There are so many things in life that draw us away from what we want when it comes to healthy living.

It's easy to want to add another pair of new shoes to the wardrobe, but are those shoes really needed?

Most of the time what we do has nothing to do with what we should be doing, instead, the focus becomes on what we can't do.
