Communication and more importantly, listening are critical methods to move your life in the direction you want it to go.
If you can't communicate or create some sort of connection with people, it'll be incredibly challenging to be understood, and gain footings in your career or business.
But it doesn't have to be incredibly difficult. Communication comes down to empathy and listening to those you interact with.
If you can put yourself in their shoes, listen to their wants and needs you're going to be a huge step ahead of almost everyone on the field.
