You didn't invite
me to your party, but guess what you invited to mine.
And we had a great time. I gave Marsul a
wedding gift. Everything was fine. I thought it was fine
at least, like removing, you know, in a positive direction.
And then all of a sudden, you know, I hear
the phone call or Kiki tells me that Marcel didn't

(09:55):
want to be in the same boat with me. I
was like, well, why she just came to the party.
I did, so that to me doesn't feel you know,
it's just like you actively trying to get me out
and that's not cool because it's not about in one
thing per se. You know, it's about that, you know,
like intention of getting me out of the group.

Speaker 2 (10:19):
I totally know what you mean, and I think that's
very related. I think people a lot of people are
relating to you, even more so this season because of that.
I think we all at different times have a group
of friends for whatever the reason is, competition, not competition, jealousy, miscommunication.
And then there's some people that don't want you involved
and you feel like really outcasts. You feel some type

(10:40):
of way and it's it is wrong. And I'm also
like you, I'm very about like where's the justice, what's
the reason? Let's talk about it. If you give me
all those answers, then I feel like I can forgive
like the fact that you were even a bigger person
and invited them. The audience wants to know how do
you do that? Like how do you not get angry?

Speaker 3 (10:59):
You know what I mean? What how do you how
do you put your ego aside?

Speaker 2 (11:02):
Do you just tell yourself Okay, I'm going to be
a better person because it's making me happy, Like what's
what's your advice?

Speaker 3 (11:07):
Usually, you know, we're in that situation.

Speaker 1 (11:10):
The situation to me was like to I was wanted
to do something for my friend Julia and it wasn't
about me, and since she was friends with them, I
was like, the best for her is to have everybody here.
So I'm not gonna put my feelings, you know, front
and center. I'm gonna put my feelings aside and you know,
do something that's for the greater good of the group,

(11:30):
you know. So to have the ability to do that,
and then but then then I always sometimes maybe naive
because I'm hoping, Okay, now we're good, we're gonna move forward,
you know, but people just can't let go of the bone,
you know, just hang on for dear life. And I
was like, to me, it's like, if you can't let go,
then maybe you should be let go.

Speaker 3 (11:51):
I love that. That's a good slogan.

Speaker 2 (11:53):
Actually, you should get that on a T shirt and
I'll buy five of those. Just wear that from now
on in the season, and like, if you can't let go,
then maybe you should be let go. You know what.

Speaker 3 (12:03):
That is amazing.

Speaker 2 (12:04):
That is genius because it's almost like you're not fighting,
you're not yelling, you're not cursing, you're giving it to
that person saying, yeah, you're right because you have to
let go over the past.

Speaker 3 (12:15):
I guess.

Speaker 2 (12:15):
Also, did you ever talk to her about it? I
don't know, because if we're going to see that, because
there is a lot more to come in the season,
is this something that you think she knows or do
you think in that specific moment on the boat she
thought you were upset about something else? Because remember, I mean,
I don't want to if the audience hasn't watched it, yeah,
please rewind it back. But it's what do you think

(12:36):
she Do you think she knows what you just told us?

Speaker 1 (12:38):
Oh? Yeah, and there's one more thing that you did
on the boat that didn't make the cut. Way. We
are in the boat and at one point we changed
boats and we're all hanging out, and I see and
Julia tells me she wants to talk to me. And
right before that, I see her going on the side

(12:58):
of the boat and I saw whispering her ear, kind
of coaching her. So then I go by Marisa and
I say, please don't get in between my best friend
and I because I don't get in between you and Alexia,
So please don't get in between my friend and I
and she goes fuck cough like fuck you you know,
so I'm like, excuse me. So that was all before,

(13:21):
you know, I said, talking about her knees and everything else,
you know, Like so it's not like it was just
no unwarranted it was just you know, compiling of aggressions, microaggressions,
flat out aggressions that I was just like, Okay, now
you're gonna get it, you know, And.

Speaker 2 (13:39):
That's what is crazy, Like why do you think do
you think she's jealous of your friendship with Julia And
do you think.

Speaker 3 (13:44):
She doesn't want you to be part of the group.

Speaker 2 (13:46):
Do you think those are two things that come in between,
Like you're because it seems like you can let go,
and she's not letting go this season.

Speaker 1 (13:54):
I feel like she feels envious of me in many levels,
you know. I feel she ends the fact that I
played the piano, Like she said, you know that I
can sing, I can write songs that I can you know,
I have talents that I cultivate and I work hard for.
It wasn't just given to me. I mean, I've been
playing piano since I'm seven years old. I've been practicing

(14:15):
every morning one hour before I even go to school,
I had to practice and come back from school pray again.
So all this stuff that I've done is it's not
that I didn't work hard for but they resent it.
They resent it because they wanted, but they never put
the work in. So why do you resent me from
doing things and having talents that you don't. You know,

(14:36):
they all have other talents that I admire them for
and I don't resent them for it, but I think
it comes from a very envious place. And sometimes people
when they can't have what you have, then they want
just to bring you down, you know, to elevate them,
to make them more relevant.

Speaker 2 (14:53):
You know that's so true, like insteadive, but what they
should be doing is celebrating you and being like my
and Adriana is so cool. She plays the piano, she
writes songs for all these artists that we all like
listen to. It's like, right, I feel like there has
to be a point where you change the narrative or
change the game of whether the woman's your friend or not.

(15:13):
You're not doing anything wrong for them to bring you
this down, and I do.

Speaker 3 (15:17):
Think it comes.

Speaker 2 (15:18):
It's interesting you're saying this because you're you're really relating
to us in the audience. You know, we've had some calls,
call callers calling in being like, how do I how
do I deal with these kind of situations with other women?
I don't know how to deal because it becomes a
cat fight, someone wins, someone loses, and then egos involved.

Speaker 3 (15:35):
So how do you like walk away feeling good?

Speaker 2 (15:39):
So I feel like your your take on it as
being the bigger person, right like at this point, because.

Speaker 1 (15:44):
You're not gonna, you know, untelling yourself. So if somebody's
bothered by it, it's more on their prong than yours,
you know, So what are you gonna do about it?
I mean they need to go to therapy and work
on their issues, you know, like can move on.

Speaker 2 (15:57):
Yeah, Like, you're not gonna stop writing songs. I always
say that about comedy. I'm not gonna stop doing comedy
just because like someone's like, oh, you're not funny, do
you know what I mean? Like, you're not gonna stop
your talent. You're right, And people usually tell you're not funny.
They are really not funny because they can't even get it,
you know. Like, so yeah, yeah, I hurt everybody. I
love you so much, But it was such a it's
such a powerful I'm just in a way not happy

(16:20):
that it happened because I wanted I wanted to reach
in the screen and be there for you, kind of
like cheer you on. Obviously I was doing it from
you know, the behind the scenes, but in my thing,
I was like, we needed this powerful scene because you
stood up for what you thought was right instead of
following the crowd. And everybody knows there's a type of
mean girls in every situation. I think that's what why

(16:41):
housewives work because we kind of see that real life
situations happens to. Not only women who are housewives are
come for money or live a lifestyle. We're going through
the same thing you're going through like the rest of America,
you know.

Speaker 1 (16:53):
So and that was Friends with Regardy too, and I
wasn't there. I wasn't invited. So why do you expect
me to follow blindly the very people that did not
invite me, that excluded me, you know, from the very
beginning of the season. So now I'm gonna follow them
like I'm not a follower to begin with.

Speaker 3 (17:12):
And you know.

Speaker 1 (17:14):
That was asking too much, Darling.

Speaker 2 (17:16):
That was well speaking of Gerdie, Yeah, I mean, do
you feel the celebration of life episode, how do you
Why don't we have Yeah, why don't we hear it
from your side of the story, Like how you felt
about that?

Speaker 1 (17:31):
I have no problems with receipts, you know, no problems
with receipts because and that's what I told Julia at
the scene. I was like, if you run, he looks
like you're guilty. If she's showing her side of the story,
you have your side of the story. Now let's exchange receipts,
you know what I mean? That's what you know. Any

(17:53):
warranted argument is about you have to have to claim
you warranted with evidence. We look at the evidence, we
come to a conclusion. So I'm not gonna go on
hearsay and following the steps of the people that want
me out.

Speaker 2 (18:08):
Right, like exactly, you're not You're not gonna push that. Well,
that's another thing I was gonna ask you. Do you
feel it has to do with them that you're more
of the friendly season where you've had all seasons as
the og, Like, how do you feeling about that? Do
you feel that has to do about being pushed out
of the group because you're all real friends in real life.
This isn't like meaning like you'll all hang out off

(18:29):
and on camera.

Speaker 3 (18:30):
So is that weird for you that?

Speaker 1 (18:32):
Now? Like?

Speaker 3 (18:33):
How does that feel for you?

Speaker 2 (18:35):
Now?

Speaker 1 (18:36):
I was, I was feeling the cold, I was feeling
the eyes. But you know what, I'm strong enough to
hang on and still, you know, be truthful to my values,
to the things that I believe in, and to stand
up for people I believe are being mistreated. So I'm
not going to band over just to you know, please

(18:56):
people that I think they're doing something wrong. So if
you don't like it, don't like it, I'm fine.

Speaker 3 (19:00):
On my own.

Speaker 2 (19:01):
I don't mind, and we're gonna write you're fine. That's
the whole message too. I'm talking about Julia. Do you
think that the women are treating her this season? Not
so well or not as well? Because her being your
best friend.

Speaker 1 (19:20):
Party every night, going out to the wee hours. I
think they're just you know, pretty happy together. I don't know,
I mean, like, I think the only issues now, I mean,
she finally got where she wanted to be. You know,
she gotta see she gotta sit at their table, so
she's happy.

Speaker 3 (19:38):
Does that bother you? Like?

Speaker 2 (19:39):
Since you guys have been best friends for so long
or does that affect your friendship or you've kind of
worked through that, or we have more or you don't
have to tell us too, we do, we have more.

Speaker 1 (19:48):
We gotta we gotta leave a little life hanger. And
also with Marsaul, because there's a point that I truly
believed and wanted to get to a better place, you know,
So there is a moment that we're trying. So if
we want to be too much of a spoiler, you know,
like so right now in this scene, yeah, we had
a moment, so it's okay for me to be. But

(20:09):
then later we do try to get to a better
place then last long but which god, we at least
you try.

Speaker 3 (20:18):
Well, that's was gonna say.

Speaker 2 (20:19):
What do you think the secret is that The Real
Housewives of Miami is so popular and relatable? Like why
do you think everyone like everyone is so they feel
they can relate to you guys?

Speaker 1 (20:34):
Because I think we have representation from all facets of society,
you know, and we have the lifestyle, we have the
beauty of the city in Miami itself is a character
or the show. It became such a desirable place to
go and be scene and admire and be there and experience,

(20:55):
so like I think people vicariously live through us and
the you know, this big hype that Miami is Miamisawa
was being you know, the paradise place in the city.
But now you know, recently after COVID actually became like
this major destination for jet settles and everything. So people
that cannot afford to go to Miami because Miami is expensive.

Speaker 3 (21:14):
Yah yeah. Yeah. By the way, my whole family moved
to Miami. I'm the only one in New York.

Speaker 2 (21:21):
And it's so funny because when I go there and
I visit, everyone's like, oh my god, do you know
Adriana Demora. I was like, yeah, of course she's been.
They're like they're like I wish and I would think
you're walking around and they can see. But Miami is
so big that it's it's so nice because you have
your own houses.

Speaker 3 (21:36):
It's not like New York where you're on top of
each other.

Speaker 2 (21:39):
You know.

Speaker 1 (21:40):
It's it's funny. I get more recognized in New York
than I do in Miami because Miami so was spread
out and you go from your house to your car
to the destination and it happens of course. You know,
sometimes you go to a restaurant and like people are
talking like pointy, you know, like and they finally somebody
muster up the courage and can I take a photo it?
You know it's I was sweet and I love meeting

(22:02):
my fans, and I was like, you know, engaging with
them for you know, for a minute or two. But yeah,
but New York. It's like on my analytics, I think
sixty percent of my followers are in New York.

Speaker 3 (22:16):
Wow. Yeah, New York.

Speaker 1 (22:18):
Yeah, and I and I do get a lot more
recognition here than even in Miami. But you know, but
Miami people are just, like I said, more scattered.

Speaker 3 (22:27):
Now.

Speaker 2 (22:27):
Yeah, but you're right, Miami is that city that everyone's like, Wow,
It's the city of fun and beautiful and luxury. So
and you know, the season is just the season is
just getting better and better and better. Did you ever
think though, knowing you did the original Real Houseways of
Miami so a while back then it comes back, did
you ever think that would ever happen?

Speaker 1 (22:47):
I did. I did because I'm very optimistic. So when
we you know, finished season three and then we got
you know, when it jo hiatus I still had the hope.
I was like, we're going to come back there. There's
no way we're not going to come back. You know,
eventually they're going to bring us back, and just they
were just wanting to explore other cities. There was a
different time and moment in time. There was a different

(23:10):
way that society saw my.

Speaker 2 (23:13):
You know.

Speaker 1 (23:14):
I feel like at that time there was comments like
nobody's interested in little Latin people's lives. You know, there
was a kind of belittling and a little like you know,
prejudice going around. I feel like then, like I said,
after COVID hit, Miami was deep places to be, and
now the whole world opened up to Miami and seeing

(23:35):
Miami as the destination, not like you know this very
you know, Latin focused place, which it is. This is
what gives Miami the spice, is the Latin influence which
is huge there. But it's also it became more cosmopolitan
because you had people you have French, Italian, you know,
you have all over Europe, and you have New Yorkers

(23:55):
that came down in droves. And then that raised the
real estates.

Speaker 2 (24:01):
You're like, it's not the Latins, it's these white Americans,
not kidding, coming.

Speaker 1 (24:05):
In the Northeasterns that came down over here raising all
the prizes. Now you can't even get i know, anybody
to work for us anymore.

Speaker 2 (24:12):
You can't even get a pizza, by the way, it's
like ten dollars, whether it's like in Miami. But you're right,
the Latin culture also has become huge amongst the world.
Not also you're right, and it was a different time
and now it's becoming more accepted. I think it's coming
more like being actually speaking Spanish it should be is
a must do lingual lately as opposed to especially.

Speaker 1 (24:34):
Yeah, but it did have you know that Latin you know,
talents break through the main stream, right, the main like
like bad Bunny, Yeah, you know, like jy Lo has
always brought but she's a little bit more pop. But
if you look in the Shakira, j Low and other
you know, like Karen g and other people that used

(24:54):
to be so insular when it came to music that
was only supported by the Latin culture. Yeah, but now
it's just like mainstream exactly.

Speaker 2 (25:03):
Yeah. I'm so excited for also because I'm part of
Colombia and my mom's Colombian, so I just I root
for the Latin culture at the time.

Speaker 3 (25:09):
So watching you women represent is like I'm like whoo whoo.

Speaker 2 (25:13):
And then I have to talk to my white friends
and they're like, what did you just want watch? And
I was like, go watch The Real Housewives of Miami
because that show is amazing. I know we have to
wrap up in a little bit, but talk to me
a little so, so your thoughts, because you do speak
your mind and speak the truth. What are your thoughts
about Alexa, Alexia and Larsa this season? There's just like

(25:34):
you know about like in terms of like their relationships.

Speaker 3 (25:38):
If you don't want to comment, you don't have to.

Speaker 2 (25:40):
But in terms of like what they portray on the show,
because there has been issues amongst the women group of
like you know, sometimes we're exaggerating or pretending their life is.

Speaker 3 (25:49):
Better than it is.

Speaker 2 (25:50):
I know that you've right you and a lot of
the women have mentioned, like to some of them, what's
your thoughts on them this season?

Speaker 3 (25:56):
I guess that's what I'm going to leave it up
to you to say.

Speaker 1 (26:02):
Well, Alexia is going on the aftermath of her you know,
you know one day divorced, when they married, when they
working on it, whatever, and you know, like, even though
I feel vindicated that I was telling the truth and
was called a liar, Sorry.

Speaker 2 (26:19):
But can I clap for you? Because this is this
is now almost three in a row. First she said
that the real has in Miami is coming back, and
everyone on Twitter is like, now, what are you talking about?

Speaker 3 (26:27):
Came back?

Speaker 1 (26:28):
Then?

Speaker 3 (26:28):
That whole happened. So don't you feel vindicated? Yes?

Speaker 1 (26:33):
And yet I don't rejoice pain because as a woman
that has been through, you know, a couple of divorces myself,
I do. I don't wish that upon anybody. And Alexa
and I had her issues. But you know, I mean
when I say if she needs me, you know, I'm
here to support her because I don't rejoice in her pain,

(26:53):
you know. So that being said, I just hope that
she gets her you know, situations figured out, and it's
not easy to you know, be in love with somebody
that's not the best for you. You know, that's the truth,
you know. And then Larsa, I mean Larsa seems to
be in a good place. You know, she's got a

(27:15):
new house, she has a new boyfriend. Is that I like?
My med him once? I seem like a good guy.
She's having issues with Lisa, you know. But I don't
know what else you know to say about Larsa because
do you see her as.

Speaker 2 (27:31):
I know with Larsa because in the past season, some seasons,
you know there you've been at odds. But do you
do you see yourself being close? I guess with Larsa
ever like actually close close?

Speaker 1 (27:43):
I don't know. But we are in a neutral place
except that I don't like how Lisa and her are
at odds, you know, like and I have a soft
spot for Lisa because Lisa and I have go way back,
and if you look at you know, previous seasons one, two, three,
I've always had Lisa's back, and Lisa and I were
friends throughout the years where even when we were in hiatus,

(28:06):
you know, Lisa and I were always in showers. Let's
come to my party, It's my birthday, let's celebrate together.
Is Halloween? Is this or that? So we always maintain
that the connection. So it's not new that I am
defending Lisa. You know. I know that her and Larners
are trying to get to a better place than I
hope they do because they had good times together and

(28:28):
at the end of the day, you know, our group
should have moments where you disagree and you know, but
you should a as moments where you look at each
other and see the humanity in each other and not
just go for the juggler all the time. You know,
people think I go for the juggle at the time.

Speaker 3 (28:45):
I don't.

Speaker 1 (28:46):
Most of the time, I'm minding my own business until
I take so much and then I snap. But most
of the time I am trying to look at somebody
else as a human and trying to see the depth
of their pain or their struggle or where they coming from.
You know. But I'll always stand my ground because I
got to defend myself. But I don't know.

Speaker 2 (29:06):
Well, that's rambling. No, no, no, that's that's what I
wanted to say. Like that's beautifully said, I think because
we all we're all like deciding between that good and bad,
Like should I speak my mind or should I not
speak my mind?

Speaker 3 (29:19):
Kind of thing, you know, speaking of speaking your mind.

Speaker 2 (29:23):
Really quickly, talk to us about your current plans for
the master's degree for Harvard, and then the last question
is your thoughts on the newest cast member for the
upcoming trip.

Speaker 3 (29:32):
This is this season?

Speaker 1 (29:35):
Yeah, so I'm almost finished with my master's were a Harvard.
I'm also in psychology. I graduate next spring. Congrats Blast
of twenty six. You're invited.

Speaker 3 (29:46):
Yeah, I'm coming up. Cheer you on, baby girl.

Speaker 1 (29:49):
Yes, be walking. Oh Harvard Yard Caping down two.

Speaker 3 (29:55):
Awesome. So you have that now on your resume.

Speaker 1 (29:58):
That's sort of being the way I just came from.
You know, I was there, like I spent you know,
like doing a summer semester at Harvard, and I was
studying every day, class, every day, homework, writing, exams, all
of that stuff, and finished with the n A. I mean,
the Ding's list.

Speaker 2 (30:14):
That is incredible, and I there's no excuse for any
of us not to do anything with that. You're on
a reality show plus Harvard. That's incredible. I mean, that's amazing.
And what do you plan on doing with the master's
degree once you're Once everything's done, I'm.

Speaker 1 (30:29):
Going to specialize in some you know, neurobiology, neuroscience with
some brain brain mechanisms, with more relationship to sleep. You know,
that's what I think. There's a sleep crisis out there
and that's the field that I'm really interested in.

Speaker 3 (30:45):
That's amazing. We can't wait.

Speaker 2 (30:47):
We stay tuned for that we can't wait to see
you and tell us one thought about the newest uh
housewife this season and the upcoming trip.

Speaker 1 (30:55):
So Stephanie the new girl, lover lover, lover. I think
she's fabulous. I think she so much at show. She's unafraid,
you know, extremely blunt and honest, and I appreciate those
qualities because I possessed the same. So we have clicked
and I'm just happy to have her in our group.
I think she brings nothing but good things for us.

Speaker 3 (31:17):
I love that.

Speaker 2 (31:18):
Well, we're so excited to see what's next for the season.
You can wrap one word what we should expect for
the season. What would you say the word is for
the rest of the season.

Speaker 1 (31:29):
And jama baby, yeah baby.
