In this episode, I talk about the many scientifically proven benefits of gratitude. And then provide details on how to implement gratitude in your life.

We're in the middle of a pandemic crisis, but I promise that you have things to be grateful for. Now more than ever is when you need to be grateful. It's easy to be grateful when things are going well. But if you can be grateful during times of struggle, that is the true test of Zen mastery!
