Today’s conversation is with Jenette Kilgrow, a registered dietitian who started her career in the clinical world and shifted into a more family friendly role teaching nutrition courses online. While life was changing for her with her family, she had a huge shift in her life causing her to realize she was coping with stress and anxiety through the comfort of food. During her struggles she got help, is healing and is on a mission to help other registered dietitians experiencing similar situations. This is such a great episode with a great human.
