Today I speak with IFBB Pro Karla Grijalva. She is the co-owner of the Macro Lab in El Paso, Texas, and holds a BA in Public Relations & Marketing. She started competing in 2013, where she won the overall at her first show. She made her debut to the national stage in 2016, and earned her Pro card in 2024 where she earned the title of Miss Universe.
