When you've fallen down, the hardest thing to do is get back up. Yet being knocked down doesn't have to be a deal-breaker in healthy living. Get back on track and love yourself again. 

Any fall or setback slows down progress. And when you are fighting to live healthily, any knockdown can disrupt all the effort in loving yourself.

And that really needs to be the focus; loving yourself!

But if we are bluntly honest, we look at the results and the success. The knockdowns and falls are what slows down that trophy result. 

Yet healthy living is not about being perfect with only success. In fact, you don't know if you are doing good without the falls.

You can get back on track, but know upfront that it's not easy especially after a setback or a fall.

  1. Start small. Any knockdown can slow you down whether it is situational or a conscious decision. 
  2. Sync up. Do what you enjoy and what makes you feel good. Your feelings play a huge part in whether you continue on your journey of healthy living. 
  3. Stay accountable. Find someone or a group of people to be able to share the good and the falls with. You are working toward progress, not perfection.
