I want to talk about that tiredness. Not to shame it or fix it with a magic pill, but to find honor in it. Because showing up—right where you are, even when you're tired—is an act of courage wrapped in quiet grace.

Being present doesn't mean you have to be perfect. It just means choosing to actually be here—fully—even when every part of you wants to be somewhere else.
That's the truth we need right now. Life won't pause for your exhaustion. It keeps pulling and pushing, but when you lean into presence, showing up for yourself and those around you, you win your day.
The Bible reminds us, "Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28).
"Rest isn't just sleep; it's a soulful pause within the chaos. And being present in that pause—that's where life breathes again." ~ Kristianne Wargo
One thing I've learned is that presence is the safest place to land when life won't slow down.
You don't have to fix everything. You don't have to have all the answers or boundless energy.
Just be here. Right here. That's enough.
So this weekend, as your body cries out for relief and your mind races with the next to-do, remember this: your greatest strength may be found in the simple act of showing up—to your own life, your own rest, your own sacred moments.
"In the middle of relentless days, presence is the kindest gift you give yourself. It's the start of your comeback." ~ Kristianne Wargo
Don't minimize your tired. Respect it. Sit with it. And then, show up anyway. Because the truest win is being fully present, no matter how worn you feel.
As you go into your weekend, light your fire—whether it's in your heart or on the hearth—and stay a little longer in yourself. Presence over perfection. Courage over exhaustion.

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
