20 Minute Guided Meditation - Becoming a Vessel of Light for Mother Earth

We've been asked to co-create the world we want to see around us, and right now, more than anything, we need to be a light vessel - a bridge between the Divine and the Earth - in order to anchor in the Earth reality we want to live in. 

 

Here is the first (of many) guided meditations for you to utilize in your own spiritual practice, whenever you may need some visualization guidance. Allow yourself to become liquid light. Let it soak into the Earth. Add joy, love, connection from your heart. 

 

For now, I am using this meditation for the next 15 days as we ride these incredible solar energies that bring in the support me need for Earthly change.
