There’s a pressure to create revolutions that sometimes causes us to martyr ourselves to the process of creating change.
We buy into the old expectation that there is a payoff for hard work, we push against right timing and the right conditions for change at great cost to our own health and sustainability.
Maybe it’s time for us to start a Revolution of Rest. Perhaps instead of congratulating each other on how hard we’re working; we should start really acknowledging each other for how well we’re resting!
When you understand the unique, vital and the irreplaceable role that only you can play in the Cosmic Plan, you automatically understand the VALUE of who you are. You are precious and essential, worthy of rest, restoration and receiving the support you need to be who you are and contribute to the world the things that only you can contribute.
