Constant change does not mean bombarding employees with one change initiative after another. Even several changes at the same time can reduce an organization’s capacity for change, reinforce the status quo and lead to less real change. So how does an organization adapt and move through change without major disruptions to its operations? Clearly, it requires a fundamental shift in the way change is approached.
